Stayed at the penthouse, spotlessly clean, comfortable, quality furniture and bath. If you want good coffee (Nescafe Dolce Vita appliance and pads available), bring your (Induction!) Bialetti or just go outside. Roof terrace is exclusive but up the stairs out the flat door. Quiet if you shut windows amd switch on A/C, otherwise cam get quite noisy. Definitely recommend for the quality, cleanliness, comfort and location, location, location

The Anderson city flats are perfect for a central stay in the old town of Valencia. We stayed in the apartment on the top floor which has private access to a roof terrace. The apartment is very well equipped and cleaned daily. You just have to step outside the door and you are a short walk from the main historical sites. We checked in at the nearby hotel cosmo and found the team there to be really helpful and friendly - they are available 24:7 if needed. I would recommend this accommodation.

Great location, close to all the major attractions in the old section of the City. The small square right outside the building is a vibrant spot with entertainment many nights. The king bed was awesome, and our roof-top terrace was a great place to chill in the siesta hours.

The staff were very helpful and so friendly, check in at the hotel was very efficient and easy and only a short walk to the apartment which had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and worth a trip up the cathedral bell tower for the view.

Lovely stay in Valencia old town!
Great apart-hotel. Flat is recently renovated, very nice and clean and well equipped. It’s incredibly well located (right in the centre of the old town), and just a few mins walk from the Central Market. Hotel Cosmo is also just a few mins away, and there staff there were incredibly helpful.

Absolutely superb. If you can stay here - do. If you can get the 'penthouse' apartment with the private roof terrace - do that as well! Brilliant location - about 30 seconds walk from the stunjing UNESCO World Heritage building of La Lonja, and only another few seconds onto the Central Market. The Cathedral is within a stroll of 5 mjnutes, as is the astonishing Church of San Nicolas de Bari & San Pedro Martir. The beautiful Plaza de l’Ajuntament is also less than 10 minutes by foot. There are hundreds of cafes and restaurants within easy reach, and the square immediately below the apartments is vibrant, complete with buskers, jazz dancing and several eating options. The customer service from StayingValencia was nothing short of exceptional. A minor issue that was actually outside their control was resolved very promptly and professionally. Communication was excellent and straightforward throughout our stay. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well appointed - and thankfully, the air conditioning was fully functional! Highly recommended!

Great location and quiet
Amazing central location, and surprisingly quiet with the windows closed. Checkin was at another hotel 3 mins walk away but didn’t need to go back to check out. Aircon worked well. Couch was very uncomfortable. Bed was a king (and very firm but we like that). Bathroom was through the bedroom (in the penthouse apartment) and very small but ok. They do a daily clean but only change towels every 3 days which is fine. Sunset from the rooftop terrace was beautiful

Centrally located well equipped apartment
The apartment was very well maintained and equipped. The location is excellent. We were able to eat at the eateries inside the market where they have specials every day. The guest relations staff particularly Tonis and Jorge were super friendly and the communication always prompt via whatsapp. The Cosmos is located very very close. The terrace was located separately from the apartment and there was too nuch wind so we were never able to use it as the unbrella could not stand the heavy wind.

Simply Amazing!
We stayed in the penthouse with the rooftop terrace and what an amazing experience! We loved it so much we continued our stay 2 times. You have to check in at a local hotel about 2 minute walk from the apartment and the staff there is absolutely fantastic! So friendly and helpful, we bothered them every morning asking if we could stay longer and they always found a way to make it work for us. As for the apartment it’s location couldn’t be better just steps away from the central market, surrounded by great food and a lively neighborhood. The bed was great and space was nice but the rooftop terrace was the best, the view of all the rooftops and church bell towers make it hard to leave. I give it a 9.5/10, the only downfalls of this property (very minor) where the bathroom is small, the ac didn’t work well but it has so many windows we just left them open and got a great breeze and the elevator has a strange smell. We will be coming back to Valencia as much as we can and when we do we will be staying at this apartment!

Nice suite in central Valencia
Centrally located in Valencia, a very short distance to the Central Market. Many, many bars and restaurants within close walking distance, plus major cultural attractions such as San Nicolas (stunningly beautiful) and the cathedral Unit was very clean and serviced every 3 days. You can hear the sound from the bars and restaurants but it is a white noise. Very quiet after closing time Would stay again

Great location and facilities..well worth a visit
The location was first class, as was the flat itself. The check in process was a bit bizarre as you are supposed to check in half a mile away, which is difficult, to say the least ! However, when I rand the property contact they allowed me to check in over the phone, so that solved that problem. I did message the property manager to find out the nearest car park, or if it was better to arrive on the train, they never replied. Overall though I would say it was worth the minimal hassle to stay there.

