저렴하고 한적하고 조용한 편안한 호텔
저렴한 가격에 친절한 종업원. 비록 역과 좀 떨어져 있지만 바포레토 정류장과도 가깝고 가까운곳에 푼토 슈퍼도 있음. 한적한 곳에서 베네치아를 느낄 수 있음.

Die Lage ist gut -- allerdings haben die Zimmer, die zum Kanal liegen, den Nachteil, dass man unausweichlich dem nächtlichen Lärm ausgesetzt ist, selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern UND renovierungsbedürftigen Aussen-Schlagläden...Die Zimmertüren sind renovierungsbedürftig und man weiß nicht so genau, wie sicher die eigenen Wertsachen im Zimmer sind. Das Bad war erstaunlich groß und bot alles was man brauchte.

ヴェネチアに着いてとりあえず荷物だけ預かってもらおうと11時過ぎに立ち寄ったら、部屋の準備はもうできてるということでチェックインをさせてくれました。フロントは気さくなおにいさんで、非常にありがたかったです。朝食の内容は正直大したことありませんが、お洒落な中庭で食べる雰囲気は良かったです。ヴァポレット乗り場も近いし、個別のエアコンもついているし、清潔なので、お薦めできます。

Great hotel to stay with family or friends
Got the vaporetto public water bus from the airport to our hotel location which was a 4 minute walk from public boat transport stop to hotel. The hotel owner was very welcoming, friendly and helpful as arrived earlier than our check in and allowed us into our room very early. Room was very comfortable, clean, spacious and picturesque. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet with plenty of near by restaurants and bars all within walking distance. San Marco which is the centre takes around 15-20 minutes walk. Great 3 night break away with my friend and our 2 teenagers and would recommend staying at this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Venice.

This is a lovely guest house located in a quieter and Arty district of Venice. The staff are pleasant and helpful and you can travel easily to other parts of Venice. The garden ia beautiful and tge breakfast good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Rooms basic but clean and comfortable, ideal as very reasonably priced,and as it’s Venice you spend little time in there, sited in a quiet part of town, good breakfast and helpful friendly staff.

Nice stay, great location
stay was great. The service was really nice. The location was perfect with the water bus stop just a 5 min walk. The breakfast was adaquet, there was cereal, some bread with various fillers, crossiants, tea/coffee/latte ect, cakes and so on. The bed was comfortable, the room was good for the price, especially for the location.

Cute, Convenient, and 5 Star Customer Service
Charming and quaint little Inn with super friendly staff. Very helpful in giving directions to and from the train station to the cruise port. We ended up finding it even easier, though, just to walk rather than take the vaporetto or any water taxi. If you have wheels on your luggage and can manage a few bridges, it is really easy!

Site exceptionnel détruit par son touriste
Quartier du Dorsaduro, calme, sympathique et reposant.Accueil de notre hôte chaleureux . Une bonne adresse , bien située.Par contre, beaucoup trop de groupes de touristes par cars entiers, sur tous les sites importants, basilique , place st Marc, palais des Doges, pont du Rialto....ne parlons pas des "gondoles" qui se suivent à la queue leu leu, avec des gondoliers grincheux. Accueil peu sympathique des commerçants vénitiens. Les touristes sont des usines' à fric" uniquement.Le grand canal , malgré ses magnifiques palais qui le bordent, est devenu aussi déplaisant dans la journée que le périphérique à Paris. Bruyant, sale, encombré. Les vaporetti, sont le métro aux heures de pointe....Seules, les balades dans la ville, au bord des petits canaux et sur les petites places , en passant sur les petits ponts apportent encore un peu de charme à Venise.

Loved having breakfast in the morning with those turtles and doves, it felt magic. Hotel is not far away from vaporetto station and piazzale Roma but in a quiet location, far away from all those "loud tourists". I can't wait to go back.

Read before you pay
Pictures of this place can be very deceiving, what you see you don’t get. Very outdated inside, it felt like you visited your grandparents at a late age in your life and everything looks the same. There’s no television and the second floor has a crack in the hallway so you feel like the building is splitting in half. The bed is horrible and it felt like sleeping in concrete with a pillow that is probably 10 years old. On the bright side, the staff is fantastic and very kind.

