I called the hotel before making the reservation to make sure they have a pool and hot tub. I was told “Yes”. When we arrived at the hotel, the pool and hot tub were closed. The person I talked to, 2 days prior, did not mention this. The gal at the front desk said it had been down for a while already. Breakfast was a joke. Cereal, no milk and juice machine was broken and there was a loaf of bread with cheesecake on the counter. All in all, it was a horrible and I will never stay there again!!

No elevator, had to wait for staff to finish personal call to check in, card key didn’t work twice had to get reprogrammed, toilet in room unstable, curtains didn’t close (torn off hooks), no way to divert water to take a shower, refrigerator didn’t work, juice dispenser broken, out of coffee, only cheap white bread and sugar cereals for breakfast, smell of marijuana out first floor windows into parking lot, homeless in and around property.

Reserved a king room. The facet in the tub/shower was broke so couldn’t use the water. Staff moved us to another room, not a king, too two queens. The tv in that room didn’t work. Beds were very uncomfortable. Whole place is out dated and worn down. Pool and hot tub were shut down. No continental breakfast. Orange juice machine was even out of order. Would never stay here again.

The best thing about the whole stay was the manager.. she was kind cheerful and understanding..5 stars for her...... other than that stay away from this place at all costs....

The people at the property were excellent and we were extremely happy with teir service and their very upbeat attitude. But the property is in much needed repair/update: pealing paint, beds beyond their expiration date, pool non-functional. They were working on the pool and other things, so I expect it will be better in the long run...it is just unfortunate that its present condition was not made aware to its customers BEFORE they arrived (or reserved) so that it was understood what they were getting into. The included breakfast was also lacking, in comparison to other Days Inns that we have stayed at.

You get what you pay for, but this property did not have breakfast as was listed and the pool was down for maintenance - which were the two reasons I booked this. The shower was the absolute worst, just one tiny stream of lukewarm water, and the room was dirty and in disrepair. There was literally a used q-tip stuck to the wall and wallpaper coming off the wall.

Pool is closed for maintenance, has been for at least a month. Internet is down with no fix time. I specifically requeated a hotel with a pool and free internet. Didnt know either until after we had checked in and went to use either of them. Canceled my room and now im fighting to get my money back

They advertise a free breakfast. Well, they had none at all! Cable in the room didn’t work. Walls smelled of fresh paint. Pool and spa both inside were closed. $200 security deposit for this place is ridiculous. Been waiting and it has yet to be refunded but says it will be. Last time I ever stay there.

I think the staff and the hot bath were literally all I was able to add any stars too. The two people at the front desk were super sweet the first at night was really sweet and pretty and the one leaving in the morning with red hair as well. I didn't have a smoke detector in my room. There wasn't breakfast like it said on the booking site. They didn't look anything like the photos it was not very clean. The bed really made my back hurt. I really didn't like having to pay a $200 deposit for no reason. I'm still waiting to get back my money. It's been 24 hours still not in my account. I think it's a shady place. Shady area and really not very clean or safe. Also no elevators or wifi. You better have $200 on a debit or credit cuz they won't accept cash. Also be prepared to not have clean fresh crisp towels. They don't vacuum the rooms they had brown scum around the faucet of tub. I understand it's hard times and there's no respect nowadays and people stealing linens and doing criminal things is unacceptable. It makes harder funding available for the overall. I just makes it hard to have the best for guests deserving of the amenities. I walked in the place smelling like sewage and I was unable to get a refund. I am not very happy. I think you need to provide at the very least comfort for guests paying money for your service. Not being honest about the breakfast in the morning and not allowing me to pay $200 in cash . I had to drive across town at night to go put the cash on card.

This was by far one of the most disgusting motels I've ever seen. The entire facility is dirty. The room was supposed to clean - I must have different expectations of what clean means. I took pictures because I knew I was going to leave a review. The front desk staff was nice. I will say that at least.

Nightmare stay
The hotel desk clerk was rude it was dirty and the TV didn't work only infomercials and it was filthy and no handle on the shower the water ran for days and we had no towels the second day after giving them to the housekeeper thinking she would bring us some back. She never did then the desk clerk would not give them to us.

Treated awful.
We got treated very poorly from the beginning of check in, the individual sized us up and down looking at us funky, judging my boyfriends nails and the rest of our attire, let me mention 4 gay guys all on a trip from Lincoln city from Spokane… just trying to get back home after a birthday trip at the beach, The bed room was a mess and we asked for new sheets, when he came up he proclaimed that we were all having sex and needed to leave the hotel without refund. We were just trying to safely spend the night because the roads back home closed during a snow storm.

