Cher Client, nous sommes désolés de lire que nos chambres n'aient pas été à votre goût. Normalement, nos clients apprécient le décor des chambres conçu par le célèbre designer Philippe Starck avec des couleurs claires et de nombreux miroirs qui rendent nos chambres plus lumineuses, même celles qui donnent sur les petites ruelles étroites typiquement vénitiennes. Nous précisons que la vue de chaque type de chambre est spécifiée dans son descriptif. Nous avons des chambres à différents étages et avec différentes vues dont par exemple des chambres avec une grande terrasse et des suites avec une magnifique vue sur le grand canal, bien loin d'être sombres. Nos prix sont similaires à ceux des autres hôtels 5 étoiles de Venise. Enfin, notre room service est disponible avec un menu dédié 24h/24. Nous sommes également désolés que vous n'ayez formulé aucune réclamation pendant votre séjour en donnant à notre personnel la possibilité de vous proposer une autre solution. Notre personnel est toujours à la disposition des clients pour rendre leur séjour agréable et confortable et pour résoudre les petits désagréments qui pourraient survenir. Nous serions heureux de discuter directement avec vous de tout problème rencontré lors de votre séjour afin que nous puissions continuer à améliorer notre service.