Dear Sir, thanks for your comment, about the bed, I think it's a personal opinion since not all customers write the same thing ..... the TV is not in the facilities (so it's not news,), our structure is old with some imperfections on the wall as written, this is also to have the atmosphere of being in real Venice with all the comforts (but without TV) .... Kan rekommendera detta hotell! Vi sov här tre nätter och det ligger i ett lugnare område där man slipper stångas med andra turister. Hotellet ligger ungefär tre minuters gångväg från ett båtstopp (båthållplats?) på Canal Grande. Vi hittade flera mysiga restauranger i området och minuters genväg åt olika håll finns mat, dricka, apotek, souvenirer och en grönsaksmarknadsbåt. Kan rekommendera att gå längs kanalpromenaden på motsatt sida peggy guggenheim där det finns bra restauranger och barer med mindre folk. Även att sticka in i mindre gator lönar sig (överallt) där det finns mysiga och prisvärda ställen. Överlag är hotellet mysigt med trevlig personal och trevlig frukost på deras bakgård. Inte värsta buffén men tillräckligt för att mätta tills lunchen. Vi bodde i rum nr 1 och det var rent och prydligt. Enda minuset var att kuddarna var platta, borde kanske bett om ytterligare en kudde, men gjorde aldrig det.

Casa Rezzonica
casa rezzonico provided a clean, quiet and cool base for exploring Venice on foot. Comfortable bed and just a 10-15 minute walk from both the bus station and the Accademia bridge over the Grand Canal. The staff and owner are friendly and breakfast is served in a small garden - so a lovely start to the day chatting to the other guests over coffee. There is a fruit and vegetable shop on the canal, Vaparetto stop, a small jazz club opposite and 2 squares nearby with cafes and bars. It was perfect for our stay exploring the Biennale. Detailed map essential!

Staff was very helpful w directions and guiding us around the city. Very concerned for our comfort and access to the facility at out convenience. Breakfast included as stated was in a courtyard and more than adequate to start the day.

The location was great away from the crowd in a quiet neighborhood but convenient to walk to the main sites or catch a water taxi at the CaRezzanico stop and close to some great restaurants. Cute little courtyard for breakfast. Rooms comfortable but a little dated.

Great place to stay
Great experience, Venice can be an expensive experience. At Casa Rezzonico you can stay on a budget, the rooms are really comfortable, a little dated but it adds to the charm, as it feels like staying at someones house rather than a hotel. The bathroom was massive and brand new. The room was quite spacious as well. The only downside was the breakfast, which could be improved with a little effort, but it was ok. The garden wasn't at its best shape, but probably because it is still winter no one would really use it, but I guess during summer would be great having this extra space to use. A short walk from Piazzale Roma and about 20 minutes walking to St Marcs Square. Overall a really good experience and would definitely stay again if back in Venice.

Cute old world hotel. Comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly. Air conditioner in room was a blessing. Lovely breakfast in the back garden was a highlight each morning. Would stay here again for sure

Céntrico hotel, próximo a la estación de trenes y autobuses y a 10 minutos de la plaza principal y la basílica. Muy recomendable.

Great quiet location, low key hotel
Reasonably priced hotel in a great location away from the tourist crowds. Close to Campo Santa Magherita and walking distance from the train station (15 minutes). Rooms are comfortable and quiet especially on the back (courtyard) side. Breakfast is nothing special - better coffee, fresh juice (spremuta) and pastries at the coffee bars down the canal.

Perfectly located in a vibrant and safe neighbourhood, equally close to the Grand Canal and the Guidecca Canal, also easy to reach on foot from Piazzale Roma, basically a few steps away from Santa Margherita and San Barnaba squares. Room and bathroom are spacious and have everything one might need with a bit of an ascetic feel. No TV set in the room (though there is one in the dining room), internet is rather slow, which might be a problem for a business traveller. This guesthouse would be an excellent choice for travellers with romantic/historic interests.

Great Location, Friendly Helpful Staff
The hotel is ideally located near my favourite square in Venice Campo Santa Marguerita which has a great atmosphere, and easy walking distance to Piazzale Roma, Academia, Salute and the waterfront overlooking Giudecca. It is clean and our room overlooked the back garden where breakfast is served. I would recommend this hotel for short breaks, it has a bed and breakfast feel, friendly helpful owners, lovely furniture, but could do with the bathrooms having a facelift although everything works fine, it's a little tired.

It's not cheap but all hotels in Venice are not cheap in high season. The room we had was spacious and clean. No TV but it didn't matter for us. They have a nice breakfast backyard. The staff was nice and the location was ok to get to the train station. (It takes 15~20 minutes on foot with our luggage.)

Great location, wonderful staff...
I really liked the staff at this hotel, always making sure to carry ,my bag to and from the room. Such a beautiful courtyard to eat breakfast in and spend some time relaxing in! The hotel is a bit old, but other than that, gorgeous. No tv in the room and the bed was two twin beds pushed together, so not as comfortable... Walking distance to all the sights and perfectly nestled in a beautiful quiet part of Venice.
