좋은 숙소. 좋은 아침. 낮은 층을 예약하였다면 시끄러울 수 있다.
호텔 서비스는 최고였습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절했습니다. 아침 식사는 정말 맛있었구요. 하지만 제가 1층에 있는 방을 이용하였는데 저녁에 0층에서 울리는 음악소리가 들려 잠을 자기가 어려웠습니다.

추천합니다.
호텔주변에는 아무것도 없지만 위험하지 않고, 서역이나 쉔부른궁전, 슈테판 성당 지하철역 등과 최대 4정거장밖에 떨어져 있지 않아서 이용하기가 매우 좋았습니다. (pilgramgasse역) 밤 늦게 도착했지만 호텔에 콜택시를 요청해서 36유로에 편안하게 올 수 있었습니다. 객실은 냉장고는 없지만 깨끗하고 시설좋고 방음도 괜찮았습니다. 다만 킹사이즈 침대는 너무작으니 참고하세요. 로비의 바가 인상적인 디자인호텔로 특히 연인들에게 아주 좋을 것 같습니다.

I would have gladly given this hotel an excellent rating (5/5). The staff is very helpful. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. The location is quite convenient and central to many attractions. It was a pleasant surprise to learn that breakfast is included in the rate. And it was a pretty good buffet that they offered. However, the one thing that ruined the experience for me was the noise level in the hotel. This is not noise coming from the outside. It is noise coming from other rooms. It appeared as if the walls were made out of cardboard. You could hear everything that was happening on the entire floor. I was also able to tell which TV channel the guests next door were watching from the sound coming through the wall. This is my single complaint about the hotel. If this does not bother you then you should certainly book a room here because everything else was perfect.

가격 대비 아주 훌륭한 호텔. 객실 침대 아주 좋음. 인터넷 별도 요금이 약간 걸리고 냉장고와 금고가 없어서 다소 불편하나 특이한 로비와 딸린 공간이 좋음. 아침 식사 시설과 내용도 좋음. 위치는 U반에서 가깝고 버스도 주변에 있음.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel fell very short due to the poor quality of the rooms and the poor customer service we received afterwards. We experienced several problems with our rooms (being given a different room than we had booked, a room directly next to the noisy lift shaft, and then a room with no hot water), resulting in having to switch 3 times. The size and quality of the rooms varied drastically, despite apparently all being the same rate, so what you actually get is a lucky dip. When we checked out, the receptionist (who, to her credit, did appear to try her best with the situation) confirmed that the hotel would compensate us due to the issues we experienced. However, a month later, we have not received any compensation, and the management has told us that we made no complaints at the time? Apparently we just switched rooms for fun. Abysmal customer service and I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pentahotel is a great option for a place to stay in Vienna. The atmosphere is very comfortable and modern and the location is in a very nice quiet neighborhood in the city. Easy access to bus and convienent shops as well as places to eat. The staff are extremely helpful and quick to respond to any needs or questions. When I requested the use of an iron and ironing board for my room, it was delivered very promptly. I also loved the bath products, body wash and shampoo smelled fantastic! This was my fourth time staying there and I would definitely go back again.

The hotel is a little “retro” and about half an hours walk from Vienna central, which didn’t bother us as we enjoy walking. However, Vienna has a very efficient underground metro system and the nearest station is only 3 mins from the hotel. We stayed on a B&B basis, and I defy any one to say there wasn’t anything they could eat from the buffet, there was a varied choice & plenty of it to start your day. The only drawback for me was that I’m a little over cautious and there wasn’t a safe in your room, but we padlocked our suitcases & there wasn’t any issue. Staff were very welcoming, helpful & approachable & sent me an email before we arrived providing details how to get to the hotel from the airport. As stated, the metro system is extremely efficient and affordable, with day tickets allowing unlimited travel on the whole transport system within Vienna for approx €8 for 24 hrs, €13 for 48hrs & $18 for 72hrs, all of which u can get from the ticket machine at the airport or any metro station. All in all, Vienna is a beautiful city & I would have no hesitation in recommending the Pentahotel to visitors.

Friendly and helpful staff. Ok location with 3-4 nice pubs/restaurants nearby. Information about the hotel in hotels.com says restaurants in the hotel but there were no possibility to get a meal except breakfast. The breakfast was good.

Easy does it.
The entire stay was wonderful. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Staff was very kind and accommodating. If anything I can recommend is for the hotel to getting rid of all the pillows. I had 4 pillows that turned into flat as a pancake which made it uncomfortable to sleep and my last night i just decided to use my airplane neck pillow. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room to store my left over food and chill my drinks. Everything else was just fine.
