주변환경이 좋아요. 교통이 편리하고 어디든 도보로 갈 수 있습니다. 룸도 청결하고 직원들도 친절했어요. 조식도 아주 다양하지는 않지만 충분합니다. 재방문 100%입니다.

가성비 훌륭한 호텔
평점을 확인해 결정했고 만족했습니다. 골목에 위치해 있어 밤에는 외출이 꺼려 지지만 다른 장점들이 모두를 커버하고도 남습니다. 친절한 직원 응대와 24시간 무료 제공되는 커피머신 및 뜨거운 물 사용이 한국사람에게는 대단한 매력입니다. 다채로운 메뉴의 조식도 만족스러워 적극 추천할만 합니다.

호텔 알파 빈 1인실 후기
호텔 리셉션에서 방으로 올라가는 길에 지갑 잃어버림. 친절하게 대응해주시긴 했는데 문제 해결을 도와주진 않았음. 씨씨티비 확인 부탁드렸는데도 확인해주기 어렵다는 식으로 말해서 찝찝했음. 또 유럽이 원래 그런건진 모르겠지만 씨씨티비가 필요한 곳에 설치되어있지 않은 듯했음. 그래도 시설은 좋았음. 아침마다 청소 잘 해주시고 조식도 뷔페식으로 오스트리아 아침식사를 경험할 수 있어 좋았음. 종류도 다양하고 맛있었음! 위치도 빈 시청사 뒤쪽에 있어서 크리스마스마켓보고 숙소들어가기에도 진짜 편하고 좋았고, 근처에 지하철역이 있어서 공항과 교통편도 좋았음 솔직히 거기서 지갑잃어버린 것과 직원들의 대응은 좀 아쉽지만, 전반적으론 좋은 호텔이었음.

교통 편하고, 조용하고 여러모로 좋은 위치
Rathaus 지하철역이랑 도보 5분 거리 이내로 매우 가깝고 마트도 매우 가까워서 좋았음 첫날 도착했는데 주말이라 인터넷이 안되는게 아쉬웠지만 월요일날 바로 수리해서 괜찮았음 호텔 근처에서 한참 공사중인거는 불편했지만 공사하는 시간때에는 호텔에 없기때문에 시끄럽지는 않앗음 다른 후기들과 마찬가지로 조식이 엄청 알찼음 주변에 맛집도 많아서 좋음

Very cozy hotel with perfect location. We loved the breakfast selection. The room was air conditioned well but the bathroom was a bit dated and narrow.

조용하고 중심지에서 가까운 호텔
전체적으로 만족스러운 호텔. 친절하고, 조용하고, 깨끗하고, 조식도 간단히 때우기 좋음. 빠른 Wifi 속도. 따뜻한 물 잘 나옴. 걸어서 3분거리에 지하철역, 트램 정거장. 단, 카드키 시스템과 전기가 연결되어 있지 않아, 방 나갈 때 불을 직접 꺼야 하는 건 단점.

Nice room in good location
I loved the big windows in the room. Room was clean and nice. Much nicer than the photos on the website. Neighborhood was clean and safe. Location is also nice. It takes about 5 min by walk to go to the subway station and city hall is in walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was awesome. 방에 있던 큰 창이 정말 예뻤습니다. 방은 깔끔하고 편안합니다. 로비는 사진보다 훨씬 깨끗하고 모던합니다. 주변환경도 깨끗하고 안전했구요. 지하철역도 상당히 가깝고, 시청도 걸어갈 수 있습니다. 조식도 조그맣지만 알찼습니다.

La ubicacion es muy buena, al lado de una parada de metro, lo que menos que en el bar estuve esperando 30 min y no vino nadie a servirme y eran las 20:30 d la noche, queria tomarme algo, pero no habia nadie y me marche, por lo demas es un hotel recomendable!! 100% y el desayuno muy completo!!

Different, but Nice
The place does not match the image in the advert, so it was very confusing finding the location. Also, the room in the picture and the real room are quite different - this room is a bit larger than a closet. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the lounge downstairs is nice, offers good coffee/espresso, and is comfortable. The room and bath were impeccably clean and the bed comfortable.

Posizione e letti comodi sono il punto di forza di questo hotel. Lo consiglierei anche se la struttura non brilla in bellezza nel contesto viennese. Colazione buona. Mi sarebbe piaciuto il bollitore per il te in camera ma il bar con acqua e caffè gratuito sempre aperto e’ un must dell’hotel.

Nice place, well located and with very helfull staff but It would be better to have tea makers or kattles in the room. It adds lots of confort.

洗面所やシャワー室の排水が悪かった。時間が経つと流れ去るので、排水口が狭いのかもしれないが、気になってみたら髪の毛がたくさんありました（でも髪の毛を取っても流れは悪かった）。室内は清潔で、決して広くはないですが、問題なく過ごすことができ、排水の悪さ以外は全く問題ありません。ホスピタリティ溢れるフロントの方々に感動しました。

Yövyimme hotellissa kolme yötä joulukuussa. Hotelli on loistavalla sijainnilla Raatihuoneen kupeessa, lähellä metroasema, ruokakauppoja ja ravintoloita. Palvelu loistavaa, aamupala monipuolinen ja runsas. Kahvia, teetä ja hedelmiä ympäri vuorokauden tarjolla. Ei mitään moitittavaa hotellista, hinta-laatusuhde erinomainen.

Practical location, near U-bahn station and on a quiet residential street. Friendly and helpful staff. Modern facilities and quiet room. Only comment would be that the toilet was a nose-length from the towel radiator, so very, very awkward to use!

Das Hotel ist in einer typisch Wiener Straße gelegen, nah zum ÖNV und den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt, aber trotzdem ziemlich ruhig. Guter Ausgangspunkt für kulturelle Aktivitäten wie Theater- und Konzertbesuche.

Un hotel práctico, un desayuno bueno, las habitaciones comodas, el elevador necesita un cambio, es pequeño y lento. La recepcion no es la mas bella. La habitación es comoda. La ubicacion es buena, ya que a 3 cuadras estar en metro y esta en area turistica.

Ideal for Christmas markets
Great hotel to visit the Christmas markets. Ideal for subway. Room was clean, although shower looking a bit tired. Asked for an extra pillow which was soon delivered. Breakfast good but nothing exceptional. Free tea and coffee alll day in the lounge was really useful. Welcome and informative staff at reception.

Location was great for us.Breakfast was very good. Coffee available all day was nice and desk staff very personable and helpful.

Eine tolle zentrale Lage, 3 Straßen hinter dem Rathaus, aber ruhige Nebenstraße. Innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber und nett eingerichtet. Bett sehr bequem. Ein ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet wird angeboten. Frisches Obst gibt es zu jeder Tageszeit. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier.

Chambre sous les toits. Étroit autour du lit et surtout du côté où il a le toit. Attention à ne pas se cogner en se levant. Très mauvais WiFi ! Impossible de télécharger quoique ce soit ! Et TV avec écran cathodique mal positionnée. Sinon c’est calme et d’un accès à une bouche de métro. Environ 25 mn à pied de St-stephen. Buffet du petit-déjeuner bien garni.

Di speciale la struttura nn aveva nulla. Ma posizione e colazione ne hanno fatto la scelta ideale per una coppia giovane che non pretende un5stelle. Per il resto mi è dispiaciuto che le pulizie sono state fatte superficialmente nel momento cui siamo scesi giu a fare colazione.
