The ticket was on the room table, and in fact on the morning of check-out the cleaning lady also found the breakfast ticket on the table in your room.

Dear guest, following the covid emergency we had to downsize the breakfast service, so now we have everything in the room to avoid having to enter the guest room in the morning, thus ensuring the safety of our guests. In the breakfast you will find muffins, brioches, bread, hams, cheese, biscuits, jams, nutella and honey, tea and coffee, biscuits, juices, milk, water, butter, yogurt and fruit.

Dear Bob, thank you for your review, unfortunately your left over pizza was mistaken by the cleaning lady as trash, it is not customary in Italy to eat cold pizza the next day. I am surprised at your response as you went to have a wine tasting and appetisers for all 4 of you at the Osteria del Bugiardo and did not pay the bill...we did...not sure what you expected, we even gave you an extra room for your grown "children" with an 80% discount that way you could have privacy and comfort with your wife. All of this before the pizza incident so don't know how you feel you must be compensated for a cold 5 euro pizza. We are not a Motel 6
