Our room was so dirty. The toilet bowl and the sink has the black plaque all around it. The bathroom is dated and The bed cover smell like the dirty sweat 😱

Good: inexpensive, large room, fairly clean. Not so good: $10 parking fee, hot tub out of commission, doors unsecured, mediocre continental breakfast, concierges talking about personal stuff audibly.

This was perfect for our weekend trip to Portland. Close by to our event, and dining. Also quick access to major highways when heading out to explore.

The front desk and the breakfast ladies are all very friendly and professional. However, the building itself can use some fixes. For example, the door to the building we stayed was broken and couldn't be closed which posed safety issues. The bathroom door in our room couldn't be closed properly either. The curtain in our room was torn. It's operated by Hilton, but doesn't live up to its name.

Homewood Suites treated us very well! They accommodated us when Frontier Airlines messed up our original itinerary. The staff were friendly and attentive. We loved the included breakfast and will definitely stay here again.

I canceled my reservation after they told me their seasonal pool was closed (after the hottest week in Oregon weather). That was unacceptable, along with the front desks' lackluster attitude of "oh well, too bad so sad." The whole reason I booked their hotel was for the pool. The front desk manager assured me that their website reflected the pool closure at the time I checked in, which was not helpful since I did not know prior.

Spacious room was good and sheets clean. Great location to restaurants and river beach. What I didnt like : 1. The pool was closed and no notification and we booked after the pool was closed. We chose the hotel for the pool. The river is really nearby but the girl at the front desk could have shared that, instead of saying " i dont know where you can go". We also found a pool 15 mins away but again she could have shared alternatives. 2. Cigarette butt in porch and it was dirty 3. The lounge tv had white streaks down it on every channel. 4. Only one seat on the porch 5. Breakfast was below par

I was with friends visiting the area on the unfortunate mission of dealing with a friend's untimely death. As it happens the location was convenient for us, particularly because it's in a particularly walkable location with a riverside esplanade, plenty of cafe and dining options, and a grocery store all easily accessible. The most notable thing about the property, however, was the staff. As it happens we needed several special accommodations, and Rayna, the desk attendant, went out of her way to handle them seamlessly, and at the same time was so sensitive to the difficult situation that I can hardly imagine anyone ever being kinder, more sympathetic, or more professional, all at the same time. I would happily return under better circumstances.

Great location but very run down. Unfortunately the pool is down and has been for months, furniture is DIRTY and needs to be covered with sheets, found dirty dishes...there is not enough staff in housekeeping to manage proper turnovers. The front desk is very friendly and professional

Great area and easy access to a great river trail. Suite was showing its age and felt a bit dirty. Bath had not been cleaned and floors were quite dirty. Kitchenette was missing soap, dish towels and a drain stopper for the sink so could not do dishes. Felt it needed a good deep clean and an inventory check to ensure the amenities were usable in the suite.

The room was great, clean quiet. The WiFi login didn’t work at first but then did once I went to the front lobby. Getting into the building was a problem. Apparently the key cards don’t always unlock the outer doors! Nothing is more frustrating than a key that doesn’t work. That should be top of the list to get that fixed. Went to the front desk 3 times!

The rooms are very nice and spacious. The included breakfast is "better than average." The staff are very nice. My room faced the pool, which can get noisy, particularly because there were a number of families staying there.

Noise all night long sounded like the people above us were going to fall through the floor. There was black mold under the toilet seat. For as much as this hotel charged and it being a Hilton I expected a certain level of standard. The staff was incredibly nice, had no problems at all with staff. This hotel states they have shuttle service to airport but they only had service after 9am. I needed shuttle service at 4am. We found out after checking in the shuttle was not available for us. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We drove long way from CA to Portland, family with kids, when getting there, they said no room available, and asked us to move to another hotel at downtown at night. Wr booked in advance and paid full price, don't understand what they called "overbooked" and cancelled/changed ours. Really terrible experience ...

Love the amenity and breakfast. The area is safe and pleasant. We enjoyed the walk in sunset along the river. Convenient location to Fort Vancouver, downtown and a shopping center.
