Davide, the host was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, the very best I had in my entire vacation. The room was huge and a few issues with the temperature but Davide was helpful. It’s not soundproof, so earplugs were necessary. But the room clean and I felt safe as a solo traveler.

Det var et super godt hotel og vi nød vores ophold. Hotellet ligger væk fra de super fyldte gader, men stadig tæt nok på til at man kan gå hjem og tage et hvil. Vi anbefaler stedet og vil bo der igen, hvis vi skal til Venedig igen.

4 schöne Tage in Venedig
Wir haben als Anschluss an unseren Badeurlaub (in Chioggia) noch 4 Tage Venedig genossen. Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in Venedig. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig (gute Anbindung an die Vaporettolinie 1), viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch fußläufig erreichbar (10 - 20 Minuten). Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist sehr groß (bis zu 5 Schlafmöglichkeiten), Betten waren bequem. Die Sanitäranlagen waren funktionell, guter Wasserdruck bei der Dusche. Das Frühstück war einfach aber gut und ausreichend. Der Gastgeber Daniele ist freundlich und unterstützt gibt gute Tipps zur Umgebung.

The Room was clean and withall the basic needs. The bnb is easy to find and near important places, but you don't have the chaos and noise. Staff very helpfull and cordial

Very comfortable and spacious room
Nice space for 2 nights in Venice. We had the first floor large room. It was spacious and comfortable. Basic but had all we needed. Small shower with hot water and great pressure. Computable bed. Although we didn’t use but there is a Table and chairs if wanted to have a meal. Small refrigerator. Breakfast was nice with good coffee but heavy on carbs, but no complaints from us. Davide was very personable and attentive to our requests. Very easy to walk from this B&B to restaurants, water taxi and other sites. Definitely recommended.

Nous avons eu une grande chambre. Le propriétaire nous a préparé un super petit déjeuner. L’hôtel était à proximité d’une rue commerçante. Le quartier était calme.

Very good stay
The room on the ground floor was very spacious, clean and the bed very confortable. We really appreciated the breakfast buffet (bread, croissant, cereals, orange juice... ) and the view on the canal from our room. Highly recommend.

Struttura fantastica
Struttura in posizione molto strategica, comoda da raggiungere a piedi dalla stazione e vicina al centro. Personale molto accogliente e camera spaziosa (doppia) con bagno privato. Letto comodo e mini frigo in camera. La colazione è semplice ma abbondante e curata. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, podría decir que en la mitad de Venecia, todo quedaba cerca a pesar de que la zona era bastante tranquila, Davide nuestro anfitrión nos ayudó bastante, lo primero que hizo fue darnos un mapa e indicarnos hacia donde debíamos hacer y las ubicaciones de los lugares que ya teníamos contratados en nuestro plan, también un par de recomendaciones de sitios donde van las personas que viven en Venecia, de seguro volvería al mismo sitio una y otra vez.

Le logement est très bien, propre, chambre spacieuse et avec un excellent emplacement à 12 mn de la place saint marc à pied, 1 mn des vaporettos et 5 des bateaux pour Murano/Burano. Plein de restos sympas dans le quartier. Les propriétaires très gentils. Le petit déjeuner est très complet avec sucré et salé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel.

The property had a nice breakfast service and had a great supply of hot water. It also came with a nice addition of mosquitoes, I stayed in contact with the manager as I had to request towels for every new day. The mattresses gave me a nice feeling of pain in my back, made me feel alive. Don’t expect to sleep if you are on the bottom floor, if the mosquitoes don’t keep you awake, the constant slamming of the entry door, people walking in the room above and the countless conversations in the entry will keep you awake and up to date with local troubles. Please assume everyone can here you also and expect dirty looks at breakfast. Emphasis on the mosquitoes.

I’ve chosen this place for my birthday trip and mentioned it to the owner. The room we received was worse than on pictures. It was really cold and we had only one thin blanket for a couple, I’ve asked for another one and never received it. All COVID measures were maintained strictly and stuff was friendly. The breakfast was small but coffee was good. The location is nice.

L'aspetto esterno dal lato ingresso, decisamente dimesso, può trarre in inganno.In realtà varcata la soglia l'accoglienza del proprietario mette subito a proprio agio, la camera che ho occupato, al piano terra, molto spaziosa e arredata con gusto, nello stile della città. Bagno con antibagno, abbastanza ampio e funzionale. Buona attenzione alle norme antiCovid. Colazione soddisfacente, servita in camera. Posizione ottima rispeto a tutti i punti di interesse, alla stazione e ai vaporetti. Approvato.

Very deceptive !
The pictures of the room were not the ones displayed on hotels.com. The real room is very basic and deceptive ! The hotel is correct and silent but not as nice and charming as shown on hotels.com pictures. Wi-Fi was not working in the room.

Impossible de s'y rendre à cause du coronavirus. Report de la date refusée par l'hôtelier, qui m'assure que tous les lieux touristiques sont ouverts à Venise (Quarantaine de tous les lieux touristiques confirmée dans les médias) Fait la sourde oreille lorsqu'on demande à simplement déplacer. Je ne recommande pas.

Nice homey B&B
Beautiful room, nicely decorated and big in size, breakfast was pretty good, homemade Capuccino by owner was a plus. Location is 20-25 minutes walk from Train Station. It’s a little hard if you have heavy luggage with wheels as you have to go over 4 or 5 bridges with stairs, besides that the place was perfect.
