잘 묵고 갑니다
11월에 2일간 묵었습니다. 방은 깨끗합니다. 식기들은 다 있습니다. 세탁이 무료에요. 거리는 조용합니다. 슈테판성당은 걸어서 10분정도에요. 들어갈때 비밀번호는 따로 이메일로 옵니다. 비밀번호는 까만색 버튼박스에 입력하면되요. 다만 체크아웃후 짐을 보관할 곳이 없기때문에 신중하게 생각해볼필요가 있습니다.

Great position and nice place but watch your head
Stayed for a week and had a great time in Vienna. This place is walking distance to key local site and lots of public transport. Was quiet and pretty comfortable. But watch your hear, as the bed was stuck underneath those sharp sloping ceiling of a top floor Vienna apartment.

Bem localizado, acomodação ampla, tipo flat. Peca pela falta de ar condicionado. Para quem curte andar é possível ir em quase todos os pontos turísticos caminhando, foi o que fizemos. Restaurantes e supermercado ao lado.

Not a typical hotel
Be warned this is not a typical hotel with a front desk. You have to communicate with the hotel over email. Checking in was difficult as you need to wait for an email meaning we needed to find Wi-Fi at the local Mc Donald's in order to receive the necessary details. Place was very nice and very modern. However, Wi-Fi did not work the 4 days we were there. Sent a message to the staff saying the wifi didn't work and they said it would be fixed. Guessing it got fixed after we left. I realize it's not necessarily the hotels fault if the wifi stops working but considering the only way to communicate with the staff is through email, it made things very difficult. It meant a lot of looking for wifi when all we wanted to do was go out and explore the city

Appartamento in centro, a due passi dal duomo. Facile da raggiungere dall'aeroporto, la fermata della navetta è a due minuti, così come la fermata della metropolitana. Dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno in piena autonomia. Silenzioso.

Das Foto, welches im Internet und auch in den E-Mails war, hatte nichts mit dem tatsächlichen Apartment zu tun, keine Ähnlichkeit! Es war nicht so hell (da auch die Fenster zum Innenhof waren), hatte andere Möbel und Räumlichkeiten und war insgesamt kaum so modern und schön wie auf den versprochenen Fotos, was eine Enttäuschung war.

Schönes, sehr zentral gelegenes Appartment in Wien
Wir wurden nett empfangen, sogar etwas vor der eigentlichen Check-In Zeit und konnten direkt in unser Zimmer. Es war alles sauber und aufgeräumt. Zu bemängeln ist lediglich, dass es zu warm war in unserem Zimmer, als wir ankamen und es sich nicht so gut druchlüften liess. Ansonsten alles gut und die Lage ist natürlich hervorragend.

Issue getting access
Apartment was very large and well located in Vienna. But we had to contact Hotels.com to get the information needed for access while sitting on a park bench in Vienna. 3 emails contacts and 2 phone numbers were no answer for 24 hours. 5* to Hotels.com, who were able to get the inforation. If we didn't have a phone or internet access, it would have been very difficult. Also, one side of the mattress was really bad.. broken or something... no support and felt like falling out. We are small so one of us slept in the middle. Also, the washing machine got an error, stopped before being done, still had water in it so it wouldn't open. We had to look on the internet for how to drain it manually and then fix it. The issue was that the filter needed cleaning.. Looks like it had not been cleaned in a long time. I would give this place 5 stars except for these issues.

Good: Clean and convenient apartment, great location, near to trains, all the tourist spots are walkable. good food joints nearby, etc. A neighborhood where you will not get bored. Bad experience during check in No front desk, No response on email, no response on telephone on given number. Wrong handling of the case by Hotels.com

Excellente situation
Appartement très bien situé - nous avons tout fait à pied et une navette de l'aéroport nous a déposé à 100m de l'immeuble. Un petit supermarché à côté/ Nous avons pu voir une personne à la réception à notre arrivée mais en fonction des heures d'arrivées il n'y a plus personne (idem le WE et jours fériés)- Notre appartement donnait sur une cour donc ultra calme - (petit bémol sur le tapis en peau de vache- le fait de marcher dessus véhiculait des poils dans tout l'appart!!)

Convenient and great location
Thou the apartment is smaller in size then we expected but the room is clean, bed is a bit small but comfortable, wifi and air conditioner work well, bathroom is clean and spacious. The location is very close to city center which is perfect. Check in is easy as they will send you emails to lead you through. We arrive Vienna late in the night but it only takes us less then 2mins to get our room keys.....don't expect there will be a front desk or staffs waiting for you thou. Overall the experience is good!

Serviced apartment in Vienna
All contact with the apartment managers was by email with slow responses. Make sure you read the fine print with the room cost and a bond charged to you a week before arrival. The room was on the top floor and a sloped ceiling made access to bed and kitchen areas restricted. Overall good location and small but adequate apartment.

Décevant; l'image de la belle chambre idyllique ne correspond pas à la réalité de la chambre que vous être attribué. La plupart manque de luminosité et donnent sur la toiture d'un immeuble voisin. Des vieux appartements rénovés dans un vieux immeuble dont l'escalier et l'ascenseur laissent à désirer. Pas de ménage faite pendant votre séjour et pas d'autres services disponibles. L'accueil est ouvert du lundi à vendredi uniquement.

Pros: location, price cons: i asked for extra towels, i didn't get any; i weren't notified saturday was their day off, too. and we really needed towel for the bathroom floor besides the towels issue, i really had a good stay since it was conveniently located in the center. tips: get everything you need from them prior to the weekend since they are off and cannot be reached unless emergency.

The automated check-in was great since we arrived late. The apartment was nice and clean, and the kitchenette was surprisingly well stocked. It was very hot so AC would have been nice but even with the windows open it was very quiet. All windows were towards the courtyard and not the street which helped with this. The bed were a little hard but that is always one for the shared opinions :)

Great location
Great location, quiet, clean rooms, supermarket around the corner and center is minutes walk. Apartment is adequate for a short stay, fridge, microwave although we didn't use them. Was disappointed at, no welcome items, tea, coffee, no one greets you, no reception or luggage store, only 1 towel each for 4 days stay, no hand towels. (Nice toiletries where given) wifi never worked which was very disappointing- so don't rely on this. Would recommend for city center stays, that eat out.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful house in the middle of the vibrant area around Schwedenplatz in the heart of Vienna. Everything was great!

Helt okej lägenhet. Bra läge Lite sliten lägenhet och inte så trevlig trappuppgång med röklukt och annat.. Varning för att man inte får tillbaka depositionen på flera veckor. Kommer inte bo där igen.
