We are within a couple miles of many delicious restaurants. We apologize parking at these restaurants posed a problem, however, the hotel does not have any control over that. We are within walking distance of a few restaurants as well, such as Flannigan's. We would love the opportunity to have you back as our guest again.

The train will be heard no matter where you stay in the area. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have control over the train schedule. We strive to provide superior service for all of our guests. Our team works around the clock to achieve this goal.

We are sorry that we could not exceed your expectations. Our guaranteed check in time begins at 4pm. On your arrival date you checked in at 11:30am so it did incur the early check in fee as it was 4 and a half hours before check in time. On the day you did not get service, there was a privacy sign on the door. Housekeeping will not go in a room if the privacy sign is up. Our housekeeping staff runs daily from 9:30am to 3pm. Somebody is available at the front desk 24/7. If there was a specific time you would have liked service we would have been more than happy to let our housekeeping team know. February in March is peak season in South Florida and the rates for all hotels in the area will be at their highest of the year. Stuart does not get too much of the spring breakers, however, the Mets and Cardinals do have their spring training in this area and most hotels are sold out daily during this time of year. All of our rooms have been recently remodeled and enjoy new beds and furniture. We do have a gorgeous outdoor pool and sundeck. We do offer poolside rooms and would have been glad to see if one was available, should it be requested. Alternatively, when booking online you will have the option to select courtyard view rooms should that be the side of the hotel you would prefer.
