Upon check-in front desk staff was disengaged, provided very little in a welcoming attitude or information regarding my stay. Room itself was good, unfortunately bathroom sink was not draining properly. Upon arrival to room, no instructions for anything (ie. Room service, facilities, etc) were available, again no notification from staff that all info would available upon turning on TV and scanning QR code. Attempted to order room service via QR code, but it was not working properly. Had to look up external website via URL and then was able to order room service. Food from room service was good. In morning, TV was not working, however apparently a number of TV's in other rooms were not working as well. Called technical staff to inform of TV, advised they would send someone to my room, but no one ever showed and no further communication was offered. Front desk staff upon check-out were the nicest of all staff encountered.
Property would benefit from increased customer service training, disappointing experience given the history of brand.
