푹꺼진 시트 이틀 자면서 허리 나가는줄... 잠 제대로 못잤구요 우리가 쓰던방은 방따로 욕실따로 열쇠로 열고 닫고 귀찮아 죽을뻔 말이 좋아 전용욕실 화장실이지. 다른방은 다 안에 있는듯. 위치는 좋아요 역에서 나와서 다리하나 안건너니 무거운 캐리어 끌고 고생할 일없어요 그점이 좋아서 결정한건데 여기서 숙박하고 나서 돈을 더써도 좋은곳가자!!!! 위치만 좋은 숙박 다시는 안가고 누가간다면 다른곳 가라고 말해주고 싶어요

엘리베이터가 없음 :( 캐리어 끌고 올라가기 힘들었음. 대신 체크인하기 전에 캐리어 맡아주고. 밤에 소란스럽긴 하지만 피곤하면 모르고 잘 수 있을 정도임.

글쎄요..
직원은 매우 친절합니다. 호텔 찾기도 매우 쉬워요. 그런데 일단 체크인하러 계단 40개 정도 올라가야하구요. 제가 묵은 방은 옆 건물인건지 들어가는 입구가 나눠진건지는 모르겠지만 다시 가야하구요. 다시 내려와야할 것 같아서 친구에게 캐리어 맡기고 혼자 올라가서 체크인했더니 역시나 옆 쪽으로 가라고 하더라구요. 옆 건물 역시 계단 많고 가파릅니다. 이동 시 방문. 현관문 둘다 스스로 잠궈야하구요. 하루 묵기에는 방은 나쁘지 않았으나 이불 너무 얇아요. 개인등도 없고 콘센트도 멀고 다시 가고싶지는 않아요. 같은 건물 식당에서 일하는 할아버지도 계속 기분나쁘게 호텔에서 나가거나 들어올 때 말걸고 신경쓰고 들고있던 물통으로 머리를 때리고. 베네치아나 호텔에 대한 기억이 그다지 좋지 않네요.

호텔이 2층이고 계단이 많아 짐들고 올라가기 힘들었어요. 위치는 좋고, 조식은 호텔 밖 근처 빵집에서 제공됩니다. 빵 하나랑 커피 한잔~ 아침에 먹기 딱 좋아요~

역에서는가까우나 객실내부및외관이 아주 심하게 나쁩니다. 다시는 가고싶지않은 호텔입니다.
무섭다는느낌이드는호텔이었습니다.창문을여니 베네치아운하가보이는게아니라 창문은 철창으로 되어있고 창밖은 공사장에있을법한 갈고리와 연장,바로옆건물과 다닥다닥 붙어있어서 옆집외국인들이 저희방을 다들여다봐서 창문도 못열고..화장실도 좁고..침대는점정말벌레나올듯하여 이불도 안덥고 잤습니다.

Clean quiet modern hotel in good situation.
Very comfy hotel in an excellent situation - only 10 minutes walk from the station in one direction and the St Marcuola vaporetto stop in the other [Lines 1 & 2] and 5 from the Guglie vaporetto and alilaguna stop. [lines 4 & 5] Modern and clean, and very quiet considering its situation, surrounded by bars and restaurants. Small problem that the lift only starts at the first floor not ground floor level. Otherwise no complaints.

Very centrally located. On a bridge - at a Vaparetto stop, also Alliguana stop for boats from airport. 10 minute walk to train station - no bridges on the walk to the train. Lots of great restaurants near. Lots of shops. Very walkable. 18 minute walk to Rialto. Able to accommodate family of 3 with a triple room.

とてもきれいなホテルでしたが、２階のフロントにあがるときに、重いスーツケースを持ち上げる手伝いがなく、フロントン相談したのに、手伝いすら断られました。

Loved our cute hotel. Location excellent!!
Loved our small hotel, it was very cute and comfortable. I read something about the stairs, but that was an old review, they have now a new Lyft or elevator, so that was great. The front-desk people was awesome especially Elmie. Location was also excellent. Very near the most important train station, Santa Lucia. I recommend it!

Hotel in a very good location and recently renovated. The room was not well insulated and you could hear people walking down the street. Despite the fact that the hotel and the room were really cleaned, I suspect there were bed bugs as I woke up with several insects bite that were not mosquitos.

