모든 면에서 만족했습니다. 우선 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 지하철역까지 도보 1분도 걸리지 않았으며, 주요 관광지가 가까워서 여행하기 좋았습니다. 그리고 아침 조식 서비스도 좋았습니다. 숙소의 모든 직원들도 항상 인사해주시고 친절하셨습니다.

TOP Hotel am Schwedenplatz. Klasse Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr sauber. TOP Frühstück. Schwedenplatz ist aber nicht die beste Lage Wiens. Liegt aber trotzdem sehr zentral.

Lovely hotel in a convenient spot. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was a great size, clean and well looked after. Great breakfast. Afternoon coffee and cake in the dining room was a great surprise! Near great transport links but streets and alleys nearby were great to wander through. Just what we needed to explore Vienna.

This hotel is in a perfect location - walking distance to all the sites. Also the Vienna lines airport bus stops a 5 minute walk away. The reception staff were so welcoming and so helpful. If we asked for anything, there was always a cheerful and rapid response. The room was perfect. Tastefully decorated. Lovely and clean and was beautifully cleaned every day of our stay. It was quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was a tasty variety and cooked eggs were also offered. The restaurant staff were also so cheerful and helpful. An added and unexpected bonus was an afternoon tea and cake to have a break from sightseeing before going out again! Really impressed with this hotel and would definitely choose to stay again.

Pros - Hotel is in an excellent location. Walkable to all major sites. Breakfast was very good, fresh, lots of choice and eggs cooked to order. The afternoon coffee and cake was a pleasant way to wind down before heading out to dine in the evening. Couple of cons - noisy at night from the road outside, room was quite warm with no option to control temperature and they need to upgrade the toilet tissue lol. On the whole, for price, location and delicious breakfast, you can’t beat this hotel.

Well situated Hotel over two floors on Schwedenplatz in the North of the city centre. Excellent transport links.Extremely friendly and welcoming staff,especially Marco and Matthias on Reception who are very kind,professional and knowledgeable and take great care of guests.Very welcoming and friendly staff at breakfast with good selection of food and eggs cooked to order.Very clean and comfortable rooms with large bathrooms.Overall a very warm and comfortable stay.

We stayed here for 8 nights and would highly recommend. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is very comfortable. There is a good breakfast and tea/coffee and cake in the afternoon which is welcome after a day's sightseeing. The location is great - easily walkable to the centre or across the canal for a different choice of restaurants. Or the subway is right outside the door - the line goes to Schonbrunn. Fab find, would happily return.

In the city centre. Not far located from the train station to the airport. Comfortable room and assorted breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was quiet and clean. Maybe etoo hot because it’s not a cold winter.

What a fantastic team at Hotel Capricorno. They arranged smooth transport to and from the airport, our driver Gunther was there at arrivals waiting with our name on a board. A most thoughtful gift was left in our room for my wife’s birthday along with a card and wishes from all the staff. Breakfast was fantastic and the kitchen staff were wonderful to provide drinks for me to take to my room each morning. Location of the hotel was perfect for all transport links and to be able to walk into the main city areas. The street food stalls out front were particularly good. The front desk was so polite and helped me to print out tickets when our flight home was cancelled and gave us late checkout with no additional charge. Our room was fully equipped with a great bath room and fully stocked bar. I give this hotel and the team 5 stars and thanks to them we had a wonderful weekend in the amazing city of Vienna.

A very comfortable and friendly hotel in a good location - close to trams and underground trains, walkable to the Dom and close to numerous dining options. Varied and good quality breakfast. They also put out afternoon coffee and cake! Very pleasant and helpful staff. Recommended.

The hotel was lovely. The room was nice and I was especially delighted when I came back to my room to find a box of chocolates left for me for New Year’s! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect- very quickly walk to St. Stephen’s and loads of wonderful restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

It was a quiet hotel even though we were staying near an emergency hospital with frequent sounds of ambulances and fire engines The staff seemed very attentive to the customers and their needs and they spoke different languages which made it a good and safe way to stay. However, we wish the hotel had asked about our own experiences with the recommended restaurant. The food was expensive, but nothing to rave about. The arrangement at the restaurant seemed to be characterized by too much control over where we should sit, and we quickly came to feel like cattle that simply had to be herded into place in each of our stalls. We could just as well have found one or more places nearby with better service, prices and food, and add to that the fact that their machinery for payment did not work, so we were asked to pay in cash without being shown clear alternatives if we did not have to withdraw sufficient cash. The waiters probably did their best, but it seemed assembly line-like. Not recommendable. I wonder if the hotel could profit from having a restaurant attached to the place for us guests?

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with very nice shower room and lovely toiletries. No evening meal option in this particular hotel branch, but we knew that already. Despite being near a main road, the traffic noise was minimal with the balcony door shut. Good view from balcony. Delicious varied breakfasts in a quiet room with a good view. The city centre is easily walkable form the hotel. We really enjoyed staying here.

I've just spent 4 nights at this property and it was fantastic. The room and bathroom had everything I needed and the included breakfast had plenty of choice. All staff were friendly and helpful, with the male who checked me in on arrival taking the time to provide me with maps/info leaflets and recommending things to do and see. The hotel is in a convenient location as the underground, trams and sightseeing bus have stops right outside. The bus to and from the airport also has a stop 5 mins walk from the hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna and I will stay here again on my next visit.

All the staff was beyond helpful and nice. Accommodation was much nicer than I expected. The bathroom was luxurious! They prepared whatever you want for breakfast and had NICE coffee and cake in the afternoon. I would stay here again (when I save up enough money)

I visited for 3 nights in November to see the christmas markets. The hotel was warm & welcoming even though i was early my room was ready right away. My room was small but perfect for a solo traveller with everything i needed. Breakfast was plentiful, the staff being very attentive. The cake & coffee is a nice addition after a long day sightseeing to warm up in the afternoon. The location is perfect close enough to the city centre that most things are in waking distance & having all the public transport right on the doorstep is a bonus too. I would definitely recommend the capricorno and would stay again.

Great location. easy access to any type of transit you desire. Breakfast which was included was excellent, as well was the breakfast staff. front desk personnel were helpful knowing all aspects of the area.

Disappointing Front Desk/View
This hotel is located across the Danube canal. We reserved a room with a balcony. We were disappointed when we realized the balcony faced the parking lot. The rooms were clean and they offered shower caps and conditioner. The breakfast was very good (they make eggs, the way you prefer and offer bacon). They also have cake/tea time included. However, I was disappointed when the front desk (a man) asked to view my hotel card and asked for my room number (on our second day there). He did not ask anyone else. I am Latina and felt very uncomfortable staying there after that. Additionally, there were very uncomfortable stares at me, during breakfast.
