Hello, Thank you very much for your business and wrote about difficulty of Bed-Bug issue. If you want to see the receipt of pest control monthly service we are more than happy to provide. Upon check out we went in the room checked everything out but we haven't find anything related bedbug at all. The same room we rented in past and rented to the other gust after your stay as well. We haven't heard any complaint from any body yet. Again, If you think it was inconvenience, We heartily saying sorry for that. See us again on your next visit of town.

Front desk person may be went to check rooms or help some other guest in the room if they are having any difficulty. There are so many reason why desk person was not at lobby.
