저가형 호텔 중에 꽤 맘에 들었어요
출장 때문에 베니스 호텔만 6군데 정도 머물렀는데 시설이나 서비스 면에선 저렴한 호텔치곤 꽤나 괜찮은 곳이었습니다. 위치가 좀 불편하고 처음에 케리어 들고 올라가기가 좀 불편한걸 빼곤 다 만족했어요

일단 숙소는 산마르코광장에서 가까워요 골목이지만 근처 교회만 찾으면 바로에요. 겨울에 숙박하고도 따뜻햇고 외관하곤 다르게 깔끔하고 넓은편입니다 조식은 요거트 쿠키 빵 러스크 음료 쨈 방으로가져다줍니다. 4층부터 있어서 짐이 많으면 힘들어요 그것 빼고는 편하고 깨끗해서 좋앗어요 스텝도 친절해요

주인 할머니께서 굉장히 친절하셔요~ 위치도 역 근처라 금방 찾을 수 있어요. 부엌 옆에 정원이 있어서 아침에 카푸치노 마시며 보는 경치가 좋았어요. 봄에 가면 꽃이 만발하겠네요 현지 결재할 때 저희는 현금으로 결제를 했는데 페이팔로 결재 가능하다 하셨어요

Perfect stay, the room was big and with all the comfort. The location is amazing, close to the famous Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge. Easy to reach and our room was with view of a church typical Venice style. All the staff was helpful and kind. Thank you!

Good location
It has a great location and in a nice busy area only problem it’s not actually a hotel it’s like a modified apartment where there is 3 bedrooms in each floor and each bedroom has its own bathroom. I just didn’t like the stairs to the third floor was kind a hard and mattress is too hard felt like sleeping on the floor. They also had ants in the bathroom I mentioned it to them but they said it’s because of the food

Horrível!
Péssima! Pior hotel que fiquei na minha vida, se é que posso chamar aquilo de hotel. Quarto horrível, tudo velho, chão range, camas duras e desconfortáveis, banheiro com box minúsculo, café da manhã simplesmente incomível! Nunca se hóspede! E pra completar 4 andares de escada sem elevador e a única pessoa que está no check out e grosseira e incapaz de prestar qq ajuda!

First we had to go up about five or six flights of stairs. Actually I lost count. The room wasn’t as it appeared in the advertisement. The service was great but I would not recommend it for anyone.

This is not a hotel, it's locanda in Italian language, everything is excellent accept (the elevator).

Excellent hotel, nice staff
Excellent Hotel with a vety kind staff. Walls were very thin, you could hear everything, but so is everywhere else in Venice from what I hear. Lots of steps to the 3rd floor, no elevator. Other vise amazing place to stay in.

Excelente ubicación. Solo que para llegar es complicado ya que en Venecia las calles no estan identificadas en Google Maps. Pesado para personas con maletas porque debes subir 4 NIVELES. Deben indicarlo en la descripción del establecimiento.

Lovely hidden Gem
we had 2 nights here. The staff are so friendly and helpful and you get breakfast brought to your room. The only downside that it is up 3 flights of stairs and there is no lift, so if you are not great with stairs then its a no go. Its 2 minutes from St Marks Basoilica and Square so right in the middle of everything. I would recommend it.

Excellent location. Near St. Mark's, restaurants and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The wifi worked well. There are quite a few stairs to climb to get to the hotel. The room was small, but clean and quiet at night.

No self serve laundry
Location was perfect but the hotel doesn’t have an elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Also, I specifically chose this hotel because it claim to have self service laundry. It does not!! So I could have save $40/night if I chose another hotel without laundry service.

Disappointed...to say the least.
I begin by saying that I rarely give the lowest scores available, but I had to make an exception this time. This is not a hotel, nor a B&B, it's a room in a building, that has no elevator, in a dark alley in the heart of Venice. Yes, I admit if you want to be steps from St.Mark's square this is the place for you... sort of. The staff is friendly, I got nothing wrong to say about them, but they are available for limited hours, then you are on your own. I wasn't able to turn the tv set on the first day, so I had to wait until the next morning. The "hotel" has no common areas, you eat your breakfast on a tiny table inside your room. Furniture is outdated and cheap. The bathroom was ok, but my shower head was loose and kept falling down. I could add a few more things, but I prefer to stop here, I think I made myself clear already. This is not a place I would recommend to a friend, maybe to an enemy, but not to a friend.

