Personale disponibile, si può raggiungere facilmente il centro data la fermata del pullman dietro l'angolo. La camera era pulita e compresa di tv, frigo bar, aria condizionata, e anche macchina del caffè. Nonostante il caldo estivo la camera rimaneva fresca e non abbiamo dovuto quasi per niente il climatizzatore. Nel complesso ottimo, lo consiglio.

Pulitissimo, ottimo per soggiorni a scopi fieristici perche si trova vicinissimo all'ingresso della stessa. Unica pecca la zona che non è delle più belle (si sapeva) ma il centro è a 5/10 min in auto

Great room!
One of the best apartments I have stayed in. Great design, well built, clean, roomy and awesome 2 headed shower. Just be prepared for the area not to be amazing but you are only a 12min drive from the amazing old city.

Acogedor pero mal entorno
Al no tener recepción 24 horas, dan la opción de entrar a la habitación con un código, lo cual es un punto a favor. Lo malo es que los días que hemos estado allí, no ha habido nadie en recepción por lo que si ocurre cualquier cosa tienes que llamar o entenderte con la limpiadora ( una mujer encantadora que solo habla italiano). La habitación en sí es muy cómoda y está muy limpia. El wifi llegaba bastante bien y con velocidad. Lo malo del hotel es su entorno. Aunque la estación esté cerca, el camino hasta el hotel pasa por polígonos y naves que dan bastante mala impresión, sobre todo de noche.

Great price & Nice room !
Great location near centre of Verona , really accessible and could reach peschiera with short travel time , wasn’t easy to find if owner didn’t tell the exact way of entering , but with a car it’s really accessible moving around ! Room is clear and big , shower & bedding was good , lovely decoration and with really affordable price , check in can never be better , I came in after 9pm when the receiption is out but they send me the code to enter it! Really convenient ! Would recommend to a friend for sure !

渡假小屋，感覺舒服
距離火車站很遠，需要乘車，職員很準時出現接待，並主動講解景點位置;至於房間非常舒適，浴室濶大，不遠處有超市，補給物資十分方便。

ottima posizione se si deve frequentare la fiera , piuttosto defilata dal centro, che comunque è raggiungibile anche con i mezzi pubblici. Per la colazione ( non prevista ) ci si può rivolgere ad un bel bar nelle vicinanze. stanza confortevole, bella , comoda .

Local agradável mas um pouco distante
the room is very clean and has air conditioner, which is a treasure during the summer. The location is not the best, considering it is a little far away from downtown, but it is not that bad, once there is bus stops very near to the aprtment. The owners were very kind and left instructions and tips for touring the city.

このホテルには常駐のスタッフがおらず、インターフォンを押してしばらく待てということでしたが、30分程またされました。話を聞いたら2㎞先の場所から駆けつけるシステムで、今日は渋滞していたということでした。 チェックアウトは、部屋に鍵を閉じ込める方式で、スタッフがいない為に荷物を預けることもできません。 部屋の電気も、電球切れが4つもあり、薄暗いままでした。 これはホテルでは無いですね。 レンタルルームです。 場所も徒歩だと25分はかかるので、荷物を持ったままではバスしかありません。 ベローナカードを駅購入することをお勧めします。

nice hotel
the cq rooms staff were absolutely lovely & the room was really nice. It was only 2 bus stops away from the porto nuovo station and simple enough to find. the trip into town was not too much further than the train station and one day we walked in it about 40 mins. overall the stay was good but getting the laundry done at the advertised laundry facilities available was a bit of a difficult task.

Even better than on the picture
Very nice hotel not far from the city center. Plenty of parking nearby. The rooms have individual entrances and are spacious and modern. Double shower, AC, mini fridge. I liked the pictures that I saw online at the time of booking, but personal impression is even better. As it is a small private establishment, the reception is covered only during certain hours and it is recommended to coordinate your time of arrival with the staff just to make sure someone is there at the time of your arrival. I missed that, but the hotel owner reached out to us via email and we had it all sorted out. The person who met us didn`t speak English, but there were written instructions/useful info left in the room, including bus schedules. Everything is thought through. Very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was nice, not much around it to do though. Staff timings are short. So make sure you call ahead if you're checking in late.

Eine Nacht in Verona
Wir besuchten eine Opernaufführung in der Arena di Verona und benötigten ein Hotelzimmer für eine Nacht, das ganze zu einem moderaten Preis. Das "Hotel" ist eigentlich kein Hotel, sondern eher eine "nebenbei" betriebene Zimmervermietung.So war dann auch die Abwicklung vor Ort, eher unprofessionell und leicht chaotisch. Das Zimmer selbst ist ok., so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Allerdings war zum Zeitpunkt unserer zuvor abgestimmten Ankunft das Zimmer nicht gereinigt/ aufgeräumt, das Doppelbett knarrte, die Klospülung lief durch bzw. hakte. Die Lage ist "sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig" am Rand eines Messegeländes, jedoch nicht laut.

Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 200 m entfernt. Die Umgebung ist nichts besonderes, das stimmt. Aber man hat eigentlich alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Great shower and wifi
This hotel was the first time in this trip that made us feel like home. The room looks like newly remodeled and very clean. Wifi and AC worked great! The only drawback is it is not within walking distance from the train station or the city center. However, directions from the staff was very helpful. They told us to take buses 75, 23 or 24 which dropped us within a minute walk from the hotel.

Very good.
Very clean and renovated room. Nice bathroom. Only thing to give lower rate was the very hard bed and pillow. Bed was also noisy (for sleep). Easy access to city with bus. Could recommend.

Easy access in and out of Verona either by car or bus. It's an upscale motel with comfortable bed and bathroom.
