비엔나 중심지에 위치하여 거의 모든 관광지를 도보로 갈수있어 좋았습니다 늦은 저녁 시간에도 또한 안전하게 관광하기에 불편함이 없었습니다 아침 조식의 다양한 메뉴와 정성스런 음식 그리고 친절한 직원분들께 감사하고 싶습니다 체크 아웃후 예약한 공항 택시가 호텔로 조금 늦게 태우러 왔는데 키가 작은 직원분께서 길거리까지 나가서 15분 가까이 기다렸다가 저희를 연결해 주셔서 또한 감사했습니다

위치 진짜 최고입니다. 관광지만 다닌다면 벨베데르 궁전이랑 쇤부른 궁전 외에 대중교통 탈 일 없었구요~ 오페라하우스 & 스테판 성당 진짜 엎어지면 코닿아요. 돌아다니며 집으로 가는 길에 계속 마주칩니다 ㅎㅎ 조식도 엄청 만족했구요~ 조식 먹는 곳은 사진보다 훨 낫습니다.. 유럽유럽한 뷰입니다. 조식에 입구에서 반겨주시는 분(아마도 유태인?) 있는데 농담도 많이 하시고, 엄청 잘 챙겨주십니다. 오스트리아에서 인종차별 당했다는 얘기가 종종 있던데(호텔 얘기는 아닙니다) 전혀 없었구요. 저희가 가 본 유럽국가 중에 가장 친절한 분들을 많이 만난 곳이 오스트리아입니다. 정말 다시 오고 싶은 나라이고, 누군가 오스트리아 간다고 하면 이 호텔 강력 추천 할 겁니다. 수압도 좋구요~ 욕실 있어서 여행피로 풀기도 좋았어요. 링 안이라서 비싸다고 생각하시는 분들도 있을 것 같은데, 여긴 정말 여행에서 호텔 위치가 제일 중요하다고 생각하시는 분들 꼭 가세요. 엘베도 있어요. 비엔나 공항 가실때도 스테판 성당역에서 U3 타시고, LandstarBe역까지 2정거장 가서 밖으로 나가면 중앙(Wien Mitte)역 입니다. 중앙역에서 OBB든 CAT으로 갈아타면 되구용 ㅎㅎ 암튼 좋았습니다 ㅎㅎ

No water
There was some construction right beside of the hotel. It was so noisy. I stayed weekend and there was no noise at all, but on Monday afternoon when I got back to hotel, It was so noise around the room. And there was no water at all, I am not so sure what kind of promotion I booked, no water in my room for three days.

위치가 너무 좋았어요. 슈테판성당과 오페라하우스 중간에 위치하고있어서 주위를 다 둘러볼수 있었고 편의시설이 많아서 좋았습니다. 다만 호텔 앞편에 건물을 짓는건지 공사를 했는데 새벽6시부터 공사를 시작해서 잠귀 예민한 저는 매일 새벽마다 잠을 깼네요ㅠㅠ 또, 화장실 샤워부스에 문이 없어요ㅠㅠ매우 조심스럽게 신경써서 씻어야 한다는.ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 화장실과 공사소리외에는 호텔 직원분들도 매우 친절하셨고 같이 동행한 저의 아이에게도 매일 웃으며 친절하게 인사해주셨습니다.

좋습니다!
빈 시내 중심가(케른트너 거리)에 위치하고 있어 관광, 쇼핑하기에 좋습니다. 지하철이나 트램 및 버스 이용하기도 좋구요. 침대, 화장실 등 시설이 노후되지 않아서 이용하기에 좋았습니다. 조식도 아주 맛있게 먹을수 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만, 객실내에서 좋지 않은 향(방향제인지, 향수인지 알수는 없음)이 3일 내내 풍겨서 그것은 좋지 않았습니다.

위치는 좋으나 시설은 별로
위치는 슈테판 대성당 근처라서 좋아요. 중심 거리에 있어서 관광이나 쇼핑하기는 좋습니다. 하지만 매우 오래된 건물이라 내부가 낡았고 방이 좁으며 청결도가 떨어집니다. 침대 매트리스는 오래되어 가운데가 푹 꺼져있습니다. renovation이 필요한 좁은 욕실은 샤워하기가 불편할 정도로 좁고, 샤워부스에 샤워커튼이나 문이 없어서 물이 다 튑니다. 게다가 화재 경보기가 울려 놀랐습니다. 내려가서 직원에게 물었더니 별일 아니라고 오작동이라고 했지만 불안했습니다. 가격에 비해 시설이나 서비스는 만족스럽지 못합니다. 위치를 가장 중요하게 생각하시는 분들에게 좋을 듯 합니다.

Very good location near subway entrance. Even though the location is quite central, no noise could be heard from the street in the rooms. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Only complaint is the air conditioning which did not work at all during our stay, neither was there any instructions how to adjust the machine.

Wonderful hotel, located in the heart of Vienna. It’s at the center of a lovely square with fountain surrounded by restaurants, shopping and close to public transit. The hotel staff was kind, helpful and very friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious enough for the days spent. It was a bit noisy at night time with kids partying in the plaza outside the hotel. Overall it was a wonderful central location to get to most places in Vienna.

Hotel was clean and efficient. Staff were fantastic and helped us when our delayed bags had not arrived from the airport in a reasonable time - provided toothbrushes and toothpaste and help with the lost luggage.

良かったところ 旧市街の観光はほぼ徒歩圏内でとても便利。表通り・裏通り共イルミネーションがあり、有名店が軒を並べる華やかだが静か。 朝食会場には日本語を話す素敵な女性スタッフがいて安心感がある。 ハウスキーパーもフレンドリー。 朝食は美味しく、蜜蜂の巣箱から直接蜂蜜を掬っていただくという初体験。 残念だったところ レセプションからエレベーターホールまで僅かだが階段がある。 このエレベーターホールはトイレの下水の臭いがする。 使ったカップは交換もしくは洗浄してもらえない。 カーテンが直ぐにレールから外れる。 バスタブに滑り止めが付いておらず何度も滑った。 最近の主流なのかシャンプーとボディーソープが兼用。 ゴミ箱にビニール袋が敷かれておらず、なんとなく捨てにくい。 捕捉 ホテルの水道水は飲めるとの事だが、硬水なのでお腹が緩くなる。
