별로였던 숙소
아파트먼트 형태의 숙소로서 열쇠 전달에 관한 메일을 수차례 요구하였으나 보내지 않아 직원이 올때까지 삼십분이상 밖에서 대기함. 변기 똥자국 남아 불쾌했음. 여름에 더움을 각오해야함. 수많은 후기 남겨보았으나 이처럼 안좋은 평가 남기는건 처음임

Spacious and Great location
vienna hotel It was a pleasant stay. The location is very center of inner city Vienna, with most of the tourist spots and city airport train station within 10 minutes of walk, and a large 3-story grocery store next door. The room and kitchen and everything was clean and spacious. However, the trashcan by the toilet was not empty and there was a used disposable shampoo in the shower booth, hence the three points to the cleanliness. It’s funny that we had a chance to meet the cleaning personnel. On our checkout day, shortly (2-3 min) after 11, the cleaning guy banged our door. He was very brief, “Check out please? I need to clean the house?” The tone was a bit authoritative and bossy, something you wouldn’t expect from a hotel staff or janitor. We left promptly not to disturb him further. Anyway, we were just finding umbrellas from our luggages when he banged the door. Nonetheless, I’d give 5 point overall, and I’d like to stay here again on my next visit to Vienna.

Beautiful property, very good location. Shower was awful and broken so wet the floor every time, and our bedroom door wouldn’t close, but apart from that we were happy with the apartment.

You should shame about your behaviour! I had to call the police two time because of your behaviour. You have booked a one bedroom apartment with convertible sofa. You received the exact apartment you have booked. The sofabed can be opened automaticly or manually. Unfortunatly the automatic function didn´t work when you arrived, and i told you that you can open it manually without any problems. You started to discuss with me and wanted a upgrade and refund because you didn´t wanted to open it manually. (Note it is a normal convertible sofa). After you called expedia and they told you the same. You started to argue that the apartment was dirty! wish was not the case. You where looking for reason just to get refund. I was at the beginning very polite to you and offered you to clean it again if you find it was dirty, and that we will open the convertible sofa for you, and prepare it for you. After behaving very naughty to us, my politness was gone after 5 hours discussion with you about why the sofa bed can not be opend by automatic function! After calling the police as well because of your behviour they told you the same! It is a shame what people do to have free vacation! ( you have paid 90 Euro per night for 3 people during christmas weekend! Shame on you! Disrespectfull guest, naughty and very agressivly. Just because you booked a apartment, doesn´t give you the right to shout on employees, and tell lies about us. We have made a video about your behaviour and will incist that you have to be blacklisted on the website!

POSITIF: 1) Propre et relativement bien équipé 2) Suffisamment grand pour une famille de 4 personnes 3) Situé à 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville. NEGATIF: 1) Un panneau affiché sur les WC nous demandait de ne pas jeter de papier de toilette dans la cuvette! Pour un appartement "4 étoiles", c'est inadmissible! 2) La terrasse mentionnée n'était pas dans notre immeuble, donc inaccessible pour nous. 3) Le chauffage n'était pas réglable. Nous devions ouvrir la fenêtre pour ne pas avoir trop chaud, et subir les bruits de la rue.

Great location, shoddy common area, no cleaning
We stayed at Urban Flats Gonzagagasse for 4 nights in Aug 2019. We arrived very early on the first morning and we called the management who came in 30 minutes. We were able to store our luggage and come back later at 3pm to self check in. To be very honest, when we saw the 'lobby' area and the building, we wanted to cancel our booking and find another hotel. However, we had a lot of luggage and decided to wait till we saw the room. The room was fine, there was a living area with a separate bedroom and a kitchen area so the children were happy with the space and we ended up staying. There was no cleaning at all for 4 nights we were there, and the bathroom had a funky smell. This was especially odd because the hotel charged a cleaning fee of 30Euros that we paid directly to the manager. We did not see anything get cleaned. The great thing they did provide was one load of laundry for free which was very helpful. However, my daughter lost her denim shorts and I lost one sock. First world problems. This booking was the only one that I was unsure about and in the end it was fine, mainly due to the location. If you are ok with quirks, then this location should be fine to choose.

夕方、ウィーンに到着しましたが、指定の事務所は閉まっており、近くの食堂から電話を掛けてもらい、22時にやっと担当の方と話ができました。 担当の方からは、私宛に到着時間を聞くためのメールを送ったとのことでしたが、旅行中でしたのでメールを見ておりませんでした。 ホテルと違いアパートですので、チェックインするまでの手順を、最初にきちんと示された方が良いと思います。

It is in the duty of the traveler to organise his travel and not in the hotel dutys. If you would have provided a arriavl time someone would have wait for you!

Perfect location, exceptional service!!
Exceptional servicea Got there early and they checked us in as soon as they could! Perfect location, walking distance to everything and public transportation around the corner. The flats itself is great, very spacious, clean and have utensils, etc in the kitchen so we were able to cook. Also comes with free laundry service! Highly recommend and would go back again when were in Vienna.

Die Lage ist super, vor allem für Leute, welche den Bus vom und zum Flughafen nehmen. Die Appartements sind geräumig. Allerdings funktionierte der TV nicht und das WLAN hatte nur ein schwaches Signal.

