Very dirty, do not book here
Would not recommend… the bathroom was not cleaned, toilet had bodily fluids residue, the bathtub was even more dirty. The little sink was not cleaned either. Very very very dirty. Do not recommend and would not stay there again.

When we first arrived the hotel was dirty the sheets and covers were dirty and not even changed the curtains were all beat up and dusty and dirty they had slashed through them then the bathroom curtain was all covered in red and was supposed to be no white but was all dirty at the bottom horrible service & horrible cleanliness will never stay here again

Would love to conduct business in the lobby during business ours instead of a little window on the side drive thru where you can get hurt while people drive by and you must give info in a loud voice because they can't hear you or you them.

Sorry for the inconvenience but you are not in the traffic when you are at the night window, you are still inside if the building perimeters on a safe sidewalk, you made it sound like you are in the middle of the street.

Bed Bugs!!
Do not stay here! There were bed bugs in our room. We had to leave very early the next day (after getting eaten up by bugs - we got very little sleep), and there wasn't anybody that would answer the door so we could complain and show them all of the bites. Awful, awful experience.

No way, if there were bed bugs in one room they would spread in other rooms in no time and we would have them in the entire hotel. And we have no signs of bedbugs or no complaints whatsoever. We have a pest control service on regular basis. This is a false complaint.

Stay away
They hold a safety deposit on your credit card which is fine, but keeping the deposit and refusing to give it back is theft specially when I only stayed for 2 hrs because of the terrible overall experience.

You get what you pay for
Bed felt like sleeping on a crate, towels had been washed but can tell they were really really old and discolored, t.v. was tiny with a dirty remote control.

To start he had to switch me 2 rooms due to Handels being broken , then i get in room sink and toilet were broken toilet kept making a noise so loud and annoying o and dam guy charges me deposit i still havent got back !

DIRTY
This place was DISGUSTING. Absolutely not worth the money. Everything’s broken and cracked. There were foot prints and gunk all over the floor. One of the towels looked and smelled used. Someone else’s hair all over the shower. Just nasty and refused to move or refund. Lots of seemingly crackheads. They also share a parking lot with planned parenthood so you have to deal with the nut jobs protesting as well

Very disappointed. Heater was broken, Night was in the 30s, bathroom dated and no attempt to update or improve facility. Staff never opened office and would only speak to you through a window, appears just hanging on to what ever customers may be one night and done. Unless new owners or change of focus do not see this staying in business much longer. Multiple broken down cars (flat tires, etc.) already in parking lot. I like giving the mom & pop shops a shot as part of Americana in my opinion but avoid this one if you can.

Many business are running through drive through and night windows, have you heard about something called Covid? We are just trying to protect our staff and customers from being in direct contact. And the heater was not broken.

It was old, badly maintained and dirty. Like 3rd world. We only moved to this motel because the other hotel we booked through expedia cancelled our stay at last minute claiming credit card did not work. That was complete BS and suspicious. This experience will NOT make me want to use expedia again

So if Expedia or the other hotel messes up your reservation, why would you put a negative review against our hotel? You are frustrated from another hotel canceling your reservation so you posted a bad review here. Great

Not the cleanest place to stay at. I wiped down the top of the desk, dresser and nights stands. All were dirty! After that, the whole room felt dirty. I would of changed properties, but I was to tried.
