Our deepest apologies for the room.Unfortunately the room you were given for your one night stay here wasn't supposed to be rented out as it was scheduled to be repaired.We here at the Westward Inn truly pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our rooms, even if they are older then some more expensive accommodations in the area. An error in paper work allowed that room to be listed as completed and ready and again we apologize for the conditions within the room itself.As for the "Homeless and Hookers" you first mentioned, we have a strict manned Security system in place and have had zero reports of any such activity here for years, any such activity is detected by our CCTV system and dealt with quickly with any suspicious activities on the property.I am happy to refund your stay with us due to the circumstances if you could call our office directly (Sunday through Wednesdays between 3:pm and 10:pm and speak with Lance to arrange it.

My apologies that your room was not to your liking. We are currently doing renovations to our rooms and unfortunately you were put in a room that was not fully completed. Just a reminder you still have an outstanding balance owing here.I understand how frustrating it must have been being asked to leave at the check-out time and how dare those other guests book a room and expect to be able to check in in a timely manner. You should be ashamed of yourself. You didn't even show up for your reservation. Our check in time is between 2 and 10 PM and our office is open until 11PM.The fact that you refused to check in on time or even call us with the problem is all on you. To give such a poor rating because you pooched your own reservation is reprehensible. Time to take some responsibility.

Sorry you didn't seem to enjoy your stay. We are an Economy Motel and understand that you may have higher expectations in life, but to call it "Dumpy" when you paid under 100 for a renovated double room seems harsh. We do hope you find accommodations more fitting to your lifestyle in the future.

I'm sorry to hear of your problems during your 2 day stay with us. I truly wish you would have brought these issues to my attention during your stay as I would have immediately fixed those issues.I checked the room you were in and didn't see any sign of any mold, the room was cleaned the morning of your arrival by two of our more experienced house-keepers I would have approached them with your concerns had you come to me with them then.Our mini fridge you had in your room was checked as well and no ice or items were found, again I can't fix it if I'm not aware of it right?I am happy to hear you liked the location and the Staff.

I'm sorry to hear of your issues during your 2 day stay with us! Oh how I wish you would have brought those issues to my attention then.I have checked the outlets and did indeed find them to be worn out and they have since been replaced with new outlets. I would have happily moved you to a different room just for that alone.I don't understand why, if the duvet smelled of urine (of all things) you wouldn't have demanded that to be corrected. ALL the bedding is (and always has been) professionally washed between each and every guest I would have jumped at the opportunity to correct any bedding issue IMMEDIATELY as we have always prided ourselves on our cleanliness. I would like to hear from you as to why the customer service was "a headache and a half".
