The apartment was clean and quiet, there was a walk-in closet which avoided clutter in the living area. the supply of coffee, creamer etc. was very convenient, also the laundry detergent available in the laundry room. We were able to check in early by arrangement and communication was very good. Train, bus and tram stops were nearby, providing easy access to the inner city and other surrounding areas, and it was close to Schoenbrunn palace. Washing machines and dryers looked new, the only problem was that the dryers hardly dried the laundry, despite multiple extra cycles - maybe the vent pipes from them were blocked with lint. There was no elevator :( I found the building design to be interesting - the apartments in the side wings had little round windows on either side as well as a large picture window.

Could be cleaner
Apartment could be cleaner as the grounds and uder beds was dirty. Beside cleaning all was good :) Be carefull with the sting insect as they are go inside when you open windows

Vienna family weekend trip
The Appartmenthouse is not close to the city center but you need to pay for the parking on the street! Unfortunately that is like that on weekdays everywhere in Vienna. The furniture is worn off and we needed to wash the dishes! The bed was clean as well as the bathroom more or less. There is a Tassimo caffee machine with capsules which is good. In general I would not go back unless it is absolutely necessary. There was someone changing the lock of the door on the first floor at 3 am Sunday which is not happening all the time but it ruined our night! Otherwise there was no noise but consider that the tram goes directly under the window quite early every day!

Leider ist die Unterkunft etwas heruntergekommen. Die Duschkabine war schmutzig ( in den Ecken, wo man nicht so leicht hin kommt, außerdem Schimmel in den Fugen. Die Küche ist relativ schlecht ausgestattet, die Vorhänge nicht sauber und löchrig. Das Bett untergestell heruntergekommen, das laminar abgestoßen. Insgesamt stoned mal eine Renovierung an.

Sauberkeit ist gut, aber vieles funktionierte nicht. Bei allen Nachtischenlampen ging die Glühbirne nicht, die Rollläden ließen sich nicht schließen, die Teppiche sind sehr abgelegt, insgesamt sehr lieblos eingerichtet, aber für diesen Preis ist wohl nicht viel mehr zu erwarten

Все отлично! Удобное расположение, бесплатная парковка. На машине доезжали до ближайшей Park&Ride и дальше на метро. Если Вы путешествуете без авто - то прямо возле дома остановка общественного транспорта. Продуктовый магазин в шаговой доступности, что тоже очень порадовало! Квартира очень чистая, белые свежие полотенца и постельное белье! Отдельно спасибо за то что отреагировали на мою просьбу и продублировали сообщение о порядке вьезда и кодом от входной двери смской на российский номер. Для меня это было важно, т.к. не было интернета на айфоне.

Wir haben eine günstige Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip nach Wien gesucht und sind hier fündig geworden. Check-In hat problemlos über den zugesendeten Code am Automaten funktioniert, Zimmer war größtenteils sauber - nicht lupenrein aber alles in allem in Ordnung. Einrichtung war ebenfalls in Ordnung, hatte etwas von einem Studentenzimmer (Kochnische, Schlafcouch, Glastisch, Esstisch und Doppelbett) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat man circa 10 Minuten entfernt in Form eines Hofers, Straßen und S-Bahn liegen auch circa 5-7 Minuten entfernt. Die Lage war am Wochenende außerordentlich ruhig und man konnte als "Landkind" bei offenem Fenster schlafen.

Prima simpel appartement en snel in centrum met OV
Simpel appartement maar erg rumoerig door tram in de straat en trein op 50m.verder in 5min met de auto op de parkeerplaats vd ZOO. Dan sta je in de tuinen van slot schonbrunn. En met de tram en Ubahn sta je in 15min hartje centrum.het gebouw heeft 24 appartementen en 5 parkeerplaatsen. Maar parkeren in de straat is ook gratis en voldoende plek. Gratis gebruik van gemeenschappelijke wasmachine en droger. Een erg behulpzame huismeester.

The hotel was ok, when we left we left a few minutes late and they gave me a $40 invoice. They want to shake me down for more money. Not cool!! I will go somewhere else next time.

Bis auf den Punkt "Sauberkeit" gibt es absolut nichts zu meckern. Es ist ruhig, hat gute Verbindungen in die Innenstadt, Billa Hofer & co sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Für ein low Budget Appartement absolut empfehlenswert.

