Venise à deux pas ...
De manière générale bonne expérience. Rue calme et très près de la gare de Mestre. Super bien placée géographiquement. Super facile pour aller à Venise en train. (Nous avions réservé une voiture mais l’avons rendue très vite car inutile) restaurant et super-marchés proches. Le logement est simple. Une grande pièce avec le nécessaire pour y passer la nuit et une salle de bain sobre (douche, wc, bidet et lavabo). Dans la chambre juste une bouilloire et des tasses (que nous n’avons pas utilisées). La « résidence » n’est constituée que de 3 chambres et une pièce commune. Malheureusement cette pièce commune est très spartiate. Petites tables, quelques chaises et un frigo. Dommage, pas de possibilité de cuisiner et pas d’évier; et interdit de manger dans la chambre à coucher (normal!) Le check-in et le check out se sont fait facilement et sans présence de nos hôtes. Important il vaut mieux communiquer avec eux par téléphone ou WhatsApp que par le site d’Abritel. Si votre but est d’avoir un endroit où dormir c’est très bien. Si votre but est de profiter du logement alors passer votre chemin.

Very nice place
In a very lovely district, 10-15 minutes to Venezia with a bus ride. Very nice houseowner (i dont remember his name now:) he gave information about Venezia and the places to go in Venice. The room was quite big, the room, sheets and towels very well cleaned and the bath is in very good condition also. It has a wi-fi connection, it's not a high speed connection but it's enough for surfing in the net. I recommend this place without hesitation.

No está en el mismo Venecia. Pero tiene muy buena comunicación con el bus y estás en 20min apróx. Pasa el número 2 y también hay uno nocturno que pasa toda la noche y están a 100m de la casa. Cuando llegas el casero te da toda la información necesaria, por lo que no tendrás ningún problema. Muy agradecidos por su información!

Great value for money and super friendly host
The place was very spacious and clean. The locality is 5 mins. from Mestre train station. A 7 minute bus ride to Venezia easy access to and from Venezia. Buses running every 12 minutes till midnight. The host was very accommodating and providing a personal touch. The reception is open by appointment only and he makes you feel very welcome. Provided a great deal of information about services and places to visit in the area. Highly recommend this B and B to family and solo travellers. One small downside is the kitchen has no stove or cooker but there is a microwave and fridge.

На одну ночь отличный вариант
Возможно, этот вариант отличный и больше, чем на одну ночь, но мы остановились здесь только на одну ночь, местоположение очень удобное - пара минут от вокзала Местре, найти тоже очень легко. Достаточно много кафе и ресторанов в окрестности, поэтому завтрак мы не брали. Номер уютный и чистый, есть всё, что ожидаешь от отеля, даже была защита от комаров, фен и маленький чайник и чашки. В небольшой общей комнате есть холодильник. Розеток минимум пять в номере, интернет нормальный, но аудио-звонки пробовать не стали, слабоват. Уборку номера могут проводить каждый день. Стойки регистрации нет, но из отеля заранее с нами связались, чтобы узнать, во сколько мы прибудем, и проблем с заездом не было. Кроме того, нам дали карту, отметили главные достопримечательности на ней и подробно рассказали про общественный транспорт, как куда добраться, где взять билеты и сколько они стоят; мы не готовились к путешествию заранее, поэтому для нас это была ценная информация. Можно оставить багаж на хранение после выезда из номера. Единственный минус - мраморный пол в номере очень холодный, а тапочек нет, а свои взять мы не подумали.

O quarto grande e a cama confortável. Giancarlo nos recebeu muito simpático, mas ... haviam teias de aranha aos montes sob os móveis, e o banheiro transbordava durante o banho. Também, queríamos esquentar nossa comida, mas era prato descartável! E nosso espumante, tivemos que beber na xícara, pq ele nos forneceu copos descartáveis. Localização excelente!

