역근처라 위치너무좋았습니다. 하지만 엘리베이터가없어서 숙소들어가려면 계단을 이용해야해서 조금 심들었습니다. 글고 화장실이 숙소나와서 복도를 지나야 들어갈수있었습니다. 이것빼고는 가격대비 정말좋았습니다.^^

여기지낼만합니다
역에서 정말 가깝고 침대 큰거하나 작은거 2개 있는방 줬어요 룸컨디션 나쁘지않았고 욕실도 이탈리아치곤 좋았습니다 조식도 나쁘지않았어요

방은 매우 좁았지만, 욕실과 tv, 에어컨 등 부대시설은 다 구비되어 있었다. 미리 특별주문한 것에 대하여 응답받지 않고 출발하였으나 프런트 직원은 이를 인지하고 기억하여 친절하게 준비해주었다. 매우 이른 시간에 체크아웃하였는데도 불구하고 우리를 위하여 준비하여준 프런트 직원분의 친절함에 감탄하였다.

'아글리 아르티스티'에 예약했는데 다른 호텔에 묵었어요^^
체크인 확인하고 다른건물로 안내해주길래 같은 호텔이냐고 물었더니 똑같은 호텔이라고 하더라구요. 2분 걸어서 들어갔더니 예약한 호텔과 다른 호텔이었습니다. over booking인건지... 확인도 안해주고 안내해주길래 어쩔수없이 묵었습니다.

위치 굿!! 하지만 엘레베이터 없는 것은 치명적
위치는 산타루치아 역과 매우 가까이 있어서 좋다. 하지만, 층고가 높은 4층짜리 건물에 엘레베이터가 없는건 너무 힘든일이다.

매우 쾌적하고 위치가 편리함
매우 만족입니다. 내부구조가 간단하고 실용적으로 배치되어 있었고 직원들이 매우 친절했습니다. 체크 아웃 후에 짐보관도 친절하게 잘 해 주셨고.... 다만 숙박세 계산시 청소년 할인 규정을 알려주지 않아서 모두 계산했었는데 숙소에서 제가 발견하여 환불 받았어요. 역에서도 매우가깝습니다.

Location is excellent - 위치가 너무좋음
호텔스텝이 매우 친절하며, 조식도 가격대비 먹을만하며, 위치가 상당히 좋은 호텔입니다. 호텔 바로 옆에 기차역과, 배타는 곳이 있으므로 여행객에게 매우좋은 위치의 아파트입니다. <좋았던점> 위치가 배와 기차를 바로 옆에서 사용할수 있어 매우 좋았고, 스탭역시 매우친절하고 좋았음. 그리고, 에어컨, 냉장고 쓰기 좋았고, 화장실도 넓고 깨끗했음. 커피포트는 없었지만, 24시간 내내 뜨거운 먹는물을 제공해 주기 때문에 오히려 끊일시간 줄이고 좋았음아침도 우유, 쥬스, 요거트, 시리얼, 크로와상, 각종빵, 햄, 치즈 제공하여 먹을만했음.

WIFI 느리고 리셉션 응대 최악인 호텔
위치는 좋습니다. 산타루치아에서 매우 가깝습니다. 방은 꽤 넓고 룸 컨디션도 좋습니다. 단 건물 자체가 대리석 바닥이라 추운 편입니다. WIFI는 공용 공간에서는 잘 터지지만 방에서는 거의 잡히지 않습니다. 이 곳은 3주의 유럽 여행 중 최악의 숙소였습니다. 2박을 했는데 1박 후 방을 옮겨야했습니다. 호텔은 이에 대해 풀부킹이라는 말만 할뿐 납득할만한 설명이나 사과 또는 보상을 하지 않았다. (저도 미리 부킹했습니다만) 또한 바꾼 방 바로 옆 방에서 8명정도의 인원이 미친듯이 소리를 지르며 게임을 하고 떠들어서(참고로 방음이 정말 안됩니다.) 잠을 못자고 내려와 리셉션에 항의를 하니 리셉션은 지키지도 않고 레스토랑에서 TV보고있던 직원이 머저리같은 영어 발음으로 시끄러우면 저더러 옆방에 항의하라고 했습니다. He said "Why me?" 결국 휴식이 불가능해 호텔방 두고 산타루치아역 의자에서 2시간동안 잤습니다. 살다살다 이런 호텔은 처음 봅니다. 그리고 조식은 8시부턴데 드실거면 무조건 9시 전에 가세요. 9시에 가면 다른 사람들이 다 먹어서 크루아상 2종류가 없습니다. 근데 안채웁니다. 시리얼이나 음료 정도 드실거면 나쁘지 않습니다만. This is the worst of the dozens of hotels I have stayed at. I stayed for 2 nights and they moved to the room without explanation, apology, and reward (they said becuase it was a full booking, what about my booking?) WIFI is only available in public spaces. In the room.... terrible. At about 8pm, many students in the near room were loudly shouting for over two hours, playing games. I protesting the reception, and the staff told me to protest the room directly. Soundproofing was also the worst, so I could not relax in the room and eventually I had to sleep for two hours in the chair of Santa Lucia station. (When I comeback later, the students leaved. How lucky man am I!) If you are going to have breakfast, I suggest you go before 9 am. Breakfast is from 8 o'clock. There is no croissant from 9 o'clock. They never refill.

역에서의 위치도 매우 가깝고 전반적으로 만족합니다. 조식이 조금 부실한 편이지만 유럽의 여느 호텔들이 다 그러니 이해했고, 찾기가 조금 어렵긴 합니다.

