Beautiful Apartment perfect location
The apartement is perfect for an abled couple or small family who can climb the stairs up to the second floor, it has all the luxuries of home and more. The TV has a magirity of Italian channels but who needs TV when you are in Venice, it has wifi for cost free internet usage. The apartment was clean and decorated with white walls throughout with nice furnishings. The kitchen facilities are excellent with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and inductive hob. The apartment is in an excellent location within San Marco less than 5 minutes walk from the Grand Canal giving good access to the taxi water bus and the airport water bus services. It is tucked away in a quiet location but in a location where it is easily walkable to St Marks Square or the Rialto Bridge.

Great apartment in very central location
This is a great apartment with all the facilities that we needed. It is situated between Rialto Bridge and St Marks but off the main drag so it's fairly peaceful at night. The apartment has a washing machine, dish washer, fridge, etc. in a small kitchen (however there's so many good eating places nearby) Ironing facilities are also there. There is a main lounge with A/C. It is on 2nd floor up very narrow and steep stairs so not so good for the infirm. The hostess is very helpful and is always on call should you have a problem.
