집 한채를 빌릴수 있어서 좋았어요~방도 아늑하고 전체적으로 모던하게 꾸며져 있어서 깔끔했습니다 근처 마트에서 재료를 사서 직접 해먹으니 돈도 절약되었습니다! 다만 환기가 잘 안된다는게 아쉽네오 ㅠㅠ

베니스에서 여러호텔을 알아보다가 그나마 역에서가까운편인 이 호텔을 찾았습니다 위치는 조금 찾아가기 힘들지만 구글맵만있으면 쉽게찾아갈수있고 무엇보다 시설이 너무나 마음에들었습니다 정말깔끔한 디자인과 깨끗한 침구와 화장실 등 베니스에서 이런곳을 찾을수있다니.. 친구들에게 추천할것입니다

너무작고 무슨 컨테이너박스에서 자는줄알았네요 1층사진찍은 분들방은 모르겟는데 창문도없고 방을 쪼개서 만든건지 정말별로 심지어 호텔스닷컴 지도도 틀려서 안그래도 골목많은 베니스에서 한시간넘게 딴곳에서 헤맷네요

첫날부터 7시까지라길래 체크인하러 6:40분도착하니 다 퇴근하고 쪽지만,들어가니 세면대가 물이 줄줄세서 사용 못하고 두번 말해서 고쳐줬어요 그리고 커피포트빌렸는데 창고에서 갔다준건지 도저히 사용이 불가능해 못 쓰겠다고 하니 없다고 하더니 담날 새것으로 사다주시더라고요 처리는 매우 빨리 해주시고 다 고쳐줘서 좋았으나 대체적으론 좀 열악한 환경이었어요 친절하시게 처리해주신건 좋았으나 샤워하는것도 물이 계속 새고..저희는 많이 불편했네요

싱글룸이라그런지운하뷰가아니라서좀실망했는데.. 온수랑난방이잘되서따뜻햇어요ㅎㅎ 첨에찾기가좀힘들었는데다니다보니익숙해지고.. 전체적인방은좋은것같아요~!!ㅎㅎ 욕실에욕조가없어서아쉬웠지만싱글룸이니까~^^ㅎㅎ 가격대비나쁘지안았어요~~

Helt greit hotell
Jeg var litt spent på hotellet basert på anmeldelsene som lå ute. Jeg syntes at hotellet overrasket positivt. Det var absolutt ikke det beste i verden, men det var virkelig ikke ille heller. Litt fuktig rom, men det er vel bare å forvente i en by laget på en sump, og helt grei rengjøring. Alt i alt var dette et helt greit hotell som lå veldig sentralt. Vi hadde ikke frokost inkludert, så vet ikke om den var god eller ikke.

Non lo consiglio, la camera è costata (priva di colazione) molto e quest’ultima aveva un soffitto basso, con due lucernari di cui uno oscurato quindi con pochissima luce. Inoltre la parete dove poggiava la testata del letto, aveva un panneggio che se toccavi risultava cavo, quindi con parete sfondata. Grazie a questo la notte si sentiva il nostro vicino russare, come averlo avuto vicino. Il servizio delle camere praticamente inesistente.

Had to book last minute since our other hotel canceled 2 days before we arrived. The room itself was great, bed was comfortable and clean. However. the bathroom was very challenging. The toilet lid had half of it missing. Zero counter space or storage to even set something down when using the sink. Shower had no shelves to hold soap and the shower head was not attached to wall. Had to hold the shower head while washing. Door also did not slide closed all the way. When we checked in around 6pm, there was no one at the counter and they left a code on the front gate for us to enter and the key was left on the desk. No attendant was there to check we were the names on the reservation.

Quede encantada con este hotel, desde la ubicación, cercana a la terminal de tren, hasta el personal de recepción, muy atento y amable, ni hablar del hotel, súper lindo y limpio, la habitación que nos tocó tenía una vista impresionante al canal y muy buen tamaño, el baño y la habitación limpios y muy bonitos

Die Fotos haben nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun. Dreckig, schimmlig, löchrig. Check-In erst später möglich, was nirgends ausgewiesen wurde. Klo und Dusche in einem 1m² großen Raum zusammen. Katastrophal.

Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitengasse, jedoch mit Google Maps gut zu finden. Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception sind sehr höflich. Das Zimmer an sich war sauber, jedoch der Zustand des Raumes war eher unbefriedigend, dürfte mal renoviert werden. Das Zimmer ist eher hellhörig. Im Gesamten lohnt sich der Preis, da das Hotel an einem zentralen Ort liegt, direkt an einer Einkaufsstrasse und zu Fuss konnten wir fast ganz Venedig-Stadt in 3 Tagen anschauen. In der Nacht ist die Reception nicht besetzt, kommt jedoch mit einem Code problemlos herein. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

Property was very odorous and smell bad Bath shower was clogged and water was not draining down. Dark water was dripping by the ceiling door to the bathroom Room area was noisy and guest checking in were not attended due to no available staff at the front desk. Majoituspaikassa on henkilökunta paikalla vain klo 8-14 ja silloinkin vaikeasti tavoitettavissa. Palveluasenne on erittäin heikko. Suppea aamupala, joka tarjoillaan osittain kertakäyttöastioista, loppui joka päivä kesken tarjoiluaikana. Asiakkaille sanottiin, että enempää ei ole. Asiakkaat joutuvat itse siivoamaan toisten asiakkaiden likaiset astiat pois. Huonetta ei siivottu joka päivä. Hotelliin kirjautuminen oli vaikeaa, koska henkilökunta ei ollut paikalla, ja kirjautumisen ohjeet olivat sekavat – aivan kuin olisi suorittanut ”pakohuonetehtävää”.

The place was relatively clean but some dust under the furniture. Great location to restaurants and shopping. Grocery store right around the corner. Hotel is not easy to find. Small room for 4 people. Prices are high for the amenities.

If at all possible, find a new hotel! We paid over $300 a night for a room that was shabby, no facilities, totally lame breakfast, broken air conditioner which the staff was well aware of and when we opened the windows we got eaten alive by mosquitos. I wish I had looked at the reviews instead of the hotel description. Oh…there was a pot for heating water but no coffee. When I requested coffee I was told they only had tea.

Awful! The absolute worst!!
Our bed was broken and garbage was piled up outside our only window. They said they had another room but would not let us switch or refund us because it was past the refund deadline, but how were we supposed to know the condition of the room? They did not reach out to tell us… the manager we spoke to about the situation was incredibly rude and did not care…

Good luck finding it because the signage to find it is non existent. I recommend Apple Maps over Google Maps, as Google will take you to the wrong place in general, Apple at least puts you in the right area. You have AC but it doesn’t work. You have a bed but the sheets are filthy. You have a shower but it’s full of mold. You have a floor that’s full of dirt. This room was so dirty and so uncomfortably hot that we left after being in it for just 4 hours and found another place to stay in.

THE WORST THING IS HYGIENE, I WILL SHARE PHOTOS OF THE MOLD AND CALCULATE IN THE BATHROOMS, IN ADDITION TO THE BAD IMPRESSION THAT THE READY-TO-DISPOSE FURNITURE THAT THEY USE TO DECORATE GIVES AT THE RECEPTION, WHAT I CANNOT SHOW IS THE BAD ODOR OF THE ROOM TO DIRTY AND HUMIDITY THAT WE WAKE UP FEELING BAD, THE CONDITION OF THE MATTRESSES A QUEEN BED WERE TWO TWIN MATTRESSES JOINED THAT WHEN YOU WERE IN THE MIDDLE, THE ANNOYANCE WOKE YOU UP. Well that was regrettable. I jus dropped the best part of £1,000 on a supposedly luxury week's stay in Venice and EVERYTHING went wrong. I alighted at the airport and boarded the water bus - so far so good. But then things went awry. Following the directions stipulated by the hotel, I was soon lost. Getting dark, I was adopted by some good samaritans, who had never heard of the hotel. After 5 hours of slogging all over Venice, I found my way - finally - to the hotel, basically a door in the wall in a back alley with a small sign. I wondered in and found the reception, unmanned, with my key waiting and a letter saying welcome. OK, odd, but, what the hey. Problem - where is my room? Turns out I was in an annex, separate from the main hotel. Again, no biggie, just strange. Got access to my room and my spirits fell. Talk about basic. I had two rooms - a living room and a bedroom. The living room sported a table and chairs, all garden furniture. There was a sink, a hob (grimy, missing hob caps), some cabinets (filthy) and a black sofa that ate you. One very small window and cruddy lighting, with the bulbs hanging loose from the ceiling. I'm sorry, it was disgusting. Contained a toilet unit with doors that didn't close properly. Enter the bedroom. One double bed, one single. I accidentally bashed the single with my shin, and it collapsed. Weird right? Three lights - a neon wall light and two bed lamps, one bust. Beds had the most Godawful mattresses, hard as bricks. Single shee
