Even though I had booked a non-refundable room, I requested a full refund, hoping that they would understand my predicament. I expected a reputable establishment like this to be more humane and considerate. However, they outright refused to even consider my case, ignored my emails, and were unreachable by phone. I attempted to resolve this issue in a diplomatic and sophisticated manner, but their lack of understanding was disappointing.