Great location. Helpful staff.
The hotel was conveniently located, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room provided the basic amenities we were looking for. Three flights of stairs with luggage may be problematic for some guests.

Emplacement privilégié à 2 minutes de la place Saint Marc. Chambre très confortable et spacieuse. Propreté irréprochable. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique.

Ho prenotato questo affittacamere per 2 notti per il carnevale, e sono rimasto piacevolmente soddisfatto! ● Ottima Posizione: a pochi passi da Piazza San Marco e a pochi minuti dal Ponte di Rialto. Visitare Venezia da qui è molto comodo ● Ottima Camera: spaziosa, pulita e comoda. Niente moquette (che io odio), ben riscaldata e ben arredata. Non troppo silenziosa, ma comunque accettabile l'insonorizzazione. ● Buona Colazione: la colazione viene servita in camera con la scelta delle bevande; non troppo varia e assenza (o quasi) del salato, di mio gradimento tutto quello servito, ma si può migliorare. — Senza Ascensore: ci sono 3 piani (+1 se si ha la camera al piano superiore) di scale senza ascensore, in caso di difficoltà fisiche è assolutamente sconsigliato! *** Struttura consigliata e a mio parere per il carnevale 114 euro a notte per una camera doppia con colazione inclusa, mi è sembrato un prezzo buono calcolata la posizione e il servizio offerto per il periodo!

Great location: 1 min from St Marco square and 3min from Rialto bridge. But... Tiny room (clean, quite with all facilities in good condition), very uncomfortable bed and pillows and many stairs to get in the room (no elevator)

Kein Hotel, sondern abgewohntes Zimmer in B&B.
Die 6 Zimmer befinden sich in den Obergeschossen eines einfachen Wohnhauses in zentraler Lage. Vormittags ist das sehr freundliche weibliche Personal im Haus, ansonsten ist die kleine schmale Theke der »Rezeption« nicht besetzt. Vor Ort gab es keinen Ansprechpartner bzgl. des Schimmels im Bad – das weibliche Personal kann lediglich auf 3 Tage später verweisen, wenn der "Boss" vor Ort sein soll. Am angekündigten Tag erklärte sich der Herr an der Theke allerdings für nicht zuständig, man solle eine E-Mail schreiben. Das Mobiliar des kleinen Zimmers ist abgewohnt, die sanitären Anlagen haben teilweise schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, das Bad roch nach Schimmel. Die Dusche ist derart klein, daß zum Einseifen / Shampoonieren die Türe der Kabine geöffnet werden muß. Insgesamt wird eher oberflächlich gereinigt. Das äußerst einfache Frühstück besteht aus eingeschweißtem ausschließlich süßem Aufstrich bzw. Zwieback und Joghurt. Kaffee und das süße Croissant sind gut. Auf herzhaft / salzig muß komplett verzichtet werden. Die weiblichen Angestellten sind sehr entgegenkommend und serviceorientiert, was beim Inhaber nicht der Fall ist. Die Preise orientieren sich nicht am Gebotenen, sondern an der Ausbuchung in der Stadt: Für 49 € steht der Preis für venezianische Verhältnise in einem akzeptablen Verhältnis, es geht aber bis ins mehrfach dreistellige und das ist milde gesagt unangemessen. Lediglich als billige Notbleibe für wenige Tage empfehlenswert.

Expectations not completely met
The actual service from the hotel employees was great. The hotel does need to be updated. The rooms do not have air conditioning, regardless we were there in October, it was still,uncomfortable to sleep without air conditioning. The rooms also give the impression of not being to clean, having said this, it could be because it does need some TLC(tender loving care). The area is ok. Close to San Marco, close to restaurants, shopping, not far from the water transportation, etc. The continental breakfast is good.One more thing, if you have difficulty climbing stairs, this is not the hotel for you.