Wien var fantastiskt. Lägenheten var stor men hade endast 1 toalett. Vi hade för avsikt att vara 6 personer, så vi bokade en lägenhet som man kan sova 8 personer i. Till slut vara vi 4 personer som åkte, och tur var väl det, eftersom lägenheten endast hade 1 toalett. Det hade blivit jobbigt om man varit 8... Dessutom var han som checkade in oss oseriös. Han tog betalt för städningen, vilket var helt ok, och när vi bad att få kvitto på det skulle han ordna det. Flera veckor senare hade vi ännu inte fått kvittot trots påminnelser. Vi kontaktade hotels.com och hoppades de skulle kunna ordna kvittot åt oss, men de lyckades inte heller. Vi fick aldrig kvittot!

City Centre Apartment brilliant location
The apartment was ja short walk from Ubahn and tram stops so perfectly located. The apartment itself was modern, clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 tweens. Fully equipped with job, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and airer - even an iron and ironing board if you feel the need! Beautiful bathroom with a fabulous walk-in shower, 2 hairdryers to choose from too. Main bedroom was huge, beautifully decorated and suitably furnished, big double bed and fabulous chandelier. Central heating was excellent and you are able to adjust the temperature of each radiator to suit you. Location was brilliant too, short walk to Stephansplatz and the Hofburg palace. Supermarkets just round the corner, as well as bakeries and restaurants - which also sell the most divine ice cream sundaes! There are also nightclubs and bars on Marc Aurel Strassr, you don’t have to go far to have a good time! We had a lovely time in Vienna and would definitely use Urban Flats again.

Lækker penthouse lejlighed tæt på alt
Vi ankom til adressen hvor vi mødte en ansat der skulle låse os ind, der er ingen reception. Udefra så det ikke " hotel agtigt " ud , men vi blev ført op i penthouse lejligheden der var virkelig lækker, smagfuldt indrettet, god plads, fuldt udstyret køkken og en stor tag terrasse med en fantastisk udsigt over den indre bymidte. Den unge mand fra hotellet var super professionel og han fortalte om de vigtigste seværdigheder og hvordan vi nemmest kom dertil. Ubahn (U2) er kun 100 meter fra gadedøren og derfra kommer man nemt rundt i hele byen. Mange steder kunne dog nemt nåes til fods, det er virkelig centralt. Lejligheden er i flere etager så man skal være klar over at der er en del trapper. Alt i alt en virkelig god oplevelse.

Centralt läge och stor lägenhet
Bra lägenhet med centralt läge. Nära till kommunikationsmedel om man ville ta sig lite längre annars är det gångavstånd till det mesta i centrala Wien. Flygbussen stannar i princip alldeles utanför dörren så det var väldigt smidigt. Det vi inte gillade var att det luktar väldigt mycket cigarettrök i hallen utanför lägenheten och det sipprade även in via badrummet ventilation.

non siamo usi utilizzare gli appartamenti, abbiamo provato questo a Vienna, l'appartamento è di nuova ristrutturazione, ben arredato, accogliente e ampio e confortevole, vicinissimo alla famosa piazza santo stefano, 5 minuti a piedi. PECCATO che lo stabile è in ristrutturazione e le scale l'ascensore e tutto il contorno fossero un CANTIERE, fogli di plastica dappertutto carta per terra a protezione dei pavimenti, polvere ovunque, mio figlio è anche scivolato facendosi un po' male, e muri aperti con tubi e fili elettrici che sbucavano davvero ovunque una volta ristrutturato e a posto vele la pena, ma adesso sinceramente NO proprio NO.

Poor service and apartment still under renovation
We had to wait outside the apartment for the key although the I have reminded the keeper my arrival time beforehand. The lift was very old and the apartment was under renovation during our stay.

We are always trying to organise the times so Noone have to wait, but if sometimes delays of other guests, or trafic jams are the reason for the delays, than it can happens that you can experience some delays. Deceptive Listing
The flat is actually quite nice, and the staff are pleasing. Be aware though that they charge an additional 30 euro cleaning fee when you arrive, so the total price may not be what you expect.

Unsuitable for hot summer in Vienna
The positives: Spacious flat for a family of four. Great location. The negatives: Had to wait almost 30' to get the key to enter the building. Had to keep windows open because portable AC units were too noisy and didn't generate cool air. Only 1 toilette. Certainly not deluxe as advertised and not worth $400+ per day.

This Apartment you booked is an apartment for big groups for 400 € / day divided by 10 is 40 Euro per day for a accomandation directly in the city center with 4 comfortable Bedrooms. If you would book a hotel you would pay at least during high season 120 Euro / night per person. I m sorry we didn´t met your expectations. As you will see we never advertised that the apartment has Air Condition, this is a extra service that we put transportable AC´s because the summer was hot. The Apartment is located in a historical building and vienna is a historical city. Either you accept the fact of the old charme of a building or you have to book a modern hotel. As written in our Check In information, As there is no reception, guest has to inform us at what time they will arrive, you didn´t inform us, thats why you had to wait. O hotel muito antigo, mal conservado e cheirando muita poeira, não estava limpo.Tivemos q pagar 30 euros ref a limpeza, sendo q o apto não estava limpo.

Vi - familie på 4 - havde fire gode dage i Wien, og i Urban Flats store familielejlighed. Alt var til vores fulde tilfredshed og lejligheden var i topkvalitet. Ligeledes servicen: Venlig SMS-kontakt inden vi nåede frem med forklaring om hvordan vi nemmest kom til lejligheden. Også i løbet af vores ophold var der altid smil og gode råd når vi havde brug for det. En meget postiv oplevelse
