Beautiful chalet, but disappointing stay.
Disappointed that the advertised amenities were not available. Catered breakfast, daily housekeeping, evening “wine and canapés” were not provided as advertised. I would not have booked this stay had I known.

We had a good time at this property. I think it was a little confusing that we were actually located in a condo separate from any main hotel building (studio Venus) and there wasn’t too much around us. But it was very walkable and there was enough support from the hotel staff to get what we needed if the room didn’t have it. We had a very nice and comfortable stay.

Das Appartement war sehr schön und sauber. Blick auf das Matterhorn. Im Prinzip alles einwandfrei, aber im Vergleich mit vergleichbaren Unterkünften in Zermatt eher im oberen Preisbereich.

This was an amazing place to stay! Very clean and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do! Great communication from hosts! Amazing views of the Matterhorn! Highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The view is beautiful and the room was comfortable and very clean. The location was excellent. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all of our friends and family.

Great stay
We stayed in another CHALET ZORA in 2017 so we decided to stay in a bigger CHALET ZERMATT LODGE this time. The chalet looks better in person than in photos. We arrived in two groups. They helpful us to arrange the transfer in two separate groups. We enjoyed the place. It has elevator so no problem with big suitcases. The WIFI is a little slow but it didn't bother us. The only problem is that check out is at 10 am which is very very early. Our host was kind enough to let us check out at 10:30. Last time we could check out around 11:30 am. It would be nice to check out at noon.

Our family of 5 stayed here, and it was the perfect option for us. We were looking for something spacious and modern/clean with views, and I feel like for the price we got a great price compared to the other properties in the area. Very well-cared for property and service was prompt. The only negative was the walk to get to the property was a bit off the beaten path and you had to cross through construction site, but this was not a super negative thing at all. Everything is very close and accessible. I'd definitely stay here again.

Annonce trompeuse lave vaisselle mais pour deux assiettes fournis inutiles lave linge payant aussi sèche linge payant pas de fer à repasser rien pour n minimum ménage et services proposés limite correct ascenseur en panne avec mes problèmes de santé beaucoup de difficultés. La location ne justifie pas la prix trop élevé les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur.

Wonderful experience, Very helpful staff. I stayed with my family for 5 nights after booking through Experian. I had filled in accommodation for 3 and after booking this accommodation the staff contacted me saying that the accommodation was only suitable to two. They were willing to provide an extra bed for extra cost. Pick up and drop to station was included. Clean place, staff briefed us about the place and things to do. We were provided with some supplies to when we reached which was great.

The apartment is newly renovated. Great appliances and furnishing. Good customer service. Responsive to emails or calls. Staff picked up and dropped us off at train station and took our luggage to the apartment by taxi.

Wonderful Experience
We were upgraded by Mountain Exposure from a smaller chalet Heidi to a bigger one, Carmen, free of charge. We are a big family with 4 adults and 3 kids. Having a bigger living room and an extra sitting room with a TV on the top floor was great! Thank you very much for this. Our Mountain Exposure contact Santa was very helpful in preparing our stay and during. She had made ski lesson and restaurant bookings for us in advance. She was always available for help during our stay and very flexible and accomodating when some of our plans changed.

Fooled by the pics
The place is not bad but we were fooled by the picture of another appartment that we thought we booked. You belive you rent a 5 star but get 3 star! Before even considering renting this you must ask for pics for your appartment. We arrive very late and was to tired to take the fight with the agent.
