Laut Beschreibung gibt es einen Aufenthaltsraum außer der Küche. Den habe ich nicht gefunden. Ebenso konnte man die Küche, außer zum Frühstück, gar nicht benutzen. Man sollte nach dem Frühstück selbst aufräumen und abspülen. Es gab nur Plastikbesteck und abgepackte, bis auf eine kleine Packung Kekse nur süße Lebensmittel entgegen der Beschreibungen gar nichts frisches. Das Bad war sauber. Bett wurde nicht gemacht. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft lief sehr schlecht. Ich habe sofort nach der ersten Email eine Kopie meines Ausweises geschickt, danach aber keine Zugangsinfos erhalten, erst auf Anfrage wurde ich gebeten, eine Ausweiskopie zu senden (die aber vorlag). Auf die Frage nach Parkplätzen wurde nicht mitgeteilt, wie man die "Tagesparkscheine" erhält, sondern nur auf den kostenlosen Parkplatz verwiesen mit dem Hinweis: 500m entfernt. Ich habe ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß mit Rollkoffer gebraucht. Bei Abreise sollte man die Tourismusgebühr im Zimmer lassen, Quittung werde zugeschickt. Auch das ist erst auf Anfrage passiert. Es gibt zwei Kontaktnummern. Ich wählte die des Managers. Der antwortete mir, dass ich seine Mitarbeiterin kontaktieren solle. Auf meine erste Anfrage zum Check - in kam von ihm nicht einmal dieser Hinweis. Seine Mitarbeiterin schrieb mich einen Tag später an, man habe die Quittung schon zugeschickt. Als ich dies verneinte, fragte sie nach meiner bereits bekannten Email. Ich habe noch nie einen solchen "Service" erlebt. Lage ist super.

Dear Sir, as already told at the phone, I really apologize for the bad impression that you have had about hour house and services, as we do really work hard for your satisfaction. I would like to answer point by point to you: - As we are an apartment, not an hotel, is it written on the descriptions (please, send us a copy of the one that you have, so that we can correct any mistakes!) that the breakfast will be packed - as we cannot serve - by law - any fresh food. - For the same reasons we ask, in respect of each guest, to leave the common spaces clean and tidy. How would have you felt if you have entered the house and found the kitchen full of dirty dishes? - As we are not an hotel, the cleaning of the room, with change on towels and blankets, is every 3 days, as by law regulamentation. - The information about how to access the house have been sent via whatsapp as soon as we have received your passports. With codes and images that explained everything, as per all our guests, we really never have any problem on the comprehension of that instruction. - It is also written, on the description, that we have not any private parking. Following to your request, I have indicated to you the nearest free parking - that is situated at about 500mt - so less than 10mins by walk. - the invoice is sent via pdf directly via whatsapp or - as for you - via email. I apologize again if you have not received it the first time but, following to your request, we sent it the morning after: You sent a message to the manager at 20:00 in the evening, and our office is open from 09:00 to 15:00. In the end, we really appreciate if our guests contact us during the stay, if something is not clear or not equivalent of what they have reserved, so that we can solve any problem immediatly. Knowing them after the check out does not permit to us to do anything else. Regards

The criteria for our booking was: A hotel close to downtown Verona A parking space belonging to the hotel Wi-Fi Clean rooms It was very clean, the hotel was a bnb with self service, the price was low, the doors squeaked and due to being a flat every movement could be heard. I didn't enjoy to send a copy of our identity documents unsecured over the net. The car needed to be parked on a public space, the parking space close to the hotel (public) was possible for 2h max. But the luggage can be dropped in front of the door and a parking space for free is only 500 m away if you manage to get one of the searched spaces. People were friendly and helpful.

Easy walking to major tourist sites. We had trouble parking as a festive day. But Stephanie gave us resident pass for 10Euro/day so we parked near room. Beautifully presented room, towels wrapped in ribbon. Shower a bit small but normal for Italy. Would've liked fresh foods for continental breakfast rather than all packaged. However adequate and plenty. Two days not long enough...beautiful Verona

A bit odd not having a person on reception (they email you a few days before hand to get your ID and send code for key safe to get in). Otherwise very pleasant place to stay. Location good. Comfortable and clean.

Convenient and comfy
Check-in information was smooth. What’s App communication was good. The shower in the en-suite room is small so it’s not very comfortable but if you’re used to it (most European showers are uncomfortable) it’ll be fine. The location was very convenient. Having a big refrigerator in the kitchen was a blessing in the hot summer. You must try the Pizzeria beside the property (on the main road). It’s called L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele. It’s from the famous pizzeria in Napoli & the fried pizza is THE BOMB! 💣

Dear Sir, We are sorry that your stay with us was not to your liking. Every announcement of our rooms has well specified if the bathroom is private or shared, we are sorry that you have not read it. As for the breakfast, having passed in the meantime to tourist rental (apartment / landlord) - not a B&B anymore, we are not allowed by law to offer fresh and manipulated products, but only and exclusively products individually packaged. However, I remain at your complete disposal for any further clarification or request and wish you a peaceful Sunday

Loved this B&B
It was a bit tricky to find since it was in an alley, but we were greeted warmly, and got an excellent big room with a very comfortable bed so no worries! Would definitively consider staying here again <3 Mind; they don't have a fixed reception so call in advance before check-in. There's also a small tasty restaurant right outside, La Contadin, where you can get the best gnocchi :)

Very good price-quality
Every detail was well thought. The shared bathroom is something that usually bothers me but this shower room was clean, modern and in great condition. Breakfast in the kitchen or in the room (self service) was a plus!

