루씨옹 바로 앞에 있는 호텔로 깨끗하고 조용함 2층으로 된 호텔로 아담하며 창문 너머로 남프랑스의 전원이 다 보임 특히 아침 조식이 좋았음

The staff was very friendly and their service was excellent. I had a beautiful view from my terrace and the proximity to the center of the city was good. Everything was in easy walking distance. I would definitely recommend it. For English speakers the staff was fluent.

Perfect!!!
Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful little hotel! Great location with a 2 minute walk to the center of Roussion. We had a family room on the top floor with a terrace that had the most incredible views! Everything in our room was impeccable and updated, the owners were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was great. There is a small pool with beautiful grounds that you can relax by after a day of walking and sightseeing. Highly recommend this hotel, you won’t regret it!

First visit won’t be our last !
We loved our first visit tobThr Luberon and in particular Rousillion — Maison des Ocres is perfectly located just outside the ancient city and next to public parking - a free pass is given to their guests. The pool is a perfect way to relax after a long day of activities in the region. Breakfast is great— wide ranging selection, excellent quality and great value We will definitely return !

The reception was the worst we have ever experienced in Europe. We don’t know if the man who we met outside the hotel was owner or manager, but he was angry because we arrived at 8:20pm which we don’t feel is particularly late. He told us we could awake the other guests by our “late arrival”! We called him Basil because he could turn on the charm when he wanted, but was also arrogant and very rude and entirely unsuited to be in charge of anything to do with guests. On the contrary, a lady who worked at the hotel reception was lovely - friendly and very helpful. On another positive note, this hotel is very well appointed, very clean, a comfortable bed and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. So in summary the experience was marred by a rude owner/manager but the overall the hotel is very well appointed and comfortable.

This is a perfect place to stay if visiting towns in Provence. The ower was so helpful and friendly and this town is not quite as touristy as some so it was easier to maneuver. I highly recommend.

Another amazing stay.. until next year!
Yet another great stay at Maison des Ocres! I have stayed there 1 night in July 2020 and had planned to return since. The rooms are clean, spacious and mine had a wonderful terrasse to enjoy morning coffee in pyjamas. The staff is nice and helpful. The location is perfect as you can stroll in 2 mins into the heart of the beautiful Roussillon. The pool is not big but lovely and there are always fresh pool towels as well huge umbrellas to hide from the sun. Highly recommend and will surely return again!
Kettle and coffee in each room for those who don't eat proper breakfast like me
The surroundings of pool are very green and full of flowers

Denitely will return again!
The location of the hotel is perfect - village's large parking is just in front and hotel also has a garage to park+charge your bicycle. The Roussillion village center is less than 5 mins by walk if you climb the stairs directly leading you to la Maire, church and restaurants. Many great restaurants close by and excellent recommendation by the reception team - you feel very welcome! The room was extremely clean and comfortable and the bonus was the terasse to enjoy the sunset or some afternoon sun. The pool is lovely and there are plenty of pool towels. The best hotel I stayed in Luberon so far and hope to return next year!

誕生日に宿泊しました。とても立地が良く、ベランダからの眺めも良く、スタッフもとても親切で、いい気分で宿泊できました。設備も申し分ありません。 ただ、眺めのいいベランダで夕暮れを過ごしたかったのですが、ベランダに蜂の巣があり、蜂が飛んできて怖かったです。蚊も入ってくるのでご注意を。

Excellent Provence Hotel
Superb place to stay in Rousillon. You can walk to the restaurant district of Rousillon in about five minutes. Superb staff, superb breakfast, comfortable beds, and awesome showers - this place has it all, and is in a great location to explore Provence if you're driving yourself. Highly recommended.

Good hotel in a gorgeous Provence town.
Overnight stay while traveling in Provence. Welcoming. Good size room for three with one bed on a mezzanine floor. Outdoor pool in which to cool off. The town is gorgeous. Didn't have breakfast in the hotel at 12€ each. You will be given a voucher for the public car park opposite.

Good location, but disappointing for it's cost
Our room was on the 3rd floor, effectively in the eaves, with a small enclosed balcony, The stairs were narrow and steep, with no lift option. My husband had to duck his head to pass through the door to the balcony and bathroom and there was not enough height in the bathroom even for me to stand up for a shower. The room was south facing, so very warm when we arrived and the aircon did not work.

Double billing on the stay
We stayed one night there on the way to the town of Gordes. The hotel is located at the edge of the town and the rooms are more spacious compared to other hotels' in France. We checked out with cash before we left and two weeks later after when I got my credit card bill, I found out that they also charged my credit card. I did send Emails and leave message on their website and never heard from them. It is so clear that they did charge twice with receipt and my credit statement, however, the lady just denied it and hung up rudely. I even asked hotels.com to contact them and did not get any result either. Most people there are tourists or even foreigners, which gives hotels like this one has chance to make money easily. shame on you!!!

Comfortable but...
The property was comfortable, well situated and clean, however the person that checked us in played to the very worst of French stereotypes. He was condensing and dismissive. He was exceedingly off putting and we had to make a concerted effort to put the engagement with him behind us so that it didn't color our entire time in Roussillon.
