We take pride in choosing efficient front desk staff to accommodate our guest's every need, we will also share your lovely remarks to the staff to encourage them. Currently we are in the process of renovating and upgrading our rooms and we do apologise for any inconveniences experienced during your stay, please note that we have a 24hrs front desk and we are always happy to move guests further away from the rooms affecting by the renovations. We do have an ideal downtown location, so on busy weekends we are sometimes subject to street traffic and other noises. However, it is important for us to ensure our guests get a good night sleep.
