본섬에 비해서 넓고, 시설도 좋았습니다. 특히 냉장고 및 조리도구는 너무 좋더군요....^^ 위치 때문에 고민했었는데 막상 가보니 2번 수상버스타면 한번에 갈 수 있고, 또한 어차피 수상버스는 타야 된다고 볼때 위치도 좋았습니다. 다음에 간다면 재방문 의사 있습니다...

8월초 베네치아 가족여행 2박 3일
2017년 8울 4일부터 2박 3일간 베네치아 가족(4명)여행을 하면서 묵었던 숙소입니다. 좋았던 점 1) 시설이 매우 좋습니다. 매우 넓었습니다. 제가 유럽여행을 하면서 보았던 숙소 중에 가격 대비 가장 넓었던 숙소입니다. 부엌시설, 그릇, 전기레인지, 세탁기 등이 잘 구비되어 있으며 신형처럼 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 거실이 넓고, 방이 3개 있으며, 각 방마다 더블침대 1개 혹은 싱글침대 1개가 놓여있습니다. 넓은 거실에 식탁이 있어 가족 식사하기에도 좋습니다. 욕실(화장실 포함)이 2개 있어 가족 4명이 지내기에 매우 좋았습니다. 2) 에어컨이 잘 작동되고 우려하였던 모기는 별로 없어 보입니다. 모든 시설들이 잘 작동되고 잘 구비되어 있습니다. 3) 도보 1분 거리에 비교적 큰 마트가 있어 식료품, 과일, 빵, 음료, 야채 등을 구입하기에 좋습니다. 4) 수상버스 정거장이 도보 1분 거리에 있어 교통이 편리합니다. 5) 베네치아가 모두 그렇겠지만 숙소 바로 앞이 바다이므로 조망이 좋습니다. 6) 가격은 베네치아 다른 숙소보다는 좀 비싼 편이지만 시설, 위치 등을 생각하면 가성비가 좋은 편입니다. 아쉬운점 1) 산타루치아 역에서 수상버스로 40분 정도 걸리는 위치에 있어 비교적 먼 편입니다. 2) 이 숙소는 본 섬에 있지 않으므로 대부분의 관광이 몰려있는 산마르코 광장, 리알토 다리가 있는 본섬에 갈려면 수상버스를 이용해야 합니다. 그러나 수상버스가 자주 다니므로 큰 불편은 없습니다. 3) 베네치아 산타루치아 역에 도착했을 때 주의할 점: 말로만 듣언 소매치기를 직접 만났습니다. 로마에서 열차를 타고 산타루치아 역에 도착하면 바로 앞에 수상버스 정거장이 있습니다. 베네치아에 처음 오면 모두들 당황합니다. 왜냐하면 수상교통수단 (수상버스)이 낯설고 이용하는 방법도 잘 모르기 때문에 쩔쩔매기 때문입니다. 본인 소유 가방에 대한 관심이 줄어드는 그 점을 노려 소매치기가 득실거립니다. 저희가 만난 소매치기는 흰 색 드레스를 입은 젊은 백인 아가씨인데, 겉으로 보아서는 전혀 소매치기로 보이지 않습니다. 다행히 저희는 물질적인 손해는 입지않았습니다만, 모두들 바짝 긴장하시기 바랍니다. 특히 인파에 밀려 수상버스에 탑승할 때 대부분의 소매치기들이 접근하는 점을 유의하시기 바랍니다.

넓은 럭셔리 맨션은 여행에 지친 우리 가족 모두에게 최고의 휴식을 선물해주었다. 공항에서 호텔로 오는 길을 걱정해서 수상택시로 왔는데 고급스러운 수상택시를 예약해준 호텔 스텝도 너무 친절하였다. 그러나 수상택시를 이용하지 않고도 대중교통으로도 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 곳입니다. 꼭 다시 한번 가고 싶은 호텔입니다.

가족여행으로 갔는데(성인2, 소인 2) 생각보다 넓은 방에 만족하였습니다. 위치도 좋았는데 호텔인지를 알려주는 표지판이 없는 게 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 취사도 가능하고 화장실도 2개여서 아이들 씻기는데 편리하였고 침대가 소파식 침대라 조금 불편하였는데 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다. 다음에 가도 다시 머무르고 싶은 호텔이었습니다.

환상적인 베니스 여행!
본 섬은 아니지만 위치가 나쁘지 않습니다. 수상버스로 산 마르코 광장과 5분 정도 거리에 있어요. 그리고 아파트가 사진에 비해 생각 외로 컸습니다. 청결도도 훌륭했고 특히 올리브 오일이나 발사믹, 레몬 즙,캡슐커피, 소금,설탕,아이들이 좋아하는 누텔라 스프레드와 각종 잼, 티 등을 일회용으로 충분히 구비해 놓은 점이 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 와인 글래스를 깨서 체크아웃시에 말했더니 직원이, 다치지 않았냐 물어보면서 고객이 안 다친게 가장 중요하다며 괜찮다고 했을 때는 감동이었답니다. 이 숙소에 높은 점수를 주고 싶습니다.

We were very happy to be on the island of Giudecca. It is much quieter than "crazy" Venice but still had nice places to eat. Once we figured out the vaporettos it was easy to get over to the main island. LOVED our view of the canal!

It’s a scam; stay away
Not clean on arrival; then bathroom flooded which wasn’t sorted for 2 days. Multiple emails exchanged; the chap at the other end was beyond rude. Information at time of booking was misleading. It’s not a luxury apartment. Poor location; just stay elsewhere. Not worth complaining to hotels.com as the customer means nothing to them; they are just a broker.

