nightmare. Loud. poor service. No manager replies
Horrible nightmare. worst service. dangerous food. Manager ignored our request to contact us. Minibar bottles were filled with unknown liquid. The police said we should get comped room. Manager refused to talk to us. I was sick for 2 days. Do not go. Do not stay if you care about your health. Finally the house keeping staff and cars outside was super loud. I couldnt sleep at all. Do not go. 최악의호텔. 미니바에 있는 주류(진, 보드카 등 투명한 주류 전부)에 술이 아닌 다른 액체(수돗물인지 변기물인지 아니면 독인지)가 담겨있었음. 직원이 와서 한다는 말이 이전에 묵은 사람이 마시고 돈 안내려고 채워놓은것같다고. 그걸 확인하는건 호텔 책임이지. 그걸 얼음에 타서 한모금 마신 후 이틀간 배탈이 났는데 아무 보상도 없이 이틀치 호텔비 전부 받아감.위생개념이 전혀 없는 호텔. 바깥에 차소리 새벽까지 시끄럽고 틈만나면 하우스키핑이 와서 엄청 시끄럽게 문두드려 제대로 자지도 못함. 진짜 생각하기도 싫은 호텔

밴쿠버에서 마지막날 소음의 고통을 준 숙소
금요일엔 절대 숙박하지마세요. 수. 목. 금. 있다가 토요일에 돌아오는 비행기여서 금요일에 일찍 정리하고 자려고 누웠는데 1층 로비에 있는 클럽에서 시끄러운 음악소리가 들려서 항의를 했지만 미안하다는 말만 듣고 새벽 3시까지 음악이 멈추기를 기다리다가 3시 넘어서 잤습니다 . 다음날 출발하기 위해 7시에 일어났구요. 4시간 자고 비몽사몽으로 출발했네요.. 클럽손님들만 중요하고 숙박하는 여행객들에 대한 배려는 전혀 없는 곳이더군요. 다시 밴쿠버에가서 숙박해야한다면 제외 되어야할 숙소같습니다. 정말 밴쿠버에서 마지막밤을 최악으로 만들어줬습니다.

Hotel is really close to public train so you can take the 20 minute ride to YVR. You can use it to connect to bus and seabus which we did. There is addl parking fee of $49 per nt. The room we had was so hot (March) that we had to open the one window which made for noisy night.

Close to the seawall. Lots of dining options. Beautiful room with everything you could want. Very comfortable bed. Very pleasant welcome.

Loved this charming hotel in the heart of Yaletown. Super helpful and friendly staff. Great location to tons of restaurants, bars and shopping. Easy 20 min walk to downtown shopping core or Gastown, or just hop on the subway right across from the hotel to zip there in a few minutes. Also enjoyed taking the passenger ferry (only a few min walk from hotel) to Granville Island. In nicer weather, we would have loved to take the loaner bikes to Stanley Park. We will be back!

The OPUS was a fantastic choice. We had a dog with us and they are pet friendly so there was no problem there. The staff was SO KIND and helpful!!!

Restaurant in the hotel was great. Location was awesome for walking to Rogers. Valet parking is convenient and stress free. Trendy rooms.

The staff at OPUS is very kind and attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable. I loved how central the hotel is in downtown Vancouver. I’d definitely stay at the OPUS again.

Excellent property in a very good location. Staff are wonderful and there is a very good breakfast. Room is a good size, just needs a couple drawers. Some very cute notes in the rooms, too. Definitely recommend.

This is an excellent choice if youre considering a boutique style hotel in a vibrant neighborhood. It has it all. The delicious food at Capo restaraunt on site was an extra convenience. We would definitely stay again.

駅から近く、グランビルアイランドも船で行きやすく、おしゃれな内装で、スタッフの方も親切でとても満喫できました！ ただ1点残念だったのは、バストイレのスライドドアを閉める時、ズレているのかギリギリと音が出てしまってました。 でもまた機会あれば泊まりたいです。

This place was really nice, staff was amazing, came in about 2am in the morning, and felt very welcomed, shower is amazing with glass windows, and the beds were comfortable. Will make this a destination for my next trip to B.C..
