시설 등 주방 집기류들이 많이 낡은 편임. 그래도 전반적으로 편안한 숙소 였음. 완전 번화가에서는 조금 떨어져 있어서 성인들 경우에는 걸어서 다니기 충분하나, 어린 아이들과 다니기엔 대중 교통 이용이던 도보던 조금 애매한 거리임

Please make sure next time when you stay with us ask for our free shuttle bus which can take from the hotel any where within downtown even to city center which is 4 blocks away from the hotel. once again thank you for your feed back and we look forward to see you again.

Location was great. The facility itself is very old and neglected. Bathrooms were very old and some showers didn’t work. The beds were uncomfortable. The room was too warm and AC didn’t work and also was at least 30 years old.0

No air conditioning and the rooms were too hot . The handles on the windows were broken so I couldn’t open the window in the rooms. Went to ask staff if there was an ice machine . Was looked at funny because apparently I should have know it was broken . Pool had so much chlorine that it burned my skin .

The hotel is within walking distance to all the places we wanted the visit downtown. The room we had was spacious and clean. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Good but not great ( fine but just barely )
Staff very gracious, suite large and accommodating. Soft goods acceptable , houseware at or slightly below par, soaps and bathroom products below par Furniture dated, worn and mostly uncomfortable. As you pivot to higher end clientele and rates, improve your products at touch pints and you will keep pace. Failure to provide experience at your current rates, other competitors in Vancouver BC market will gain my ( and others’ ) business ahead of this hotel.

Very dated property wall paper peeling, beds old and worn out, carpets lifting. Staff moderately helpful but don’t really seem to know what they’re doing. Garbage bags left in hallways overnight by cleaning staff. While the are is convenient I think the price charged for the rooms are a bit rich given the shoddiness of the building and suites themselves.

Located in a good and walkable area. The staffs were not friendly and not welcoming at all. In general Canada doesn’t have a good customer service and it’s so disappointing. The hotel doesn’t have any amenities. We asked one time for cleaning during our stay and they didn’t even clean up the beds at all which was shocking to me. overall not bad but I wouldn’t go there anymore.

Relaxing on vaca in Vancouver.
Visiting Vancouver with my brother and his wife and it was so nice to be under one roof. We love the apartment feel to the place. It allowed us each a bedroom but also a common area to watch tv and talk casually together.

This was such an excellent place to stay with our 3 teenagers. We were able to walk to Rogers arena for a concert, take the seabus to Granville Island, everyone has their own space, amazing bakery across the street. Staff was helpful and friendly!

Hotel Needs Updating
The hotel is in need of some updates. I liked the size of the room. We are a family of 5 adults & we did have room to spread out. The bathrooms are old & I didn't feel extremely clean. The secondary bathroom had drain issues, which made it worse. Blinds are broken & the curtains are very dated & dusty. Location is good, but overall we probably won't consider staying at this property again.

Excellent place to stay for a family.
