Convenient accomodation
Great location right at the center of island, close to most tourist attrations and restaurants. Room was quite spacious and has a great canal view. Breakfast does not include many options though the coffee itself is amazing and made our day. The rate is high but other hotels around are even higher. Overall, it was very convenient stay at an acceptable price.

The hotel is beautiful. Our room was large and had everything we needed. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Beautiful hotel
This is a beautiful historic hotel. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs but once upstairs it is beautiful. The staff was so kind and helpful. The view was exquisite.

Lovely little Hotel with Friendly Staff
Lovely and peaceful little hotel at the heart of everything - easy short walk to Rialto, San Marco... Good restaurant options around. Views are nice, and all staff - front staff, cleaners... - are friendly and helpful. They look happy to work there, which is rare in hospitality these days.

Fabulous gem of a hotel
This hotel is amazing - the rustic decor was in keeping with the building and the location was central - you will not be disappointed. The staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough to help. Definitely would come back and recommend it

A great stay in a good area of Venice. Easy to access the main areas of the city within a short walk. Very helpful staff and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and appreciated the help with booking water taxis etc. Thank you again

Fantastic stay at Locanda Leon
Local da Leon is a gorgeous hotel. I was warmly greeted by Enrico, whose customer service was outstanding. My room was facing the canal, and it was fantastic watching the gondoliers go by. Thank you Enrico for all your hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at Locanda Leon Bianco! Beautiful building, room and the hotel staff is extremely warm, friendly and accommodating. Beautiful view of the grand canal and convenient to many things. The room was impeccably clean, the breakfast was outstanding and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was traveling with my husband and 7 year old son and would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!

Fantastisk service og meget flotte værelser
Fantastisk modtagelse og service overalt. Super beliggenhed midt i Venedig, og alligevel trygt og roligt. Meget flotte værelser (vi var på 2 pga. opgradering). Fin morgenmad. Et fantastisk sted, og jeg vil ønske at vi kan komme der igen. Hele vejen igennem gøres noget ekstra. Velkomst brev med info om særlige muligheder. Kaffe & te på gangen (og lige lidt chokolade dertil). Det var tænkt på paraply-lån. Enestående venlig reception. Vi var afsted i speciel anledning, og blev opgraderet på 2. Nat så vi fik værelse med udsigt til kanal Grande. Hotellet gjorde det til en uforglemmelig begivenhed.

This is a very unique hotel. Right on the grand canal, our view was incredible m but three flights of stairs to get to front desk and no elevator. I would stay again.

Huge Room With Its Own Private Dock
Our Ground Level Apartment here was big, beautiful and clean with powerful air conditioning and its own private dock. The staff here was fantastic, communicating with us regularly before and during our stay. They had champagne waiting for us upon arrival, and booked multiple water-taxis, gondola rides and tours for us to/from the train station, the airport and the nearby islands of Murano and Burano. The daily breakfast was fantastic too. And on our departure day, the team packed-up a to-go breakfast for us, because our plane left very early in the morning, before breakfast. Can't say enough good things about this place! Just wonderful!!!

It wasn’t easy locating the hotel since there was some building renovation going on to the side of the gate and the alleyway leading to the hotel was narrow. But, as soon as we found it, it was like finding a piece of gem. The receptionist was very professional and helpful. The hotel was very clean with modern amenities and the free breakfast was good. I would like to stay here again next time I come back to Venice.

Great Spot
Great location once you actually find the place. The nearby shops and restaurants are excellent and the hotel is well-positioned to nearby landmarks and water taxi stops. Would definitely recommend.