역에서 가까운 괜찮은 호텔
일단 역에서 가까워 캐리어 끌고 가기 편함. 호텔간판이 없어 조금 헤맴. 호텔은 0층 로비랑 1층 룸으로 되어있는데..엘리베이터가 없어서 꽤 높은 계단을 캐리어들고 걸어올라가야함;; 남직원들은 매우 친절함.

베니스에선 숙박을 하지 않겠다고 다짐하게 한 호텔입니다. 방안은 곰팡이 냄새가 나구요. 전체적인 시설 자체가 노후합니다. 지도상 호텔 거리는 베니스 역과 가까우나 실제로는 호텔 간판이 없어서;;; 찾는데 시간이 많이 걸렸습니다. 직원들도 친절하지 않습니다. 조식은 빵과 요거트 류만 있습니다.

위치가 정말 좋아요!!!
산타루치아역에서 삼분거리예요. 조식은 그냥 그런데 위치로 먹고들어가요. 가격도 저렴하고 와이파이도 빵빵해서 이용하는데 불편한점 없었어요. it takes 3min to Venezia S.L breakfast is not so good but price is quite resonable and wi-fi condition is very good.

駅から近く便利
サンタ・ルチア駅から徒歩で数分で便利です。ベニス観光にはベストの滞在場所であるが安く泊まることができた。 施設自体はかなり古い。ドアの鍵の開閉が難しく慣れるまで苦労した。 そういうぉとはあったが全体的にはいいホテルであった。

This hotel is a bit dated, but very clean. Easy access to shopping, dining & bars. Price was reasonable. Staff were very helpful. Continental breakfast was good. Good value.

Buena ubicación, junto a la estación del tren, lo que es cómodo porque llevar maletas por la ciudad es complicado. El desayuno estaba bien. A la ducha le faltaba una puerta.De limpieza era correcto. Pudimos dejar las maletas en un almacén tras dejar la habitación el último día, aunque no está vigilado y está con las de otros usuarios. Nos vino bien no cargar con ellas

Put us in a room on the top floor with no working air conditioning during a heatwave with no idea of when it would be fixed and could not sleep. Then the next morning they turned off the water also telling us they had no idea when it would be turned back on. We were lucky to find another hotel with availability, most were fully booked and promptly checked out. We contacted Expedia to file a complaint and request a refund for the unused night which the manager initially denied. We had to go back to the hotel to complain again at which point they finally said they would not charge us for the night we didn't stay.

Need a refund for this room. The air conditioning was broken at 40oC the room on the fifth floor, 406, was between 32 and 40oC between 4:00 pm and 1:00 am. They did nothing to help us. We had to make a reservation at another hotel in the middle of the night because they just would not fix it. Francesca at the reception was very rude. Screamed at me. Antonella knew nothing and called her boss to tell us that they could do nothing because we’ve booked with Expedia

Within minutes walk of the main station for a one night stay and well equipped for 3 people. Clean, friendly staff and close to plenty of restaurants. 30 min walk to St Mark's. Breakfast included which we couldn't make due to catching an early train, but staff were nice enough to package a take away for us to collect when leaving. Well worth the stay!

The morning breakfast was excellent ! The staff for the breakfast were friendly and it was very well organized. The check in was delayed as they didn’t have enough staff on site. We didn’t have hot water in the shower for days of our stay. We ran out of all toiletries to the room and when looking to stock them up, there was no staff to help us out. I had to get towels myself. The room was more warn down than the pictures show. The front hotel door is open at all times so at night there were drunk people coming in as there was no one at the front desk. Wifi didn’t reach our room so I had to go to the lobby to use it. When trying to connect, there was a lineup of people trying to get access to the internet at the front desk with the same time. Also barely got normal cellular reception in our room which was on the main floor. Every time i spoke to the front desk about something, they gave me attitude. I wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t go back to stay here but it is located in a great and convenient location

O hotel é antigo e não modernizado. A limpeza é boa. O quarto tem poucas tomadas. No banheiro não tem nada para apoiar itens de higiene, teve dia que a água não saiu quente, o secador de cabelo é antiquíssimo (parece um aspirador de pó e não funciona bem). A equipe não é simpática, apenas eficiente. O café da manhã é bom. Veneza tem hotéis muito caros, mas acho que este não foi para mim um bom custo-benefício. The hotel is old and not modernized. Cleaning is good. The room has few outlets. In the bathroom there is nothing to support hygiene items, there were days when the water did not come out hot, the hair dryer is very old (it looks like a vacuum cleaner and does not work well). The staff is not friendly, just efficient. The breakfast is good. Venice has very expensive hotels, but I don't think this one was good value for money.

The room was designed for only 2 people and they added 2 more beds to make it a room for 4 people, so the cramped and uncomfortable inside the room was terrible, in addition to the closet capacity which was enough for only two clients. one of the 2 electrical outlets that should be used for the second nightstand, which did not exist, was left on one of the added beds, so it could not be used. The air conditioning did not work so we had to sleep with the window open, the last beds did not get cool, the answer they gave regarding the latter was that at this time of year, the hotels in the area disconnect the air conditioners , which seems illogical to me, the decision on the temperature of the room must be made by the client

Utter disaster thebed fell apart twice, there was no hot water till the morning i left, the a/c did not work and i had to open a window so i was eaten alive well i slept, the one window opened to their garbage room the other to the dinning area so it was loud and could not sleep past 6:30am, the walls are paper thin..., this stay was a disaster
