The room was very limited space. Shower head is cracked, You will have to ask for room service if you need it, otherwise you’ll get nothing. Property list English language as well. When I get there no one know how to speak English. Breakfast is limited as well, only noodles for breakfast everyday.

Location is in the middle of everything which is very convenient. Rooms are very small and are not clean. The staff members are friendly. Recommended for a short stay. 1 or 2 nights.

Comfortable bed (mattress is on the harder side but I prefer that), hot water needed a little time to reach our room but when it got hot, it was boiling hot. Working AC, smart tv to connect your own device or netflix - takes a while to find your own tv in your room. Eggs for breakfast are made for order along with buffet of Lao brekfast dishes. A couple of maintenance issues: toilet tank was leaking leaving a huge puddle on the bathroom floor every time we flushed the toilet; tap was moving around, my husband fixed it. 😀

Very dusty and dirty. Behind the bed looked like it had never been cleaned and still wasn’t despite asking for it to be. Black mold on the bathroom ceiling and ants crawling around the room the whole stay (they were already there when I checked in). The only positives were that the A/C and WiFi worked okay.

Food area was great and good food. No elevator so need to be in shape. 5 floors. Older rooms but all worked.

Great Stay
Had a really nice stay here even though it was only for one night. Quick check in, all staff very friendly even those who had limited English. Room was very clean, hot water and TV working with HBO. Great breakfast and nice location. Front desk helped me arrange a tuk tuk to the airport.

Está cerca de la estación de autobuses que te lleva o trae a Bangkok. No necesitas Tucktuck salvo que lleves un maleton. A los alrededores un magnífico sitio de masaje 80.000 equivale una hora a 5 € técnica diferente a Thailandia pero de 10. Encontrarás puestos de comida local y sino también tienes a la derecha saliendo del hotel y después izquierda un sitio de hamburguesas naturales, magnífico. En el Hotel el desayuno estaba incluido y te dan un arroz vietnamita con pepinillo y con un te frio no está mal para empezar el día. El Hotel es al mismo tiempo Restaurante, se come bien y normalmente hay mucha gente en la recepción porque es la misma zona de restaurante. La atención de todos ellos es educada y amable. El inglés a excepción de un chico los demás no lo controlan. Las habitaciones son muy básicas, pero las camas son duras y se duerme bien. Y desde mi punto de vista es una magnífica opción cuando tienes que venir de Thailandia para gastar uno o dos días.

Excellent value for money, for what I paid. Very clean & friendly staff. It was basic, but had everything you needed. If there was a down point, it was the sound proofing. I was on the top floor & could here doors banging & people talking. Would stay there again.

L unica nota positiva è stata il ragazzo della reception che parla inglese ed è molto gentile e mi ha aiutato per tutto quanto ma amche lui con informazioni approssimative ecc... ha il padre che ha un tuc tuc e quaindi ci si puo fidare di lui per spostamenti. Ma a livello camere...dotazione camere... e servizio ... beh ...non ci siamo proprio. Si staccava la luce se volevo alzare il boiler per avere acqua calda. No phone in dotazione. Camera davvero sporca e di materiali scadenti. Acqua che colava quando pioveva sul comodino dal tetto con macchia annessa.... un disastro

The hotel is pretty small but nonetheless it created a warm, cozy feeling. The room was so much better than i anticipated compared to the amount i paid. What i like the most was the location as well as the friendliness of the staff and owner.

Good location, poor service
The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but we were disappointed regarding the service. Firstly, we booked airport pick up from the hotel, everything was confirmed but in the end they did not send anyone to pick us up, and when we arrived with a taxi they claimed they had no clue the were supposed to pick us up. Secondly, we found another guest entering OUR room without our permission or the hotels knowledge. The hotel stores the keys to the rooms on the counter downstairs, so when no staff is present anyone can grab the room keys. Luckily nothing was stolen from our room.