Dear madame Msquitos are in all Venice specially near a garden!! When the guest arrive I suggest to use the air cod. end i suggest also NOT open the windows . Each rooms is provided with a small machine for the mosquitos NO Bugs.... for prevention we disinfect every 6 monts sincerely Leonardo

Belle vue sur la canal. Chambre joliment décorée qui nous transporte dans la belle époque vénitienne. La Localisation de l'hôtel permet vraiment de découvrir Venise à pied. Les deux seuls points noir: la literie pas super confortable et la salle dans son jus. Petit dej industriel et sans fioriture mais qui est suffisant pour le weekend.

Lovely Choice
This hotel was great. Loved the location right off the canal but away from the main tourist area. It could get a little loud with boat traffic, but that is to be expected when you have a canal room like this. I'm glad we splurged for the canal view room. This location is also very near the train station. It was maybe a 5 minute walk. I saw people lugging their bags all over Venice being so grateful I didn't even have to deal with stairs until I got to the hotel. The girl at reception was very nice. Room was as described. My only complaint, which won't affect my score, but is the bed. The mattress was very old and worn out. You indents were very large and it is well past time to be replaced.

For the price it was good value, and they made a great effort in providing my wife with a gluten free selection at breakfast. The room was great, but a bit of money and time could be put into the entrance.

It was in an amazing location. **** The staff were excellent. Our room was small, but very clean and the bathroom was newly renovated. We had to climb up three flights of stairs, which may be a problem for some guests. The reception area was a bit run down and in need of a facelift. The breakfast was pretty good,

綺麗で清潔感あり！
改装されたばかりのようでとても綺麗。サンタ・ルチーア駅からも歩いて５分くらいです。 エントランスは3階相当の場所に合ってリフトがないのでスーツケースが重かったら持ち上げるのはちょっと大変かも。でもスタッフも気さくでとても親切でした。

Good basic hotel - better than just 1-star
My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights in September and have to say is was a perfectly good stay. Firstly the location was really good. Only about a 5 minute walk from the main train station and in a great spot with lots around you. When arriving there are a few stairs to climb without a lift which was tough but let's face it, you only have to take your suitcase up there once so hardly an issue. It's quite a small hotel and the staff were really helpful with recommendations and anything else we needed. The room itself was pretty basic but the bathrooms had clearly been referbished recently and everything was perfectly clean. The breakfast wasn't brilliant and was next door up more stairs in quite a hot room however, it served a purpose and didn't bother us too much. All in all, a great place to stay if you're on a budget and aren't planning to spend loads of time in the hotel itself.

Beliggenhed. Nemt at komme dertil ved ankomst til Venedig med tog. Gående kort stykke. Ved ankomst med lufthavnsbus lidt længere - men stadig nem gå afstand. Vandbus fra lufthavnen holder nærmest lige udenfor ved Ponte Guigle Centralt - og derfor meget turistet. Obs - ingen elevator. Værelser ligger i to forskellige opgange. Reception på 2. sal. Kontakt derfor først reception, inden du slæber bagage op! Vi havde luksusværelset med himmelseng, eget bad og balkon til kanalen - ses på billedet. Superfint. Praktisk pænt middelklasse hotel til et kortere ophold. Udmærket morgenmad.

Great location and modern rooms
We spent 4 nights in this excellent hotel, that is located on the Cannaregio neighborhood of Venezia. The hotel entrance and corridors are basic looking but the actual room was a delight. Our room was airy, modern and clean, not very big though especially with one double bed and one single but big enough. The bathroom was spacious and the shampoo they provided smelled heavenly. The room had wardrobe, AC, TV and a table. There was also a fridge but it barely kept anything cold, which was pretty frustrating and should probably drop a point from this review. Our room had a great view to the Chiesa di San Geremia (which apparently houses the relics of Sancta Lucia), you could see the entrance of the church, the cupola and enjoy the beautiful rooftops. Special mention about the friendly and kind welcome we had at the hotel, the service was best we enjoyed on our entire holiday. The hotel is located quite ideally in Cannaregio on the verge of Ghetto. It is only 5 minute walk from Santa Lucia train station (no bridges) and while the main street from Santa Lucia train station leading to the hotel (Rio Terá List di Spagna & Salizida S. Geremia) is pretty boring it is only 5 minute walk and there are several more interesting streets and alleys nearby and more interesting restaurants to be found especially along the Cannareggio’s northern part canals.

Muito boa.
O local é muito bom, perto da estação, o café da manhã é excelente para os padrões da europa. O único aspecto ruim é que o hotel não tem elevador e tem muita escada para chegar na recepção/quartos, coisa ruim quando se está com muitas malas.
