I am so disappointed about the room attendant.
I lost my tablet PC in the room. Ther reason why I lost my tablet pc in the room is that I had stayed there 3 nights 4days and I had checked there was my tablet PC in my travel case, and I didn't checked in my travel case for the last night (because I was so busy for earily check-out )whether there was my tablet pc or not, and when I came back to my country, I checked in my travel case, but there was not my tablet pc, I have been still thinking there was someone who got my tablet pc, probably the room attendant, becuase I had never used my tablet pc during my business trip.This is very disappointing and I am not going to stay this hotel forever.

Ne kambarys, o šuns būda. Buvo bandyta susisiekti su administratore, kad gautume kambarį su gražesniu vaizdu, tai gavome kambarį be lango. :) išsiregistravimo metu adminė nesugebėjo nei atsistot nei pasisveikinti. Mokėjimų grynais taip pat nepriima. Absurdas, o ne 4* viešbutis.

I have enjoyed the stay as I knew it will be very convenient in terms of location, shopping, dinning and transport links. The only thing I was not fan of was the initial email in which I was told that access code will be sent to me on the day of my stay by 2pm. It would be less confusing if the guests were informed they will need to pay city tax at the hotel before the access code is released. The staff on the other hand was very helpful.

Lovely stay
Difficulties getting an access code. Large comfortable bed , nice hot shower, carpet abit scruffy in areas, wallpaper peeling off in some places. Good view from the window to the cathedral square.

Alimpien kerrosten katumelu sekä katutason kapakan möykkä häiritsi, samoin kirkonkellojen kumina, jota jatkui yli puolen yön. Ehdottomasti korvatulpat mukaan ! Tuuletusmahdollisuutta ei ollut, mutta pääasia kuitenkin riittävä huonelämpötila. Kylpylätieto väärä, hotellissa vain ainoastaan kylpylätason palvelut. Onneksi pääsi naapurihotelliin saunomaan ja uimaan kalliilla rahalla.

Never again!
Only one plus: the location. For the rest, forget it. No service. No comfort Isolation is extremely bad si that you can hear people snoring in the other rooms! Housekeeping is extremely noisy. Every morning. To enter you need a code as there is no reception. If you do not act, they will not send nothing and you will have to manage it with an interphone by -10 outside!! You can opt for a cathedral location but windows are very small and view is lateral only. Blankets are not long enough. Bathroom are very old. And if you want housekeeping you shall ask for it. Bathroom products are very very bad. Nothing is really clean and housekeeping is doing half of its job. And speaks Russian only… You want to leave your luggage before going to the airport: they provide you a code for a tiny storage room where any guest can enter and do what he wants. So don’t leave your valuables. A staff member is waiting in a sinister room. No smile. No pro activity. Not standing in front of the client. Public areas are basic and litter bins are full. Degree zero of hotel. A huge shame without any customer orientation. Obviously, the goal is to be financially profitable and to opt for low cost hotel with non low cost prices for the client! Stay away. Vilnius gets much better and much charming.

L’hotel si trova praticamente di fronte la cattedrale di Vilnius, ho trovato la camera pulita, confortevole ed il personale disponibile e cordiale. La colazione è davvero buona, ricca di prodotti tipici e la sala da colazione è davvero bella! Puoi prendere un caffè con la vista meravigliosa della cattedrale! Ho trovato anche i prezzi accessibili, adeguati ai servizi offerti con diverse possibilità di scelta. E gli amici a 4 zampe sono i benvenuti in questo hotel!

Room was not as on the pictures of the booking, we got a room with very old furniture. Room had a really strong unpleasant smell, probably because of the furniture. Bathroom also had a different bad smell and the ventilation in the bathroom did not work.

Hotel in bester Lage. Zimmer und Frühstück super. Check in etwas komplizierter, es gibt keine Rezeption. Man checkt über eine Sprechanlage ein und bekommt den Zimmer Code per Mail. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden

arrived to hotel 1 am in the morning .. after a long trip al i wanted to do was take a shower and go to bed .. the room has stained carpets , the wall paper is peeling in places . but more important was in my bathroom there was no shower plate nor a bathtub. instead i had a shower had directy installed to a wall and a curtain .. so when you take a shower all the water just stays on the floor , the same place where also the sink and the loo is . i asked for a change in the room and they said they cant do anything until the next day .. they finally changed the room at the second night .

The room didn’t have the normal window, so the room wasn’t very nice to stay, could’t see outside at all. Restaurant had a nice dinner and the breakfast also.

Kein Ort für grosse Gruppen
Dieses Hotel eignet sich vor allem für kleinere Gruppen, die sich gut mit digitalen Technologien auskennen, und mag weniger geeignet erscheinen für grössere Gruppen, die hauptsächlich aus Senioren bestehen. Die Beleuchtung in den Räumlichkeiten könnte verbessert werden, da die Senioren Schwierigkeiten hatten, die Türcodes aufgrund der relativ schwachen Beleuchtung einzugeben. Zusätzlich war der Lift recht langsam, und es gab keine kostenlosen Wasserflaschen auf den Zimmern. Normalerweise erwarten wir als Reiseleitung, dass die notwendigen Informationen wie Karten oder in diesem Fall die Türcodes im Voraus vorbereitet und per E-Mail verschickt werden. Leider haben wir diese Informationen im Voraus nicht erhalten. Zum Glück war vor Ort jedoch ein Info-Desk vorhanden, und die äusserst hilfsbereite Dame vor Ort konnte alles für unsere Gruppe vorbereiten. Glücklicherweise war die Gruppe zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht angekommen, aber aufgrund des langwierigen Check-In-Prozesses vor Ort werden wir in Zukunft keine Gelegenheit mehr haben, dieses Hotel erneut zu wählen.

The hotel is not clean. Bathroom was really disgusting, the nightstand dusty and there was a brown stain on the bed comforter. The toillet with was stained and the shower covered with mold. As a cherry on the cake, the elevator was out of service. The only advantage of this hotel is its location. You need to be aware that there's no staff at nights, so the service is going to be by phone.
