La place est bien mais ils avaient des groupes d’adolescents qui fesais beaucoup de bruit dans les couloir jusqu’à minuit … je suis pas quelqu’un de très difficile mais ça cetais vraiment désagréable

After drivingfor 6 hours and arriving at the hotel, we found the lobby was full of people, and our room was not ready. At the front desk the clerk gave us two free drink coupons to have at a bar nearby while we waited. We accepted the coupons and waited at the bar even though we both would have rather showered and prepared for the paty we were in town for. We were allowed into our room 90 minutes after check in time. The next day I went down to the lobby to receive the two drink coupons that were included in our VIP room rate. The manager at the desk refused and told me that the two drinks we got the day before while we waited fo our room were those coupons. We in no way wanated those drinks at that time. We wanted our room. After I confirmed that this what she said I gave up left. As I walked away, I heard her mutter how those coupons ($8) were expensive. Just outrageous! How cheap and short sighted. We won't be back.

The property was clean, the breakfast was very good, specially Shannon, the attendant. She was always refilling the serving containers and cleaning around the area. The beds were comfortable and there was no outside noise from the road. However, the toilet was so tiny it was better suited for an infant!. Best Western, in their infinite wisdom wanted us to check in online days before we were supposed to be there. I did not do it because they wanted a copy of my driver's license to be scanned and sent to them. I even called headquarters and they did not know of those practices. Then, when it was time to check out, again, they wanted for me to tell them in a message when we were leaving (checking out). I did not check out online simply because I did not know the exact time!!.. While checking in the person that was missing at the front desk appeared and she was not nice at all, very unfriendly. Customer service at that point was awful. We did not appreciate that. She did not even informed us that there was breakfast from 6 AM or the location of the breakfast area (I had to ask). For the check out, this woman came out of their office to the front desk reluctantly and did not say one word. She was obviously not happy and it was pretty noticeable we were disturbing her. Since we noticed we had troubled her, I only said "I am checking out with you because I like human contact" and left at that. Very poor customer service. The hotel does not deserve this kind of people working there.

Room wasnt ready at check in had to wait 2 hours til it was ready. Gave 2 free drinks at sister property. Took but wasnt interest as we dont drink

Great location close to nearby restaurants and bars owned by same management group. Dog friendly with a very reasonable $20 charge.

That I order and payed for 2 queen size with a sofaarea and we got a room with no sofa area and I paid extra 8 dollars per day.

They keep forgetting to clean our rooms and then when we’re at the pool, they were power washing and clean it and then smoking in the entrance outside. They should have a designated smoking area where people don’t have to walk through.

Jessica at the front desk was amazing she was sweet and funny, she made my stay hilarious. I recommend this hotel if one is visiting vero beach.

The water pressure in the shower was incredibly weak. Also, you must run the water for a minimum of 15 minutes for it to get remotely warm. The room had a very musky, humid, chemical smell at all times. When I asked if we could switch to a different room, they told us everything was booked up. I told them the issues with the room, and they agreed with me basically saying that they were already aware of the poor facilities.

Probably one of the worst hotel stays in my existence. Checkin was terrible, staff very unfriendly and our experience was the worst. Room was open when we arrived at the room, garbage was not empty, dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, no towels at all, and when I called for towels she said to come and get it. Ac was not working, filters were taking out etc When we were waiting for a manager to deal with the issue this person fell of the earth and was not to be found and never dealt with the issue or responded to any conversation about our experience. Stay away if you have other options, this is my first and last time at this hotel for sure

I was disappointed in my stay at this Best Western. The front desk staff was not interested in helping the customer. When I checked in they were unwilling to adjust the price of my stay to accommodate the Best Western membership, AAA or AARP discount that I had. The remote for the TV didn’t work and when I went to the desk no one could be found on multiple occasions until change of shift. Also a customer came in to ask for a price for that night and they quoted them a price $50 less then my Expedia price. We visit this area often and we won’t stay here again.

First hotel in a long time that had a roach. The front desk person did not seem happy to be there. The room next door and hallway were noisy. Being on the second floor we could here footsteps pounding from above. I understood this is a remodel, but paint job not finished. Headboatd noisy for even normal sleepers.

the ck in attendant DID NOT want to be bothered, granted it was CHristmas day. DID NOT like the ck out procedure just leave my room card in a plastic box,NO interaction with anyone :( Otherwise th room was clean, updated, nice.
