The room was nice. Our tv went out about an hour after checking in and never came back on. They were vacuuming at 9 pm and it was overall not peaceful

Price of stay was reasonable. Shower head was leaking and floor of shower had a crack. Also, shower curtain was scum and grime at the bottom.

The toilet in the room wasnt bolted to the floor. The pool area was run down and dirty. Security locks missing on the room door.

Bathtub would not drain. Sink was rusty. No coffee packets provided for the type of coffee pot in the room. TV remote buttons didn't work except for the volume, Overall, a very small room, in a hotel that needs updating and remodeling. Language/ communication problem at check in and check out. Did not see a breakfast. I would not stay here again. I probably will avoid any Microtel, assuming they are all this tiny.

The bed sheets were stained.Two out of three pillows were lumpy.The bathroom toilet had urine on the rim and fecal stain in the toilet as well.The refrigerator didn’t work.

Stay somewhere else!
Stayed on a road trip to Texas, very tired worn out hotel. There are holes in carpets, doors and it had a bad smell. Only stayed here because they allow dogs.

Property appears nice but was not very clean. Room was small but fine for a night just traveling through. First when we pulled back covers on the bed there was long hairs all over the sheet, the bathroom sink, bath, and floors had hair so you could tell it wasn’t swept or cleaned very well. The next morning at 8 am the door to our room opens and it’s the cleaning lady coming in without knocking as I’m standing there completely nude as I was about to get dressed and other people were walking down the hallway could see me as well. Completely humiliated! My husband told the front staff who proceeded to argue at first with him that his staff would never come in without knocking. As we left the cleaning lady did stop us and apologize and told us she messed up reading the room numbers on cleaning log. She felt bad and her apology was sincere.

It was a nonsmoking room but the Deodorant cover-up smell was way too potent, overwhelming every minute inside till the end. The trash was not emptied from previous occupants, feminine products and all, lots of hair in tub and sink. Shower drain backed up bringing chunky nasty water floating at your feet.Bed was comfy though and decent b-fast.

I had requested via phone the first floor. The reason being I cannot walk up to the second, nI use two canes. They gave me the second floor. They said yes I could have the ground floor but it would cost more. I did not mind paying extra. But then was given a room with a stained chair, no towel rack, outlet in bathroom did not work, and a bathtub instead walk in shower. I do not think I will return.

Great Stay!
My stay was amazing. The staff was friendly and the room was great! Everything was clean and the bed and pillows were super comfy! Complimentary breakfast was good with many choices! I recommend staying here!

I got two room for two nights and both rooms smelt of musty mold. One room had torn up chair, mold in the vent, a hear aid on the floor, mold on the carpet, bathroom had dirty sink and hair on the toilet. Air conditioner fell off the wall. They would only come clean the room. We were already so grossed out. We used the one room that was a little cleaner and let the other room go. I used to send people here when they needed a place. If I could rate it a zero I would. Terrible experience.

Very disappointing stay!! Strong smell of chlorine in first floor hallway due to swimming pool and hot tub serviced. Lingered during entire 2 day stay. We didn’t have any hot water in our room first night. Person at desk made all kinds of excuses why and then finally admitted they had troubles with it throughout the entire hotel for over 2 days. Second day the temperature fluctuated from super hot to iced cold during shower! They have major system problems! Breakfast was another major disappointment! Poor selection of food, poor quality, and ran out of food early and had to get lady at front desk to get us something. No soap in bathroom. Will absolutely not return and will not recommend.

When I registered for the room it asked how many were staying and I said 2, however we only had 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth and no hand towel. The waste basket in the bedroom still had dirty paper plates in it. I was afraid that it may have attr5acted bugs and it made me nervous all night. It was late and I didn't feel like going back down to ask for a different room. Unsure if one was available anyway since when I booked it said it was the last one. The bed was comfortable though.

They were nice and gave us a room on the first floor because the accessible room was on the 2nd floor and they did not have and elevator which is ridicules. the room they gave us was perfect but had mold on the shower curtain and the coffee pot had not been cleaned nor had they given us regular coffee. We told them about it but they did nothing. They were very nice but I was not happy about the shower curtain .

We left within 10 minutes not to return. The bed was a temp style metal fold out frame. The furniture was built in some guys shed out of plywood. The sheets were clean but the floors were not. No thanks. I’m pretty sure they are remodeling the rooms but jeez, you let guests stay in them during the process?
