Thank you for your review. It is a great pity that you did not say anything to the reception during the whole stay of 4 nights. We could have had this looked at immediately by a plumber or even given you another room. Now, unfortunately, not much more than an apology is possible.

Dear Eduardo, we are very sorry that you have to complain about our staff. Unfortunately all our rooms have no air-condition. You booked the last free room, arrived very late and there has been no possibility for the Receptionist to offer you another room. Instead he offered you to cancell the booking for free and you might book at a Hotel with air-conditioning in the rooms. If he should have been not as polite as necessary please accept our apoligy.

The wifi has been fixed in the meantime, we could have provided an extra paper bin in the room if you would have asked at the Reception. The describtion on Expedia is as follows: Aviano Boutiquehotel - 4-star Vienna pension in Innere Stadt, near Imperial Crypt in Vienna This smoke-free pension features self parking, concierge services and laundry facilities. WiFi in public areas is free. Additionally, tour/ticket assistance, multilingual staff and a front desk safe are on-site. All 17 rooms offer free WiFi, minibars and flat-screen TVs with satellite channels. Other amenities available to guests include hairdryers, safes and showers. As you can also read we offer no bell boy service for carrying luggage. All our staff is fully vaccinated and tested frequently, the Reception is equipped with a partition of plexiglas and it's not required to wear a mask behind the screen, but if would have asked them they would have put a mask on for you. After your departure this is a bit to late.
