We do understand that the tree falling on the power lines that knocked out all power in the area during your stay was inconvenient, and despite it being completely out of our control, we are sorry your stay was interrupted. We are so glad that it occurred after our guests were able to enjoy their breakfast and during a beautiful sunny weekend day where most guests were enjoying it outside exploring the area. It is most unfortunate when these rare incidents occur and we are sorry this impacted your stay.

IHG has attempted to address all breakfast issues by adding more items to the menu such as; greek yogurt, a selection of hot cereals with condiments like walnuts and raisins, an added whole fruit, and turkey sausage to complement the already better than average selection. If you have any specific suggestions I would encourage you to contact IHG directly as it is through our guests' feedback that things change to meet expectations. Thank you for the great score and positive feedback! All tubs and shower surfaces have been treated with an anti-slip coating, however if there is shower gel or soap in the tub it can get slippery. We do have bath mats available at the front desk upon request for any guest wishing extra stability.
