Not a fancy 5 star hotel but Best staff and service! Super convenient. During my trip to Switzerland I stayed in a few hotels in Geneva, Lausanne and Villars. Alpe Fleure was the best among all. Loved the front desk Stefan (I hope I spelled it right), Caroline and the lady who did the shift on Feb 5th morning. The hotel had everything we needed. Great views. Good insulation it was never cold in the room. The location can’t get any better! Will not stay anywhere else when I travel to Villars again

Chambre non chauffée mi novembre. Bar fermé à 22.30 un samedi. Par contre excellent petit déjeuner et pas cher. Super balcon.

Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. We are very sorry that you could not charge your device because of the electrical shutdown. This shutdown on your floor was caused by a guest using a malfunction device; we obviously did not turn off electrical access ourselves as you seem to think. however hard we understand it was to not be able to charge your device, we still are very affected that you left such a low grade on the hotel. Moreover the electrical cut was outside our control and shows that the security in place to protect our guests in such case if fully functionnal. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again at the hotel.

excellent séjour
excellent séjour à Alpe Fleurie. Dès l'arrivée avec un accueil très chaleureux et très professionnel. tout est fait pour que le séjour se passe bien. le personnel est très accueillant et toujours à disposition. et la situation est elle aussi excellente, face à la gare, ce qui permet d'arriver très rapidement au sommet des montagnes, avec un domaine skiable très agréable.

Great views
The hotel has a great location - right in the village with excellent views of the mountains. Unfortunately as we were “off season” the restaurant was closed but the hotel did book us another restaurant near by. We were charged incorrectly on arrival - but they did dirt things out very quickly in the morning when we noticed the mistake. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Ideal for family
Great location in the center of village. A lovely hotel with apartments perfect for small families with great views, modern decor and all amenities. Restaurant in hotel serves good breakfast and dinner. Would stay again!

Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Würde jederzeit wieder gehen. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und sehr nette Receptionistin. Beim Bett hat es keine Steckdosen. Auf Anfrage wurde uns ausgerichtet, dass das absichtlich so geplant ist, um keine elektronischen Geräte und Strahlen um den Kopf zu haben. Eigentlich eine gute Idee, eine Steckdose wäre mir persönlich dennoch lieber gewesen.

Modern Swiss chalet
Very good location, right next to the train/bus station. So getting to the hotel and getting on the train to the ski slopes were super convenient. Hotel was in good condition. Very clean and modern while retaining the style of chalet. Got a free upgrade to a superior room which was amazing. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast also good but selection was the same everyday.

Ein kleines, sehr familiäres Hotel mit tollen Zimmern im alpinen Stil. Viel altes Holz, liebevoll saniert. Das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker und der Service 1a. Lediglich die Sprachbarriere im Restaurant war eine echte Herausforderung - an der Rezeption sprach man fließend Deutsch und Englisch. Auch die Lage mitten im Ort, aber dennoch mit tollem Blick auf die Cents du Midi war klasse. Durch die Lage direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof muß man im Winter die Skier nicht weit tragen oder nach einem Parkplatz suchen - auch ein riesiger Vorteil.

Alpe Fleurie was very comfortable. The staff was lovely and helpful. The room was clean, modern and all that I needed. The location is excellent right in the center of Villars and you can walk everywhere. The views from the dinning room are stunning and the food is good. I will be back!

Great location and facilities. Staff very friendly and efficient. Breakfast and evening restaurant service excellent and great value. Room was very clean and tidy; but being a single occupancy room was very, very compact. Overall I would heartily recommend, but would likely pay the supplement for a twin room (which I have previously stayed in) for the extra space next time around.

Das Hotel und das Restaurant waren sehr gut. Die Ausschreibung auf der Buchungsplattform ist leider irreführend, indem das Hotel nicht in Ollon, sondern in Villars-sur-Ollon liegt. Ich wollte ein Hotel in der Nähe von St-Maurice. Die Anreise mit öV erforderte dann aber 90 Minuten statt 40 Minuten. Die Ortsbezeichnung muss dringend geändert werden.

Want to go again
Amazing location, only one minute from the bus and railway station (but super quiet) and central to numerous hikes in the area. Breathtaking view from the room (with terrace) right onto the mountains and down into the Rhone river valley. Our room was very clean and clearly had been remodeled only a short while ago. Breakfast at the hotel is a bargain and definitely worthwhile. Good Wifi.

We stayed in the chalet which is large enough to accommodate a family of 6. The hotel is perfectly located just opposite the ski train so both beginners and good skiers can benefit

Authentique, propre et bien situé
L'hôtel Alpe Fleurie est idéalement situé, en face de la gare de Villars-Sur-Ollon. Il est donc facile d'y arriver avec les valises, mais aussi d'accéder au train qui monte à Bretaye (montagne), d'où l'on peut faire de magnifiques balades. Les chambres sont rénovées avec goût, et sont restées très authentiques et cosy dans leur ameublement (beaucoup de bois, et parures de lit typiques). La propreté est irréprochable. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est abondant et est composé d'excellents produits, il est donc agréable d'y manger tranquillement le matin. Le service est excellent, et le personnel de l'hôtel est très attentionné. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel!

Très joli hôtel en face de la gare (pas de bruit de train la nuit ). Restaurants et magasins aux alentours...Accueil parfait . Nous avons eu la chance d’etre Surclassé dans une suite superbe ...Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l hôtel qui offre une belle carte, une bonne nourriture et des prix corrects. Petit déjeuner buffet à 10.- très complet . Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir
