The water pressure was poor. The water temperature was not very warm. There was a musty odor in the room. Everything felt damp and musty, even my clothes that I hung. I had to wash everything when I returned home. Room was clean and area was quiet.

Clean spacious room, cool AC in room but not in hallway. We stayed two nights Only thing that was not good was the filthy filthy cloth chairs in the breakfast area. So gross.

The hotel was nice and clean. The only thing was the breakfast eggs were Mexican style and only had crumbs left when we got there and they were dried up . not everyboby likes Mexican style eggs for breakfast. We didnt eat. Went to waffle house up the road.

Was told no handicap rooms available. But was given one. Bright street light shines in the room. See thru shade. No curtain. Hard to sleep. Outside door has broken keyless entry. Anyone from the outside has access to the hotel anytime. Not safe and secure. Dining room chairs are fabric snd dirty fabric. 2 grab bars by toilet for handicap. None by shower.

Do not stay!!
We had to drive through a dark alley to get to the hotel. The front desk was caged in by plexiglass...not sure if it was for covid reasons or safety reasons. The front desk clerk was nice. The hotel was EXTREMELY noisy. There was a good inch/ inch and a half gap between floor and bottom of the door so sounds were very loud from the hall. Walls were paper thin (could hear neighbors tv all night). Definitly had a strong mold odor. Someone was looking in my truck with a flashlight about 1am...yes i was up then because of all the noise. Did not feel safe and felt misled by all the positive reviews. Got up early the next morning to get out of this place! Would NOT recommend. Hotel was over priced.

Muy buen hotel , lastima del gym.
Todo perfecto solo un detalle que no avisaron antes de hacer la reserva... el hotel esta en remodelacion; el fitness room totalmente deficiente, las maquinas no servian, espero k tambien lo remodelen, todo lo demas muuy bien!!

First room had spiders and hair on the pillows. Second room had monstrous roaches. We were granted a refund and found a new hotel.

It’s was good except the parking lot flooded and I was told it always floods cause they won’t clean out the drains. Ruined my new shoes.

The room gave me a headache and closed my sinus. Very friendly, comfortable, but hair long hair in my towels and tub, bad mold smell. Just not sure, but staff was very friendly

I arrived lake checking in and the next morning the coffee pot did not work. they showed up at my door to show me how to operate a broken coffee pot. needless to say they did not replace it. early morning staff has limited knowledge if a problem arises.

Hotel under major renovations. Will be nice when completed. Checked in late and was given a room that already had someone in it (and woke them up). That was quickly remedied by the nice front desk staff.

The only thing that I did not like was the condition of the hotel. This property had just been hit by a flood. The lower floor, including the front desk area and elevator area was undergoing muck-out and repair of the flood damage. There was very little hot water upstairs. I had to leave a less than favorable review, BUT it was not their fault. They were doing everything possible to get the hotel back in full working order. The Staff was Absolutely GREAT !!

Comfy night
The location isn't the best but it was a great stay. The bed is extremely soft and comfortable as well as the pillows. The bathroom was spacious and extremely clean. The room was super clean, a few stains on the carpet but not a big deal.
