2박이상 숙박 시 택시 지원된다 해서 숙박기간 내내 지원되는줄 알았는데 체크인, 아웃 각 1회씩 지원이더라구요. 역앞에서 숙소까지 개인적으로 택시 이용했을 때 20CHF 줬어요, 걸어선 10분~15분 소요되지만 짐이많아 한번 택시이용했는데 비싸요ㅜㅜ 마테호른 뷰는 장난 아닙니다!

최고의 뷰를 가진 숙소
마테호른뷰가 정말 환상적이었어요 숙소가 좀 위에 있지만 2박이상을 권유드립니다. 택시 서비스가 제공되거든요. 조식도 좋고 방도 넓었고 청결했어요.

다시 가고 싶은 곳
인테리어, 조식, 그리고 마테호른 뷰. 정말 너무 멋진 곳. 다시 방문하고 싶어요. 역에서 걸어서 15분이지만, 택시 바우처 주셔서 올떄 갈때 잘 이용했습니다. (2박 이상일경우 제공한다고 들었어요)

직원들은 친절하고, 호텔시설도 좋았어요~
체르마트역에서 전화하면 바로 샬레택시를 이용할 수 있어서 편했지만, 그 후 돌아다니기에는 언덕길이고 좀 멀었어요. 나왔따가 다시 역에서 호텔로 들어갈때 샬레택시를 이용했는데 CHF20 지불했습니다. 직원분도 친절하셔서 도움이 많이 되었고, 룸도 넓고 깨끗했으며 욕실에 바스솔트가 있어서 기분 좋은 휴식이 되었습니다.

I loved the room. Service was nice, liked all the details in this hotel. Just one thing...... it is kinda very far from the station and... the way was pretty stiff. except that, i liked this hotel.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic weekend getaway at Alpenlodge in Zermatt, thanks to some last-minute luck! This charming hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Situated on a sunny hillside, Alpenlodge offered stunning Matterhorn views from our room's balcony. The best part? We woke up to breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the iconic peak! The village center and train station were within easy walking distance, making exploration effortless. The staff at Alpenlodge were exceptional. Friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They provided insider tips and recommendations on must-do activities in the area, making our trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options to fuel our adventures. We can't wait to return for another stay in the future!

10 minute walk from the main Zermatt shopping area this small luxury hotel is definitely one to consider when visiting and skiing Zermatt. Breakfast included with appetizing options and great service every morning. Ski equipment storage, spa and hamam where well enjoyed after a ski day in these magnificent alps. Salon with fireplace with all day beverages and snacks made the stay even more enjoyable. We had the family room with our 2 young adults and all where comfortable. Much to enjoy at the Alpenlodge.

The Alpenlodge is truly special! It is a family run boutique hotel with attentive, friendly staff, exceptional accommodations and a breakfast that was superb. This was our first trip to Switzerland so we had many questions and every person we encountered at Alpenlodge (before and during our trip) was very patient and helpful. They even helped coordinate dessert for our son who turned 13 during our stay and decorated our room with balloons too. The location was very quiet, and while it was a bit further from town, it was still very walkable. If it’s cold or snowy, the taxis are easy to catch and the hotel provided discount vouchers which was a very nice perk! We are truly grateful for the hospitality and care we received from Alpenlodge. Highly recommend!

Pour un séjour de rêve dans un endroit de rêve
Tout est parfait dans cet hôtel : l’accueil, il fait bon chaud, on apprécie le chauffage au sol, le parquet par terre dans les chambres, l’absence totale de bruit, la structure familiale (12 chambres seulement !). C’est la 3ème fois qu’on y vient, cette fois-ci, dans un duplex de 45 m2 pour nous 2, le rêve ! On y reviendra !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit mehr als freundlichem und sehr zuvorkommenden Personal. Uns wurde der wunderbare Spa Bereich mit Dampf- und Finnischer Sauna extra geöffnet, obwohl dieser nur im Winter geöffnet ist.

sehr stilvolle Unterkunft, mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht, sehr nettes Personal. Ist sehr schön gelegen, etwas weg vom Rummel. Super Frühstück in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Sonnige Terrasse mit Lounge. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

The lodge staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This included doing laundry for us while we were out for the day. The charge was 10 euros for wash, dry, and fold. This was very much worth it as we were able to spend our time doing what we wanted to do without worrying about laundry. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had an excellent view of the Matterhorn both evenings and mornings from our room. Having bunk beds for the kids was a bonus versus having one bed for them to share. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options to choose from, and they will also prepare eggs for you. Definitely would recommend, and make sure you book a room with a view of the Matterhorn. If you book a room for more than one night they will arrange transportation from the train depot to the lodge for you.

Alpenlodge Lodge and Zermatt Switzerland will hold such a special place in our hearts. Deborah, her family and staff were all so warm, kind, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious each morning and it truly felt like a mountain oasis! We HIGHLY recommend Alpen Lodge!

This property was very nice the amenities were great. Really enjoyed the spa with the sauna and steam room. The heated bathroom floors were also really nice. Staff were very kind and generous and provided an excellent stay. Highly recommend this place any time of year!

A budget-friendly choice in Zermatt
It is definitely a budget-friendly choice for Zermatt solo travellers and wonderful view with a good hot tub and sauna. Breakfast was also quite good. Little bit far from the station and up at the hill.

Alles war Tip Top. Sehr freundliches Personal welches alle Wünsche erfüllen. Alles war sehr sauber. Einzig die Lage war für mich nicht so optimal. Mann hat zwar ein toller Ausblick, muss aber dafür auch hoch laufen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung! Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in der Alpenlodge genossen haben. Der Blick von hier übers Dorf und zum Matterhorn ist in der Tat einmalig. Der ca. 10 minütige Fussweg vom Dorf in die Lodge kann für Ungeübte zur Herausforderung werden. Wer nicht laufen möchte, kann aber zum Preis von 15 Franken auch ein Taxi nehmen. The room with king size bed and bunk beds is pretty spacious. It has a L-shape large balcony with tables, chairs and a outdoor couch. The views from window or balcony are priceless (Matterhorn view). The Breakfast buffet has a lot of choices and is very fresh. The hotel staffs are very friendly. It is walkable from the train station to the hotel with a small luggage.
