Thank you for the positive comments about the staff, the guest room, and our breakfast. I am sorry for the issue you experienced with your first room at check-in. Our rooms are cleaned and inspected upon a guest's checkout by our housekeeping staff and our head housekeeper. Judging by your experience, it appears that our system broke down somewhere along the line. Please rest assured that we have shared your feedback with the appropriate hotel team to ensure that this does not happen again. We hope to impress you on your next visit.