STAY AWAY from it, Not Honest Not Trustable
my WORST experience. They STOLE our MONEY by lying us about how much we should pay for city tax. They took more for each person, and they charged us for all the nights we were there, while there is a maximum of 5 nights to pay. She told us we should pay 3Euro per person for 7nights.We double checked it as we thought it was too much but she said the same thing. So according to her we should have paid 42 Euro for city tax.I checked the prices and rules when we came back.According to the rules, one should pay for max5 nights, while we were charged for 7nights. Also,according to hotels.com we should have paid 1 euro per person, while we paid 3 Euro per person. I contacted them,they said that hotels.com has incorrect information and the actual value one should pay is 2.5 euro per night. So anyway, either we should have paid 10 euro (for 2people for 5 nights) according to hotels.com or 25 if hotels.com was wrong. But we had to pay 42 euro. They kept denying that we have paid 42, and said we should have a receipt showing we paid 25, but we never got such a receipt. We only got a receipt of our payment for room.I asked them to check the camera to see and hear what we said and gave, and they said they can’t see in the camera how much I am paying. At the end they said they will send us back 17 euro as hotels.com had wrong information, but two weeks passed and nothing happened. They are simply NOT HONEST and NOT TRUSTABLE, and that is their way to earn more money.

Positivt: Det positiva är läget och att personalen är vänlig och hjälpsam. Sängarna och rummen i sig är helt okej. AC funkar bra. Negativt: Frukosten serveras till rummet, men håller en oerhört dålig klass. Rummen är inte ljudisolerade, så allt ljud går rakt igenom. Det finns ingen hiss. TV:n på rummet var mycket dålig. Det centrala läget kan både vara till för- och nackdel då det är oerhört mycket folk på de trånga gatorna under sommaren.

Atendimento bom. Estrutura ruim.
O atendimento é gentil e a localização é ótima, mas é necessário subir sempre os três ou quatro andares de escada (fica difícil com com malas) e o café da manhã é servido em bandeja, no quarto. Eu procuraria outro com a mesma localização, na mesma faixa de preço.

Excellent location, staff lovely, breakfast fab.
The hotel was in an excellent location just 2 minutes walk to St Mark's Square. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful with our request for a travel adaptor!! The room was clean and spacious and had all the facilities we needed. Breakfast was fabulous, continental style and the staff were very kind in leaving something for us ready for a very early morning departure on our last day. Overall our stay was fantastic and I would highly recommend the Locanda Casa Sol Mulo and would not hesitate to stay there again should we ever visit Venice again in the future.

Nice and friendly Italian hotel.
Vame late at night after the desk was closed.That was no problem. We were buzzed in and waitng at the desk were our room keys with a welcome letter with instructions for the hotel. Breakfast was included with the best brioche I have had in Italy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to St. Mark's Basilica and boats. Short walk to the Rialto Bridge. The hotel is tucked away in a narrow walkway so a little tricky to find at first. I would stay there again

Great location! 30min walk from station (follow signs to Rialto then San Marco, easy peasy) very friendly staff, nice welcome. Stayed in triple room. Decent size. Stairs in the hotel were tiring so be prepared to walk up a lot of stairs!! Next to a church that rings their bell at midnight but isnt too loud. Narrow streets can echo voices during the night. Room comes with aircon, cable tv and mini fridge... breakfast include croissants, bread, drink of your choice and juice and yoghurt. More than enough! Overall really enjoyed our stay. Grazie!

Great location, nice staff
Easy access from St. Mark's square and not far from the water transport system. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was brought to our room in the morning, a selection of pastries, coffee, and hot chocolate. There is no elevator so plan to walk up to the 3rd floor. Not a big deal for us but might be a challenge for some, especially with luggage. Also, we carried our luggage through town ourselves and apparently the square routinely floods in the late morning so we had to maneuver the long way around to avoid walking through 6 inches of water while rolling luggage behind us. There are people at the boats who will put your luggage on a cart and roll it to your hotel, not sure the cost but worth it if you arrive during the high tide!

Close to the major sites...staff was excellent
My luggage was dropped at the bottom and staff carried it up for me.... We left to early for breakfast so he gave us the night before