Very nice located near the market, very spacious. Not the nicest shower but does the job. The blowdryer wasn't very nice, not very powerful. Nice bed and big, firm mattress, but I would have appreciated a blanket because at night got quite chilly. Air conditioning is not working.

Great central, clean and comfortable apartment
We had a fab stay at Valencia flats mercado central! The location was perfect, bed super comfortable and very clean! It’s a little noisy because of the central location but it didn’t bother us, it all adds to the charm of it. There’s plenty of nice restaurants and bars around you and the old town is within walking distance of the flat no problem. If I was being super picky I’d say the little sofa in the front room was a bit uncomfortable or flimsy but if you’re just using the apartment as a base to sleep and get changed like we did it’s absolutely fine. You can hear the neighours upstairs too but again no problem if you’re not spending loads of time indoors.

Great little flat in Center of Old Town Valencia
Great location. Good price. Place is in the Center of Old town very close to Central Mercado. Cute, quaint little place. A little confusion about 2nd email and check-in but reception lady was very nice and accommodating. Beds a little eh comfortable but not awful and elevator/lift smelled bad but didn't affect the stay.

Great apartment in the heart of Valencia
We loved our stay at Valenciaflats mercado central, apartment was clean and in great condition. The location was fantastic central to all the sights. The only downside to these apartments is having to check in at one of their other locations which is a 15min walk away or taxi ride. It would be good if there was some way to change this

Mitten im Geschehen
Mitten im historischen Zentrum beim Mercado Central. Zum Erkunden der Stadt optimal gelegen. Tag und Nacht daher aber auch sehr laut. Da es jedoch direkt im historischen Zentrum nicht direkt eine Metro-Haltestelle gibt, hat man zur nächsten Metro immer einen Fußweg von ca. 10 Minuten.

Keurig appartement in de oude binnenstad
Het appartement is zeer gunstig gelegen in het hart van de oude binnenstad. Het appartement ziet er keurig uit. Is van alle gemakken voorzien. De codes om in het appartement te komen zijn te krijgen op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen van het metrostation Angel Guimera in de Carrer d'Espinosa. Prima geholpen daar. Daarna nog 10 minuten lopen naar het appartement. 's Avonds kun je wel te maken hebben met geluidsoverlast van terrassen rondom het appartement.

Great stay in the heart of Valencia
Valenciaflats at Mercado Central are in a fantastic location for visiting the heart of the city. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, and contained everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The only thing to keep in mind is that you will need to go to the main reception upon arrival (10 minutes away) to pick up the keys, as there is no auto-check-in machine at this location. It was a great stay, and we'll definitely be booking this location again the next time we're in Valencia!

Great apartment in an amazing location
The apartment was very nice with multiple balconies, two of which face a plaza with great cafes and bars. Apartment is located very close to the Central Market and city center. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in my favorite city. Very safe location. Receptionists were extremely nice and helpful. Extremely pleased with everything. The Valencia Flats in the "ciudad central" are about 0.5 miles away from the other set of Valencia Flats apartment. So, if you are staying in one of the "ciudad central" flats, just know that the building where you check in is half a mile away.

Heel leuk en praktisch apartement op uitstekende locatie. 1 minuut lopen van prachtige overdekte markt. Helaas is er in het flatgebouw een sterke afvoergeur (zoals trouwens in heel Valencia) maar in het apartement zelf niet. Veel leuke restaurants en tapas bars in de buurt.

Dear Eva, Thanks for your opinion. You are right there is a funny smell when the weather change a Valencia, also under the building there is an old dry river. But as you say, we are winning the smell fight inside the apartments. Hope to welocome you again!

Great location, noisy but great atmosphere
The apt itself is well done, updated and clean. Entrance has sewage odor but inside apartment smells fine. Reception was friendly and informative. If you have a car, it is very tricky managing the tiny, one way streets getting to the square. Valencia is an amazing city to explore.

Allt var toppen bra boende mysiga matställen överallt. Glöm inte att besöka akvariet "Jättestort". Promenad till stranden och taxi tillbaka kanon.

Super leilighet, rent og fin beliggenhet
Veldig fin og ren leilighet. Litt vanskelig å finne da det var to leilighetshotell med nesten identiske navn.Super beliggenhet i forhold til ALT.Anbefales !

Sleek modern on lively plaza
Checkin was a breeze: We called ahead while on our way and was able to check in via text messages. They texted the door codes and gave a recommendation on parking. Really nice, modern entire-floor flats. Kitchen was great. Nice bathroom. Only caveat: it is overlooking what can be a very noisey plaza. We arrived the night of July 24 - feast of San Juan - and there was a dance party until 3:00am that rocked our building! Other nights there was musical entertianment, but not so late! There are two great cafes right downstairs for drinks, tapas and more.
