Nice hotel, good breakfast. I didn’t like that some of the staff just sat at the front desk scrolling through their phones and wouldn’t acknowledge customers when they came up.

What you can tell was once a nice place is being let go. The room was not clean and some shoty repairs had been made in the bathroom. I booked on Expedia and the manager refused to print or email me a receipt. And he was rather rude about it. The breakfast was limited and the sausage and eggs were much worse than the typical hotel breakfast’s eggs/sausage. I stay in the area for work and I won’t be back.

Nice, big, quiet room. Breakfast was nice and dining room is big. Shower curtain is in tatters and needs to be replaced.

I usually stay here when I come to Vernal to spend time with family. The staff is always so nice. I usually never have a complaint, but this time. We parked in a snow fillied parking lot. Driving through town every parking lot was plowed but this hotels. PLEASE PLOW THE PARKING LOT.

The toilet would not flush when we arrived. The toilet seat was broken. The bedroom tv remote was missing. Carports need cleaned, they advertised daily maid service that did not happen after we came back from outing we were told it had to be requested earlier so asked waited and got towels

When I got to my door it was open, I had to do a safety sweep before I went in. As a single female. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. The shower was cold! Couldn’t get warm water.

Mattress optional
Waited 15 minutes to check in. Two front desk clerks but they both had to help the person without reservation before checking me in. Room seemed clean and what we requested. It was when we pulled out sofa bed we discovered no mattress. It seemed like an easy fix and not a big demand. Wrong, front desk clerk was a huge jerk and at one point using curse words. They found a very flimsy twin mattress to use and couch cushions on the other side. Then had to request sheets and blanket for it. I quit after I got the 1st pillow because I was sick of his rude behavior. Reading reviews I’m sure they got rid of it for bedbugs, I found no evidence of it and room seemed clean. Gaslight behavior from manager and he was trying to act like it was stolen but that was not the case, no bedding to be had. No compensation so if you don’t mind paying to sleep 4 people but only half have mattresses, this is the place for you.

Not the absolute cheapest place to stay in Vernal, but certainly not the best. Feels run down for only being 10 years old. The non slip mat in the tub was torn and had black mold underneath

Bed bugs. Don’t stay here. I literally smashed a well fed bed bug in my room at 4 am (after I sucked me dry and questioning the cleanliness of the room) and I brought its literal corpse to the front desk, and the employee tried to gaslight me into thinking ‘it is not being a bed bug.’ Prior to me being able to present the dead bed bug carapace I had collected from my room/being fed upon to the front desk staff, I had to call their staff member over the phone, and she was very annoyed she had to respond. Oh, it gets worse. She finally showed up at the desk after I said bed bugs, and she questioned my accusations (they should, fine) but she lied and said inspectors had been there that day (absolute lie, I followed up and asked), rooms had been checked and sprayed for bugs (lies, no one inspected that day and I saw bugs later) and she also claimed management was going on contact me. Another lie. Anyway, room 211 def had bed bugs, don’t stay here

The check-in was easy. The room was a disaster... hair all over the bed, the jetted tub wasn't clean, there was a cup of tea that had been left in the microwave all crusted over, the bathroom hadn't been touched.. the manager on duty did comp my partner and I 2 free nights on our next visit to Vernal which was awesome of him. The overall stay wasn't terrible, but they definitely need to up their housekeeping standards to a higher degree to keep from having to give away

We had a phone call when we were in bed and the East Indian accused us of a “noise complaint”. The walls are so thin you could hear others speaking in the hallway and walking by. I did not appreciate being accused of being noisy. Plus you get charged $100 for incidentals when checking in. Make sure to check your cards after check out.

Called to make sure the pool was open . When I arrived the pool was closed . Then all of a sudden it was open again after I had already left for the day. The lady at the front desk had lied about the pool being closed but had let other people swim.

Stood at the front desk waiting for someone to help me or to answer the phone so I could check in for at least ten minutes.Otherwise everything was good.

Booger on the wall in bathroom. Hair on pillow cases. Very limited breakfast, only one flavor of yogurt if any, two flavors of cereal. Very cheap paper plates and silverware. Drawer broken under microwave. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall.

Parking is good and wide open. Convenient to get in and out of. Check in seemed like host was in a bad mood and mumbled instructions. There was also hair in shower that kinda of ruined my review.

WOW. I have stayed at this hotel before with no issue but tonight was something else. I checked in as normal and paid the $25 pet fee. Then my son had an accident on the bed (as kids do) so I placed the blanket out in the hall. I went to the front desk and asked for extra blankets - the guy asked me if they were for my dogs and I said no, so he gave them to me. Then at 11PM the “general manager” knocks on our door and states he will charge us a $250 pet fee for the blanket in the hall and the top sheets I had placed on the carpet (the carpets were disgusting with stains as you can see pictured so I placed top sheets down for my kids to walk on). I was so heated (and pregnant) that we just decided to leave, it felt like we were being dictated how we could use blankets and threatened to be charged more money. I then told him on my way out that I would like a refund since we were leaving and he told my husband we are getting charged anyway. He then started filming me and my family telling us we would be charged for “damages”. I asked him in an accident on a sheet is considered damage and he wouldn’t answer me. He has now filed a complaint against me and told Expedia my dog did damage even tho we were literally there 2 hours. DONT STAY HERE. It is so gross and they are looking for ways to scam people out of their money.

The TV net work wasn't working for days. They promised me that it would be fixed. I booked another night and it wasn't fixed. The manager told me he would refund the night, then turned around after I left and wouldn't refund the night

We paid the $30 pet fee and then are put on the 3rd floor requiring an elevator ride and walk through the lobby to take the dog out. The designated "dog relieving area" was a corner of a field, mostly gravel and stickers. The trash can there was overflowing and bags of dog waste were everywhere. Front desk staff were curt at best.