Dear Dr. Doger,Thank you for having stayed with us and for taking the time to leave your feedback.We always appreciate the guests' comments because it gives us the possibility to improve and deliver high level services to the people who decide to stay with us, but these have to corrispond to reality.There was indeed some dust on the floor in one of the rooms at your arrival; we immediately apologized and sent the maid to clean it up. As a compensation we offered the cleaning of your apartment during the stay, a service which is not included (and you refused it).When you reported the shower leak a member of our maintenance team came to the apartment to fix it, but you didn't allow him to enter. Poor location? The apartments are located on Giudecca island and the guests staying there are well aware of the position. Why make the reservation and then complain about the location? It is a clear and transparent information.We are not happy to respond this way, but we can't tolerate misleading information.In any case we take note of the mentioned points and we'll try to be more specific and clear in providing the information to avoid any kind of misunderstanding.Best regards

Island property was very quiet but was easy to get to Venice as Vaporetto's run every 15/20 minutes. Apartment is close to many dining options on the Island. The staff for this property responded quickly to our questions and did not fail to make us feel welcome.

Nice and quiet location on a little island across from Venice. We actually prefer this island location, far from the much more touristy areas and has much fresher air. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Definitely enjoyed the freedom of cooking ourselves. Grocery store (Prix) nearby where you can buy very reasonably priced local veggies/pasta/fruits/desserts/drinks and whip up a decent 3-course meal in the apartment rather quickly. Ferry to the main Venice island is fairly convenient with frequent boats but can get pricey if you buy one way tickets (7.5 euros per ride). If you are to take more than 2 rides per day, you want to get multi-day passes (20 euros for one day pass, 30 euros for a two day pass, etc). They are available at ticket booths or ticketing machines.

Lovely property in a very quiet place over the canal to escape crowds when needed! Extra boat trips required of course, but worth it if you want a little time away - and still very easy to travel over to the main sights.
Just down the front from the residence, lovely evening bars.

Our apartment was on the ground floor with no view of the water. The apartment was large and had two bed rooms, bathroom, shower room, kitchen and living room. The apartment was clean and tidy and had a coffee machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, cooker and utensils. The shower and bath needed the silicone replaced. The apartment was warm, quiet and nice place to relax. There was a hidden charge of 40 Euro for cleaning and 2 Euro per person per night city tax which was only discovered following our booking. The apartment does not have staff present at reception therefore they requested credit card and passport details over the phone. We decided to check in at their sister hotel (Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace @ Fondamenta Nani Dorsoduro and received a complimentary drink on arrival. The staff were very nice and helpful. The staff provided my wife with help and support accessing the boat a few hundred yards from the hotel as she uses a wheelchair. This island is an excellent place to stay as you can simply jump on a boat bus anywhere in Venice and get dropped off just around the corner of the apartment. There is a boat every 10 minutes either going to other islands or directly across to Zattere or San Marco and P Roma. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family. The island has a small supermarket which is not particularly clean but does provide for essentials. There is a few restaurants on the island but avoid Ristorante Al Redentore as the food is poor and cold.

What a gem!
What a gem! Great apartment just across from Venice. 1 or 2 water taxi stops depending on which one you get off of. There are restaurants, little shops and even a couple little galleries on the island. It was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of Venice and enjoy a smaller neighborhood feel. The main hotel staff were super helpful and attentive to us and helped us with anything we needed. 5 stars all around!!

The apartment was Excellent! Totally exceeded our expectations. It was located between the Palenco and Redentore water bus stop. The apartment was spacious and had all the hotel amenities a vacationer would need. The sight from the windows were amazing. The rooms where spacious, toiletries included, great temperature control, full kitchen with coffee pods, sugar, Nutella packets and crackers. Bathrooms were amazing and spacious. It is located across the canal from San Marco, so you get the beauty of Venice with beautiful churches and restaurants but without the crowd of tourist. Taking the water bus ‘vaporetto’, was easy, take the 2 water bus. Make sure you buy the day passes. The apartment communication was a bit confusing. You must contact the property in advance in order to get the check-in information. We didn’t want to provide our passport or credit card number via email so we checked in at their sister hotel Mani Palace hotel. This hotel was beautiful (must have the gelato next door). The friendly receptionist checked us in and gave us the codes to the apartment. The apartment entrance is all code based, so you enter a code at the main door and then to the apartment room. Everyone spoke English so it was easy to communicate. I travelled here with my husband and 12yr old for 1 day since we were doing a European excusion and would definitely do it again for more time. Venice is magnificently beautiful!

Just a wknd stay... But amazing place to stay.. you get to leave the busy Venice behind to a stunning apartment with a local shop around the corner. The sister hotel is not to far away for any assistance and bag drop off 👍👍 will definitely be back.

Wonderful quiet apartment
The stay was incredible!!! Quiet area right on the canal. Ice cold ac. Very large 2 bdrm apartment. If you’ve never been to Venice you should know that it is not on a spot with a lot of historical stuff. You need to get a ferry pass so that you can get from island to island. Would stay here again and wished we could have stayed a few more days. You will not be disappointed.

this property is spacious and nice. there is a small washing machine located under kitchen counter, but no dryer. you have to air dry your clothings. there is a laundry matt near by. this property is excellent for family with children. supermarket is nearby and open at 9 am.
