밤 7시 이후에는 픽업서비스가 안되서 캐리어를 끌고 ㅇ걸어올ㄹ라갔다가 죽는 줄 알았어요 위치가 생각보다 엄청 높더라구요 호텔 뷰는 좋아요 마테호른이 바로 보여요 다음날 조식을 못 먹는다고 하니깐 런치박스도 챙겨주시고 친절했습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 호텔스닷컴 어플이 별로에요. 부킹이나 아고다는 메시지 기능으로 호텔과 바로바로 연락을 할 수 있는데 호텔스닷컴은 그런 기능이 없어서 너무 불편합니다. 다음엔 호텔스닷컴 이용하지 않을 생각입니다.

너무 친절 하셨어요 정말 ㅠㅠ 역까지 픽업해주시는 서비스 이후 체르마트 마을 내려가는 엘레베이터 이용 방법까지 아주 상세히 설명을 잘해주셨고 역에서 떨어져있다고 전혀 불편함을 느끼지 못했고 마테호른이 너무 잘보이는 호텔 위치에 매시매분매초 매일매일 행복했습니다 마테호른이 정면으로 잘보이는 수영장도 이용할수 있고 물도 따뜻하고 너무너무 좋았습니다 정말 완벽한 호텔이였습니다 최고 또갈꺼에요 가세요 무조건 가세요 아! 다만 뜨거운물과 마이크로웨이브 쓸때는 5스위스프랑을 받는답니다ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 안타까운 현실ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 마이크로웨이브 쓰시려면 이호텔 오시기전이나 다른호텔로 이동하셔서 쓰시는게 좋겠죠?!ㅎㅎ 하지만 저희는 뛰어난 뷰와 함께 한식을 먹으려고 아까지만 비용을 지불하고 먹었습니다 ㅎㅎ

마테호른을 즐기기 위한 최적의 호텔!
마테호른을 보기위한 최고의 호텔. 직원들도 모두 친절하고 뷰도 너무 좋고~~다만 역에서 조금 멀수도 있으나 픽업 서비스를 이용하면 될듯. 추운 산을 올랐다 내려와 수영하며 마테호른을 보면 짱 좋음!!

체르마트에 또 한번 간다해도
친절한 응대와 가족같은 분위기의 호텔이었고 객실의 창문을 통해 보이는 마테호른은 정말 평생잊지 못할 추억입니다. 일출시의 햇볕으로 마태호른 봉우리가 붉게 물들어가는 모습 정말 인상적이었고, 전용 엘리베이터를 통해 시내로 쉽게 이동할 수 있었던것도 알펜로얄호텔의 큰 장점이었습니다

테라스의 마테호른 뷰가 환상적
직원들이 친절하고 처음 역에서 찾아갈 때는 힘들지만 호텔을 찾은 이후에는 엘레베이터 이용할 수 있어서 번화가와 근접성도 좋습니다. 조식 부폐도 맛있고 숙소도 깨끗하여 이번 여행에서 가장 만족스럽고 단점을 찾을 수 없는 호텔이었습니다.

호텔은 전반적으로 깨끗하고 객실은 넓고 편안했습니다 (4명 숙박). 특히 객실에서 마테호른을 전망할 수 있고, 객실 바로 앞에 베란다 형태의 마당이 있습니다. 수영장은 작지만 깨끗했습니다. 객실에는 커피포트가 없어 다소 불편했습니다. 아침식사는 호텔에서 개별적으로 자리를 지정해주고 깨끗하고 음식도 만족스러웠습니다. 숙소를 네비게이션으로 도보 이동하는데 상당한 거리였으나, 시내(High Street)쪽이 아닌 왼쪽의 철길을 따라 냇가를 건너 왼쪽편으로 호텔 전용 엘리베이터를 이용할 수 있는 동굴로 연결되니 참조하시기 바랍니다.

방이 작다고 하시는분도있는거같은데 혼자 숙박하기에 충분했습니다~

너무 잘 이용하고 왔습니다^^ 필요한 것 요청했을 때 도와주시려고 노력하시고, 일찍 먹었던 조식도 너무 깔끔하고 맛있었어요~ 그리고 무엇보다 전망이 최고!! 마터호른의 일출,일몰을 함께 할 수 있어서 더 없이 좋았습니다. 언덕 위에 위치하고 있지만 언덕아래와 엘리베이터로 연결되어 있어서 부담없습니다. 다만, 3인실 베드가 더블+쇼파베드여서 아쉬웠습니다.. 싱글이 추가될 줄 알았는데^^;; 전반적으로 매우매우 만족합니다~^^

stayed 2 nights. we booked Matterhorn view. so, the sights from room was very great! breakfast was simple but not bad. staffs were so nice. Alpen Rowal offered a electronic car on our off day to the station for free. a refrigerator were not equipped in rooms. and you have to ask the location before your departure because they have their own system. or you need to ask them to pick up. because the location was very hard to find by myself.

