통유리의 창이 너무 좋습니다. 욕실도 창문이 있어서 발코니로 나가는 문과 함께 열어놓으면 신선한 공기로 환기가 됩니다. 조식도 깔끔하게 준비되고, 직원들의 서비스도 편안합니다.

신혼여행이라고 하니 조화 장식과 이불을 하트로 꾸며주셔서 아주 좋았음. 테라스로 나오면 마테호른 뷰가 아주 인상적임. 다만 일반 룸들은 구 건물이라 다소 어둡워서 스위트룸으로 가는것을 추천함.

마테호른을침대에 누워서 볼수있는
마테호른산을 침실에서 누워서 볼수 있는 곳이에요 조식도 대체적으로 무난하며 직원들도 굉장히 친절합니다 체르마트역에서 전화하면 픽업도 가능하니 역에서 거리가 있어도 크게 문제 되지 않아요

마테호른뷰에 깨끗한 호텔 강추합니다!
진짜 너무 좋았어요! 약간 역에서 멀기는 한데, 어차피 체크인,아웃시에는 픽드랍을 해주고 짐없이 걷기에는 그리 멀지않습니다. 산책겸 체르마트 역까지 한 12분정도? 그리고 방에서 마테호른이 바로 보여서 정말정말 좋아요! 객실 청결도는 말할것도없고 조식도 맛있었습니다. 다시 체르마트에 간다면 또 마테호른포쿠스에 숙박할거예요^^

너무 훌륭한 호텔
호텔 예약할때 수영장 보고 좋아서 객실 사진을 둘러 보다가 너무 맘에 들어 예약을 했는데~ 직접 가서 보니까 더 좋고~ 너무 깨끗하고~ 직원들도 다 친절하고~ 다음에 스위스에 또 간다면 또 가고 싶네요^^ 한가지 아쉬운점은 체르마트역에서 호텔까지 거리가 좀 있다는건데,,, 저희 부부는 그냥 산책한다 생각하고 잘 걸어 다녔어요~ 그거 말고는 단점이 없네요~

정말 환상이었어요. 위치는 마테호른 올라가는 케이블카역 바로 옆이라 관광하기에도 좋구요, 게다가 체크인하고 하니 일단 웰컴 드링크를 주고 잠시 쉬고 있으니 짐을 미리 룸에 올려다 주는 완벽한 서비스를 제공해 주더군요. 방에서 바로 마테호른 봉우리가 보여요. 거기다 친절한 직원들에 너무나 깔끔하고 객실에 네스프레소 커피머신과 커피까지~ 객실도 베스트에요. 거기다 혼자 객실을 사용했다고 room charge도 조정해주었어요. 수영장 등 wellness 시설과 로비의 휴식공간도 완전 굿이었어요. 다음에 체르마트를 방문하면 다시 묵고 싶어요.

환상적인 마테호른 뷰
역에서 나오면 호텔의 픽업용 전기차가 주차장에 대기하고 있다가 손님들을 픽업합니다. 그리고 한참을 가서 거리의 거의 끝부분즈음인가, 글레이셔 파라다이스로 올라가는 케이블카의 바로 옆에 위치한 호텔로 들어가게 됩니다. 기차역에서 캐리어 끌고 도보로 이동하면 약 20분 정도 소요됩니다(호텔 바로 앞에 버스 정류장이 있기는 한데 걸어다니는 것이 좋아서 이용해보진 않았네요). 기차역 바로 부근이 메인 스트리트(주로 상점가)인데 좀 멀리 떨어져있구나 할 즈음 호텔에 도착해서, 로비로 올라가면 시설 및 분위기와 로비의 테라스로 나와서 보이는 뷰에 감탄하고, 객실을 올라가면 마테호른을 침대에 누워 바라보는 경치와 인터리어 및 소품에 감탄을 하며 비싼편이지만 그래도 잡길 잘했다는 생각으로 바뀌더군요. 아참, 건물은 몇 개 동이 있는데 현대식의 통유리로 된 건물도 있고(물어보진 않았는데 겉에서 보기에 주로 스위트 일듯...) 그렇지 않은 건물도 있는데, 마테호른 뷰의 룸을 얻으면 예전 건물이더라도 침대에 누워서 넓은 창과 테라스를 통해 마테호른을 보는 호사를 누릴 수 있습니다. 시설이나 편의는 무척 좋습니다. 객실의 내부 디자인과 가구 소품 들도 꽤 신경쓴 것 같아서 만족스러웠습니다. 조식도 괜찮은 편이고요. 오후 티타임에 로비에 제공되는 빵과 간식도 맛있습니다. 직원들도 자부심이 느껴지며 친절하고 손님의 편의를 위해서 적극적이었습니다. 날씨 운이 도와주기도 해야 할텐데, 새벽에 마테호른에 해가 비추기 시작하여 산을 밝히는 것을 보며 일어나고, 마테호른에 지는 해가 마지막 비추는 것을 보며 하루를 마무리 하는 경험만으로도 만족스럽습니다.

마테호른 전망이 펼쳐지는 최고의 위치, 친절한 직원들, 맛있는 아침식사, 현대식의 세련되고 깔끔한 인테리어...최고의 호텔입니다!! 저희 가족이 묵었던 패밀리 룸은 꼭대기에 위치하여 천정에 있는 창문을 통해 별도 볼 수 있었어요. 올 때, 갈 때 모두 역까지 호텔 전기차를 이용할 수 있어 매우 편리했습니다. 아이들은 수영장에서 물놀이하는 것도 너무나 즐거워했습니다.

The Matterhorn suite has a unique view of Matterhorn. It frames the Matterhorn in the cable car ring. We saw the Golden Matterhorn right at the balcony of our room. The hotel is right next to the cable car of Glacier Paradise. Overall a very satisfying experience for me and my family.

The hotel is very close to the cable car station to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. It is a very new hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool. The hotel room condition is very nice and the staff are very sweet to give a surprise on our honeymoon trip. The view from the room is brilliant as it is the closest hotel to the Matterhorn. No other building is in between us with the spectacular mountain. Breakfast was also very nice especially love the croissant. One thing to note is the hotel is on the other side of the town from the main train station. The hotel can arrange pick-up for arrival and check-out to the station. Others will be walking to the main street (or taxi) but with walkable distance of 10 mins.

The hotel is perfect for hikers willing to walk to the Zermatt city center. The hotel is 15 minutes walking to the center to find the restaurants and shops. The walk is beautiful overseeing mountains, river and beautiful Swiss wood constructions. The hotel's staff is wonderful, smiles, eager to help. It is next to the Lift to the Glaciar. Walking the trails is amazing. Zermatt is great and the hotel is really cool. Decoration, Spa etc.

This hotel is just beautiful! The spa has all the amenities one could ask for, the service and the breakfast was also very good. The only issue we had was that the check in instructions did not state that Zermatt is a car free town and you have to park your car in Tisch. Our navigation had us driving directly into Zermatt and we got a ticket from the local police. The signs are not clear at all and we have driven every where in the world. Knowing this ahead of time would have saved us 2 hours and a world of grief. But the hotel itself is simply fabulous with floor to glass windows which make the views come alive.

This is "the" place to be in Zermatt. The suites are spacious with good interiors and an unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. The staff is not only friendly but very accommodating to any / all requests.

The property was gorgeous. Amenities and details were amazing. The staff was so accommodating and super friendly. Only downside was making the windowless room option more apparent on booking. Not something I usually look for when booking a room so was surprised to find out we had a room with just a sky light. That being said- the staff upgraded our room to a suite that was absolutely stunning for a small fee for one of our nights.