Es una habitación pensé que era hotel pero no tiene personal o una recepción al inicio batalle por que no sabia que no iba a ver gente, así que estaba cerrado ya le hablo otra persona q nos ayudo y ya nos dio las instrucciones nos dejaron las llaves en un buzón y ya pudimos entrar , lo único es el baño se tiraba el agua del espacio donde te bañas y estaba tapado el lavabo todo lo de mas estaba bien, queda cerca de la terminal q te lleva a santa lucia Venecia y están tiendas para comprar alimentos

very hard to fault this Hotel "B&B, close to train station, spotless very spacious room, plenty of cupboard space. kettle. great private facilities. quiet safe area. good air conditioning. Only thing was the TV dated , can't plug in a USB to play own movies but then again you should be out looking at Venice. Great price. Get a 30 euro public transport card at train station which will give you 2 days of unlimited bus and water ferries in Venice. a great stay.

本島から離れて落ち着いたホテル
ヴェネツィア本島からは少し離れたが、駅にも近く、街は落ち着いていて、過ごしやすいどころだった（3泊）。時間通りに「管理人」が待っていて、話もできた。メールでのやりとりも十分だった。部屋もまずまずで、共同使用の冷蔵庫もあった。ただ、窓の外の空き地に草がかなり大きく生えていたので、蚊の心配があったこととWiFiが部屋では入りにくかったことが残念。

Basic accommodation, not great area.
Mestre not a great area. Room clean, bed held up by breeze blocks! No soundproofing between walls, so not much decent sleep if you have neighbours in next rooms. Small patio area, wouldn't describe it as a garden though. Mum got pickpocketed first day on bus from Mestre to Venuce! 20 min bus ride to Venice, always very busy! I wouldn't stay in this accommodation again.

素敵なホテルだが鍵の取り扱いに注意
可愛いお部屋で、清潔なバスルーム、テレビなど完備されています。 チェックインの方法はAirbnbに近いのかも？ とてもフレンドリーなスタッフさんで、ヴェネツィア観光のお勧めなどを教えてくれました。 ただ、鍵がとても古いタイプで開け閉めにはコツが要ります。 駅から近いしスーパーマーケットもあるし、1本曲がって閑静な住宅街の中にあるという感じで利用し易いなと感じました。

Leuke knusse B&B. Inchecken gaat op afspraak. Meneer was erg aardig en heel behulpzaam. Venetië is goed bereikbaar met de bus of trein. Het bed was wel wat minder... De locatie was prima en rustig. Goede aanrader voor als je nabij Venetië wil verblijven!

Easy access to Venice
Easy walk to train. Street parking for 8 euro per night. No coffee. Clean room. 2 twins made into queen. Good deal for a few nights in Venice.

Ants....
Hotel was located close to train station in Mestre, only a 10min walk or so. Easy enough to find. Neighbourhood was a little on the rougher side. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and showed us lots of great places to visit in Venice and how to get there by bus/ train, etc. He even gave us a ride (at a 35 euro cost) to our very early flight on our departing morning, very professional. However, the room was dated and could have used a good cleaning/ new pillows. We did have a major unpleasant part of our stay. On the first night, we came back from a beautiful day in Venice to discover that we had a major ANT infestation!!! All in our suitcases, all along the floor, hundreds of tiny ants. This was most distressing and even after we sent an email to the hotel, we never heard back from them, at all. It was a definite upset, especially on the last two nights of our whole trip. Not how I wanted to spend my night killing ants.... :(

Very convenient location
The location was very close to the train station (Venezia-Mestre), about 5 mins walk. The host who greeted us into our room, Gian Luca, was very nice and helpful. He provided us with a map of Venice and how to get into the island with all the bus details. He gave provided us details of nearby supermarket and restaurants/cafe. My only problem was the place had a couple ants on the ground. The ants would get onto the bed and at one point, into our food. It made it difficult to sleep personally as I was paranoid about ants crawling on me whenever I felt like something was on me or an itch. Other than that, the place was decent and provided us with towels. No toiletries.