Останавливалась в ,, Al Centro Storico " на 3 ночи.Отличное расположение в самом центре Вероны, но на тихой улочке , в нескольких минутах ходьбы от Кастельвеккьо ,5-7 минут до Арены.Номер просторный,светлый и стильный.Белоснежное постельное белье и полотенца,удобная кровать.Уютно,чисто и комфортно.Хороший пакетированный завтрак :джем,соки,молоко,печенье,мюсли,круассаны,чай,кофе,бутилированная вода.Общая ванная с новой и чистой сантехникой. Быстрый Wi-Fi. Есть полностью оборудованная кухня.Общалась я с очень приятной, энергичной, доброжелательной синьорой Каролиной, благодарю ее за гостеприимство. Хотелось бы вернуться в ,,Al Centro Storico'' при следующей поездке в Верону. Рекомендую к бронированию всем путешественникам !!!

Good for a short stay
Good location, you can easily walk to the railway station and to the city centre. Friendly staff, they can speak English. Fully equipped shared kitchen. No permanent reception, so you have to phone before arriving. Everything was clean and new. Shared bathroom may cause a problem, not all guests left it clean after using.

Accoglienza e gentilezza da parte dell' amministratore perfetta. Nota negativa il bagno in comune che in ogni caso si presentava pulito ed in ordine. Altra nota negativa la colazione... Già preparata al nostro arrivo comprendente merendine, succhi e latte in cartone... Da rivedere secondo me. Pulizia della camera in ogni caso perfetta. Altra cosa negativa...il parcheggio! Se sulla presentazione della camera descrivi il parcheggio gratuito deve essere gratuito.. ottima la disponibilità dell' amministratore nell' accompagnarmi sino al parcheggio gratuito, e riportarmi alla camera , ma indescrivibile i problemi nel trovare un posto libero ... il parcheggio nelle vicinanze della camera è a pagamento e quindi da specificare questa grande differenza!! Ma ripeto che la gentilezza del gestore ha superato queste incomprensioni ma che giustamente dovrebbero essere specificate meglio nel momento della prenotazione!

I can not say too much
I stay for one night, friday. Room is large, has 3 bed, and I was alone. There is a little desk and a chair, but the power jack where to plug my laptop was not so close. Of cource I could move that little desk near the bed, it was not heavy. Light on nightstand are soft and warm, I found those relaxing. Breakfast was rich, sweet, and with a lot of staff. I can warm milk with the electric plate. Bathroom is large and confortable, and it was very clean. Near the center of the city, I can go by walk, but I heard there is a bikesharing bikeverona.it that is no expensive if I stayed more time. Wifi band was ok, and access credentials was in the bedside table.

Billigt och rent B&B. Maten var inget man saknar, men det gör mindre för det ligger centralt och finns många trevliga ställe att käka frukost på. Läget är kanon och staden Verona underbar.

Lovely, large room with double bed, couch, desk, and air conditioning, which is almost silent. Fantastic breakfast of cereals, yogurt, ham and cheese and choice of rolls, croissants, cakes, juice and coffee and tea. Delightful, helpful couple and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay
B&B host was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice (meats, cheese, breads, yogurt, cereal, fruit, milk, juice, coffee). Easy walk from the train station and into town - cafes everywhere! The only issue is when other guests don’t understand basic shared bathroom etiquette, but that cannot be helped.

Close to Arena di Verona
Very pleasant and accommodating hosts. Checked out on time but was allowed to keep keys to pick up suitcase in late afternoon. Access to kitchen at all times, very good coffee, tea, water, fruits of the season, cookies. Clean, bright shared bathroom. The whole facility has a very modern and clean look and feel.

The B&B is less than 20mis walking from the train station and around 3mins to the castle from there you can walk around, they offer a map with locations to visit and the restaurant recommended was good (just take into account that is charges service, but it was worthy for a good meal). The room and bathroom were very clean and the breakfast had many options and was ready for whatever time one wanted to take it. We really recommend it! Oh and the people at the B&B were very nice.

Bien pour un ou deux jours
Nous avons séjourné tout début janvier 2018. L'hôtel est très difficile à trouver car la rue n'est pas indiqué sur les GPS. J'ai dû appelé le B&B qui m'a guidé à pied. Le logement se trouve dans un immeuble au premier étage. C'est un appartement avec plusieurs chambres (4 il m'a semblé) et 2 salles de bains à partager. L'accueil a été bon. La rue semble calme mais difficile de le dire car il y avait des travaux dans l'immeuble quand nous y étions. La chambre était propre. Le petit déjeuner est inclus et peut se prendre quand on veut, ce qui est super. Pas d'horaires fixes, self service. Le ménage est fait dans les chambres tous les 3 jours. Le centre ville est proche à pied. Le parking gratuit est en fait le parking qui encercle la ville et où tout le monde peut se garer. il est proche néanmoins.

Angenehme Unterkunft unweit des Stadtzentrums
Die Kommunikation und der Empfang waren zuvorkommend, unkompliziert und professionell und sehr freundlich.Das Zimmer sehr schön und großzügig eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich.Das Gemeinschaftsbad war sauber, das Frühstück eher bescheiden. Man musste sich alles selbst anrichten, die Auswahl war nicht groß, aber ausreichend.In 15 Minuten konnte man zu Fuß das Stadtzentrum erreichen.

Perfekt boende i Verona
Väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma ägare och fantastiskt läge. Parkering några hundra meter från boendet men det var egentligen inget problem. Perfekt boende om man vill bo centralt i Verona.

Close to Arena
The quality of the accommodation is outstanding, modern, clean, functional and welcoming. Very good breakfast. Giorgio, the host, was incredibly helpful. We weren't rushed to keep checkout time, and were even allowed to leave luggage and return the keys mid-afternoon when picking it up. Highly recommend. Super pleasant experience.
