이 호텔에 대해서.
처음에 길을 찾아갈 때는 설명이 잘 되어 있어서 편하게 찾아갈 수 있었다. 그런데 입구문은 잠겨있고 종이에 다른 호텔프런트로 오라는 안내문만 덩그러니 있었다. 다른 호텔을 찾아가니 체크인을 해 주었고. 완전 다른 호텔에서 체크인이 되었다. 호텔은 예약한 호텔방에서 묶을 수 는 있었지만 처음부터 상당히 기분이 좋지 않았다. 호텔방은 생각보다 작았으며 그나마 욕실이 아주 조금 깨끗해서 그냥 묶기로 했지만 침대에서 이불을 덮고 자고 싶은 생각이 정말 들지 않았다. 최대한 밖에서 시간을 보내다가 호텔에 들어가곤 했다. 아틀란티테 호텔에서 묶은 후 부터 몸이 간지럽고 두드러기가 나며, 병원에서 알레르기 처방을 받았다. 호텔 때문인지 다시는 가고 싶지 않은 베네치아가 되었다. 혹시라고 그 호텔에서 묶을 예정이 있는 사람이 있다며, 베네치아를 아름다운 도시라는 기억으로 남길 원한다면 이 호텔에서 묶지 않기는 원한다.

불친절한데다 너무 비싼 호텔
무지하게 작고 낡은 호텔인데 비해 가격은 굉장히 비싸고 주인은 불친절하기까지...

아틀란티데는 골목안에 있는데 사장님이 메인 길가에 있는 casa 호텔로 바꿔주셔써더라구요 bunk bed가 이층침대인지 몰라서 당황하긴 했으나 기차역 가까이 있어서 정말 편리했습니다 추천합니다

Pros and cons.
The bed itself, which is the most important thing, was comfortable enough. The reason I rated the place in 'below pleasing' for comfort was that the bathroom and shower are so small you can barely move through it. Also, for service, THERE IS NO WIFI in your room. There is only wifi in the hotel lobby. That was a nasty surprise at the price the hotel charges. Also, they do not provide toothbrushes. The place is just over priced for the quality and service that you get. What I liked about it, it is far enough (maybe 50 meters) off the main road that you can sleep well without being disturbed from the shockingly busy main road at night time. Also, the location is a five minute (if that) walk to the train station. That is about as far as the advantages go, so if that is all you need, and you do not mind paying this price for these few things, while not getting any of the other things, then this place will suffice. (I indeed rebooked my room one extra night when I found out I needed to stay another day in downtown).

Very good location. Everything was as expected, however our toilet did have a small leak. The hotel tried to fix it but it seemed like they didn’t have the correct parts to fix before we left. They were attentive to our needs and did the best they could. I give them credit for that.

Had problems with check in. Nothing said have to check in at other location. Took us over a hour to find Room was old and small. After two nights then realized my body was bitten by bedbugs all over. At least over 20 different places.

Hotel in posizione strategica a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e vicino a una via commerciale. Si tratta di un albergo senza molte pretese, pulito ma arredato con mobili antiquati e senza ascensore. La reception si trova presso un'altra struttura a pochi metri di distanza e la persona all'accoglienza è molto gentile. Il prezzo sarebbe chiaramente troppo elevato in qualunque altra città ma indubbiamente Venezia è troppo cara e quindi non ci si può aspettare di spendere meno...

Hotel Atlantide needs upgrading.
Room was ok, but did need an updating, bathroom is great, room needs to be painted brighter and carpeting need to be removed, need bed required instead of 2 single beds side by side. needs to be more modernized and be brighter, also need a mini fridge, no place to put beverages. Location was great

Do NOT go straight to the property. You must check in at "Hotel Antica Casa Carettoni". They expect you to know this, and, if you don't, they are unapologetic and tell you that you have "old information". The Hotel Atlantide has very old carpeting on the floor and to half way up the walls; it smells musty. The bed spread was visibly dirty. Thankfully the sheets were clean and the bathroom clean and renovated. For how high the price was, I would try another place next time. The location is wonderful.