I liked that it had an old world charm, with charming decor, excellent service & easy access to the village. The icing on the cake was the excellent view of the Matterhorn from our room.

The view from the hotel room was amazing! The location was a bit far from the city center but the hotel staff took me to the hotel and station so it was no problem. I also loved the sauna. I will come back here.

Great location, great view, ok food and interior
Older Hotel, but phenomenal view of the Matterhorn. We awoke both nights to take pictures as it was so nice. Two single mattresses for a queen-sized bed seems a bit 1990's. The darn crack between two mattresses is just anoying. Breakfast is nothing special. Buffet with standard selection of Scrambled eggs, bacon, some cereal, fruits, cheese, muesli, bread. Won't impress, but everyone should find something they like. Absolutely great, is the access to the neighbor hotel elevator, that takes you down to town in 2 minutes rather than a 15 minute walk. So all in all, this is a nice experience for an older hotel. Great location, great view, ok food and ok interior.

This property is located uphill in the city of Zermatt and walking up to the hotel is somewhat hard. The hotel provided a free shuttle from and to the train station which was very helpful. Our room had a direct view of Matterhorn peak which was a plus. Breakfast was great too.

The view from the balcony is stunning to see the Matterhorn. All staff had brilliant service specially Monica and Daniella. Beyond their service, I was at the room my wife went to town centre and lost it back to hotel and had a tripped, she sent me me a message her whereabout but run out of battery. difficult to understand the message of my wife. I couldn't find her, and I went back to hotel and asked to Monica, and she's about to finished her duty, we went together she said do not worry we can find her even your gave a wrong spot. brilliant we found my wife. when we check out I have to leave early in the morning drive to Venice, Monica prepared me a pack of breakfast and gave me some 3 souvenir items from hotel for free. it was wonderful experience. thanks all the staff.

The hotel is excellent. There is elevator to the ground. Perfect location, 1 minute walking to Sunnegga station, 5 minutes walking to Zermatt train station and has bus directly to glacier paradise. Very clean. We have Mountain View room so watching Matterhorn sunrise is a plus.

Amazing view of the Matterhorn
I loved this hotel, not least because of its links to the history of Zermatt and conquering the Matterhorn. We had an amazing view of the Matterhorn from our balcony and bed. I spent hours just sitting staring at the mountain. Loads of choice for breakfast, and food was available in the evening - not a full restaurant, but enough for what we were looking for. They also had plenty of choice of non-alcoholic beer as hubby is a non-drinker. The staff were amazing, and really friendly. The hotel was a little further out of town than we realised, but there was a lift and tunnel that meant we didn't have to walk up the hill too often. The hotel offers a taxi service to / from Zermatt station so don't make the same mistake as us and pay for a taxi!

Für die zwei Tage und die Aussicht zum Matterhorn ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Auch der aktuelle Preis ist gut für die allg. Qualität - Transfer Bahnhof/Hotel hin und zurück für Check-in/check-out inkl. - Frühstück wie bei Oma :) - Mitarbeiter sehr nett und Hilfsbereit - Ruhige Lage - Zimmer wie in eine typische Chalet/ typisch Schweiz (Einrichtung in echten Holz)

The view from this property is amazing! The staff were all wonderful. It feels like a family is running the hotel. Such warmth and care from everyone. They look like such a great team. ABOVE AND BEYOND: Our family was at the train station and we realized we forgot one of our bags. Our train was due to leave in 8 minutes. We called the Hotel and the amazing driver brought us our bag immediately with one minute to spare before our train left. Needless to say it was top notch service. We could've missed our train and have had to wait another 30 minutes for the next one. Thanks to this team!

Wir sind mit Hund angereist. Hundeschüsseln standen bereit. Perfektes Zimmer im Parterre, man konnte direkt via Terrassentür raus um Gassi zu gehen . Matterhornblick hätte nicht besser sein können. Zimmer und Bad geräumig.