I do not recommend this hotel.
I did not stay. The Hotel had an unsettling smell, the doors of the rooms had marks on them that looked like they had to be pried open by force, my room key didn't work- the person working had to put it in the lock 3 times before it worked, the room was dark, and the tv connection was rough (skipping). I felt uncomfortable and left within 20 minutes. I was promised a refund for one of the nights I had reserved (which seemed completely reasonable to me), but it never happened.

At check in they attempt to charge me for a room I have already paid for, in addition a $200 "deposit". The clerk feigns ignorance and capitulates when presented with proof through the app. "Breakfast at 7am!" No! No breakfast, no anything including an apology or even answering the phone at the front desk. When I complain through the app they can't even get a hold of them. Will I ever get the dubious "deposit" back? Doubtful. At least at motel 6 you know what you're getting into. This places masquerades as a days inn when clearly it's not. Do yourself a favor and splurge for anywhere else.

This was a real dive. Dirty, the furniture is so old it looked like termites has been eating it for a long time. The floors were not vacuumed, after I got a second room, the floors were still atrocious. I could continue, just know terrible, oh, no soap, no hot water, luke warm for 4 minutes. No hot water, deal breaker, for sure.

Time for an upgrade!
We were traveling and needed a place to stay for the night. We choose this hotel because of the Wyndam name and thought it was a good deal. We were disappointed with most everything. The parking lots lights were not on, and the lot was very dark. We did not feel safe leaving anything in the car, so we took everything our and placed it in our room. The door looked like it had been broken into with the scrape marks by the door lock. The room had dirty sheets and hair was found on the sheets like they were not changed. There were only 3 small pillows on the bed and when we went to ask for more pillows at the front desk, they said they didn't have any extras. There was mold on the shower head and in the tub. The shower curtain was stained. The TV remote didn't work. The wall plug that had the coffee pot plugged in it was not working. All in all, this was a disappointing stay for a Wyndam property.

Hotel was terrible , staff tryed to say my card was declined even though I paid thru hotels.com. TV didn't work place was filthy there was no soap or anything to wash yourself. On top of that there is no breakfast in the morning. I don't know what pictures there using but that was definitely not the place I stood. This hotel should be taken off your website!!

Room size was great for the price. Room was inexpensive compared to others nearby.... you get what you pay for. Bed and pillows were terrible, room not clean and a broken seal on fridge door. Water pressure dropped during shower. Vending machines were empty. Continental breakfast was fruit pieces, tiny yogurts and orange juice .... that was it.... basically nothing. Trash all around the building. Staff barely speaks english....As I said previously, you get what you pay for.

The worst
This is the worst experience I have had at a hotel. The place had not been vacumed, there was no soap or shampoo in the room, the bathroom sink was cracked, the water was either hot or cold with no in between, and the window in the room would not close. The "breakfast" consisted of hostess chocolate cupcakes, tiny plastic wrapped muffins, a tangerine, yogurt, orange juice or coffee. There was a coffee maker in the room without the pot or coffee. The desk clerks were polite but far from helpful in anyway. I have stayed at I many Days Inn's prior to this stay and I expected so much better. I will have to reconsider any future stays.

Liked that Less noisy. But rest no: dirty inside from entrance to inside the room. No breakfast in time & when requested said “I am only 30 min late!”. We counted on having breakfast at 6 to arrive to my appointment at hospital, it was stressful. Inadequate hot water- took long time. No extra blanket. No soap in bathroom. Dining room was filthy with trash can overflowing. Internet service does not work inside the room. Saw 3 police man questioning at reception.

Classic “you get what you pay for”. Beds were clean and comfortable, but the carpets needed vacuuming, and the whole place is very dated. We checked out early.

Horrible property, horrible service!
First off, the property wasn't as advertised. The front desk clerk was very standoffish to my daughters. We we told that the pool and Hot tub were closed due to a leak in the room. The pool was a dark green in color. When we got into the room, the door looked as though it has been recently forced open, the repair and condition of the door was bad, and the lock barely worked, the wifi didn't work/exist, the beds were uncomfortable, the in room phone didn't work at all, the TV had no channels to view, and there were no toiletries stocked in the room, other than towels. Hot water was not great, but at least that worked. We stayed the first night, determined to transfer to another property, and seek a refund for the remainder of our visit. Next morning: no continental breakfast, no coffee, no juice... nothing. When I asked the clerk about this, I was told to give it 5 min. I came back 30 min later, still within the service hours, and nothing. Was told that if I didn't like it, that I could check out...NOW, with no refund. I paid 226.71 for this hotel, plus another 171.00 for another hotel for the rest of the weekend. I've filed complaints with Windham, Hotels.com, and my bank. I look forward to seeing what everyone does. I would NEVER recommend this property for any reason whatsoever. I would love to attach pictures, but I'm not able to at this time.