駅から近い、古いアパートです
サンタルチア駅から重いスーツケースを引いて歩いて行けます。 賑やかなメインストリートから細い路地を少しはいった場所にホテルはあります。 ホテル掲載のフロントは現在使用されていません。 表通りにある小さな姉妹ホテルのフロントで鍵を貰います。 建物は古く薄暗くて清潔感はありません。写真を取らなかったのが残念です。ホテルの情報写真にある部屋を想像していたので、ショックでした。 ベットカバーはうす汚れていて、シーツだけを被って寝ました。電気を消すと耳元で蚊の音。素手で叩いてから寝ました。 古いアパートのベットとシャワーとトイレを借りた感じでした。ほかには何もありません。 トリプルルームは三階にあり、重いスーツケースを持ちあげるのに苦労しました。 私は絶対にリピートしません。

No reception, bad service, avoid this hotel
No answer from reception no matter what time of day you call! Stayed at the 4th floor, group of people checked in and they were smoking, me and my husband could smell the smoke seeping through the doors. Horrible stay, we feel very sick since the smoke is too strong coming from the other room and hallway. Reception said they're open 24 hours apparently they're not, we can't even complain since nobody is there to take the calls. Hotel doesn't seem to care about their guests, they just want to do business, that's it. The walls are thin, group of young people keep banging doors from 3rd floor and we could hear them from 4th floor. This hotel is not the place where guests can have good rest after a nice stroll around Venice. We don't recommend this hotel.

Hotel molto vicino alla stazione. Personale molto gentile. Check in veloce presso altra struttura. Stabile vecchio senza personale in loco, hai la chiave del portone e della stanza e sei autonomo ma se si è in più persone rientrando in orari diversi è un po' un problema, ci hanno dato una stanza al secondo piano senza ascensore, con i bagagli è complicato. Stanza con arredamento vecchio ma molto pulita. Bagno nuovo e pulitissimo. Affaccio su giardino interno molto silenzioso. In complesso sarebbe da rinnovare il mobilio e arredamento. Il televisore era staccato e abbiamo dovuto sistemarlo da soli. Da raccomandare per la vicinanza alla stazione e per la pulizia.

Rezeption des Hotels ist in einer anderen Straße
Nur ein kleiner Zettel informiert, also dem gesamten Gepäck in das andere Hotel, 30 Treppen hoch, einchecken, 30 Treppen mit Gepäck wieder runter, in das eigentliche Hotel. Total heruntergekommener Eingang, enge Treppen, 3! Stock ohne Aufzug, wieder mit dem gesamten Gepäck hoch. Hotel war unter Google Maps nicht zu finden!

フロント対応はイマイチ。 エレベーターが無いので重たい荷物を4階まで自分で上げなくてはならなかったし、帰りも降ろすのが大変だった。ポーターさんももちろん無し、、、部屋がとても狭くて荷物も広げるのが大変だった。 シャワーはまだちゃんとしていたが、冷蔵庫も、湯沸かしポットも無かった。 部屋も狭く、少し使用感があり、照明も暗かった。

Very inconvenient to check in at another location. Room was not as advertised on hotels.com. Was very noisy and seemed to be locked in a prison cell. Windows were boarded up and no very hot with no air-conditioning. Was happy to leave the next morning!

réception dans autre hôtel. Expedia nous a déçus en ayant cet hôtel dans ses propositions. Très cher pour ce qu'il est 470 euros pour 3 nuits! Il ne vaut pas le tiers.

Angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
You get what you pay for. Wenn man sich dessen bewusst ist (so wie wir), dann bekommt man ein Zimmer zum sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wer tagsüber hauptsächlich unterwegs ist und für die Übernachtung keine gehobenen Ansprüche hat, wird hier gut aufgehoben sein. Das Zimmer ist klein und die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür war alles sehr sauber. Das Servicepersonal war stets zuvorkommend und unkompliziert.

外の面だけでは評価できないが、内部が意外におしゃれで本当によかった。全ての面で皆んなに勧めしたい。が、一つがエレベタがなく４階まで荷物を持って上がりました。大変だった。

Awful room, full appreciate it is a budget hotel but this was poor to say the least.