Yo hice la reservación el mismo día que llegaba al hotel, tuve varios inconvenientes buscando uno por la hora de entrada. En información este hotel decía que hasta las 12:00 de media noche recibía gente pero sorpresa para mí que cuando llegue a la puerta del hotel a las 10 de la noche nadie me abrió y para completar estaba en una calle que se veía muy insegura. Llame al teléfono que aparecía y la persona que me contesto me dijo que el no podía abrirme la puerta y que buscará otro hotel sin importar que ya había pagado.

Easy access into Venice without the price tag!
Great place to explore Venice from. Easy access to transit, little shops nearby to grab essentials. Room itself was not glamorous, but very functional and clean.

E' stata una bella esperienza, abbiamo trascorso un ottimo week end e apprezzato molto la tranquillità e la praticità del luogo vicino alla stazione dei treni che è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Camera comoda, calda, accogliente e completa di ogni servizio. Il bagno privato è un punto di forza, pulito e ordinato. L'accoglienza è stata puntuale come da accordi presi telefonicamente, il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile nel consigliare un luogo per la cena e fornirci notizie sulla città di Venezia.

Nice place, quiet street, close to bus and train
Nice place, quiet street, close to bus stop and train station. Perfect to save money on car parking in Venice, although it is paid parking in the street here too. Cheap though compared to the Venice car park. Room was fine with airco, staff friendly. Simply call ahead when you arrive and you're good to go.

A plesant hotel, easy access to public transport.
The hotel is located around 10 minutes from the station. Various restaurants, mini supermarkets, cafes along the way there but the street itself is very secluded and quiet. The room isn't particularly fancy but was very plesant. Our kettle was a bit rusty but hotel staff exchanged for a clean one straight away.

A hidden pearl close to all you need.
The B&B is placed in a nice area close to the train station, so you can easy get around in Venice. Even at night the area is not gloomy at all. When we first arrived, we had to wait 30 minutes before a guy showed up and let us in, though we have agreed on a meeting time beforehand. The guy who let us in where very kind and gave us suggestions about how to get around and visiting Venice (the island). And unlike what you often experience in Italy, he had a high level of English. The room and bathroom was a bit small, but perfect if you are out most of the day. Furnitures are old, but in good conditions. There are many possibilities to eat and grocery shop near the B&B. There is a coffee shop right on the conor of Via Podgora and Via Piave where the B&B is, I will strongly recommend you to visit this place for breakfast or coffee to go. But do avoid the small Asian kiosk on Via Piave. When the lady found out I didn't spoke Italian, she tried to give me less money back, and when I told her how much she should give me back she started to yell in another language, ripping my arm and try to take more cash out of my wallet. Beside from this experience, the we had a wonderful stay and I will strongly recommend everybody to stay at B&B Villa Theresa.

Выбор данного гостевого дома послужила, расположение и цена. На удивление довольно симпатичный номер, большая комната, высокие потолки, хорошая кровать, плюс дополнительный диванчик. Во дворе есть столики где удобно выпить кофе или чай (пакетик чая и кофе предоставляется). Убирались каждый день (но не так тщательно), удобно дойти до ЖД станции и до автобусной остановки чтоб доехать в Венецию, автобус едет ровно 15 минут, номер 2 и N1 (ночной) по близости есть кофешки, ресторанчики, и супермаркеты, а также в трёх кварталах торговый центр.

as was requested,we contacted Gian Luca two days prior to our visit, to inform him that we would arriving at about 19-00 hrs.We arrived at 19-10 hrs.Nobody there,if nobody here please phone this number.Five minutes later Gian arrived and let us in. No coffee or milk in room, only two tea bags and sugar.Apart from those small gripes, everything was fine

Location is perfect for going into Venice- bus and/or train connections are easy from here! Cost was quite reasonable and we were able to park our rental car across the street all day for 8 Euros. Our host, Gianluca, was a few minutes late for our meeting time, but was very informative and helpful. Only problem- we are 4 adults, rather tall, and the two twin beds were youth size.