1.The entrance was dirty with cigarettes buds, leaves and rubbish. 2.One set of towels where issue 3. No cleaning products or room service for 7 days stay. 4.Oven left uncleaned with fishy smell. 5.Staff rude and unfriendly (force entry in our room to collect keys).... cleaners were lovely thoungh. 6.Broken washing machine and dryers. Be warn... unless desperate i wont bother The only good thing was the transport facilities, only 3mins away from tram stop.

Undvik detta!
Väldigt smutsigt. Låg dammråttor i hörnen och under sängen. Sängarna var alldeles för mjuka. Inga riktiga madrasser utan bara lite tjockare skumgummimadrasser. Bäddsoffan som barnen låg i var också obekväm då den hade flera skarvar i olika höjder som lämpligt nog hamnade precis i ryggen. Köksutrustningen var bristfällig. Saknades grundläggande köksredskap medan det fanns 5 stekjärn varav 4 var exakt likadana, vad man nu ska ha alla dem till? Står även i beskrivningen att det finns en trädgård. Denna består av två parkbänkar och ett bord och knähögt gräs på en liten plätt vid sidan av lägenheterna. Wifi funkar inte heller. Vi reser flera gånger om året och detta är det värsta stället hittills.

Hotellet var precis vad vi förväntat oss med tanke på uppgiven standard och pris i samband med bokningen. Inget att klaga på. Däremot blev vi besvikna på staden Wien. Betydligt överreklamerad. I mitt tycke en massa stora hus utslängda på en leråker. Trotts att Donau rinner igenom staden så ser man knappt skymten av floden. Båttur på densamma så ser man nästan bara hamn och kranar eller gräsbevuxna flodbankar. Net tacka vet jag Prag.

allergens made stay tough
My biggest problems with this property: 1. bedding was stained with urine or something - could have easily been replaced - digusting, and the couch was old and worn 2.. the air had allergens in it from somewhere that had me coughing 24/7 for my entire stay - outside I didn't have this response, so I assume it must have been from the apartment 3. I was put on the absolute highest floor, and there is no lift, so I had to walk up and down multiple times a day - the laundry room is on the ground floor, as well 4. Management complained about me smoking off the balcony, but being on the top floor, it would have been ridiculous to climb up and down all day when I had work to do 5. The pillow on the bed was literally just a pillowcase filled with pieces of loose foam, and there was only one towel provided for the entire week's stay - there is no onsite office to ask for a towel, and I almost never saw a cleaning person until the last two days of my stay 6. The location is inconvenient - the nearest supermarket or restaurant requires a walk of about ten minutes, which makes buying sufficient amounts of groceries untenable being that they have to be lugged all the way home and up to the top floor of the apartment 7. The staircase is always dark, and sometimes it is difficult to find the light switches - end up ringing doorbells instead of hitting the light switch To the apartment's credit, it does have plenty of glasses, utensils, and plates. However, the oven smelled of sodium hydroxide oven cleaner and there was no oven pan? I had to line the oven grating with forks to cook my pizza and roasts. Had I put the food directly on the oven grating, I probably would have gotten sick from oven cleaner. Another good point is that the tram and city train are relatively close to the apartment house. Aside from this less-than-sufficient apartment, Vienna is a cool city with nice people, so I wouldn't extend this review to the city itself, just the room. Schon im Stiegenhaus ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig... Schwarze Fußabdrücke überall, Staub- und Schmutz hinter dem Handlung. Im Appartement überall graue Schlieren eines schmutzigen Putzfetzens (Badspiegel, Couchtisch, Arbeitsflächen der Küche, schmutzige Töpfe mit fettschmierigen Deckeln...) Bettwäsche und Handtücher allerdings in Ordnung und sauber... Anruf und Mail bei der Hotline ... es wurde sofort reagiert ... nochmal nachgeputzt und Reinigung im Preis nachgelassen... Ansprechpartner im Haus nur Englisch ... das Prozedere mit dem Appartementschlüssel und der Bezahlung ist recht unkompliziert, wenn man Englisch kann ... Denn die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sprechen alle kein Deutsch (in der Hauptstadt Österreichs) alles in allem eine Unterkunft für Leute mit wenig Ansprüchen... Für die kurze Dauer und die Tatsache, dass man dort nur schläft ... und SICH NICHTS KOCHT ... noch ok ....
