Das Personal war freundlich und nett. Allerdings war die Rezeption etwas unkompetent - da wurden uns z.B. Busfahrzeiten zw. Warth und Lech benannt obwohl der Busverkehr längst eingestellt war (Wanderbus und Linienbus). Das was man dann noch eine Sauna nennt, ist bestenfalls ein Sauninchen - 2 Personen bequem und ab dann wird`s eng bis sehr eng. Dampfbad ist OK.

Das Hotel hat echt Charme und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ausserdem ist das Essen erste Sahne! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es absolut weiterempfehlen.

Nice stay with parking info problems
A very nice place to stay for a couple of days. Overall good, but some difficulties with the parking information. Needed a Changing for the car and was recommended a garage nearby. When car was loaded we asked reception if we needed to swop to another garage, answer was when we asked it wasnt neccesary as it was same price on both a 5€ per day. When checking out the car this was not true at all. ... this as we had asked reception more than 3 times about this... When confronting reception & manager we was told that they never has informed about this...To argue in that sence with a customer is not a good manner. This made us very disapointed even after a very good stay

Fabulous hotel in an excellent location
We stayed here last week and honestly could not fault the hotel in any way. From the moment we checked in our room was ready (1pm) and our skis were taken to the locker room for us. We forgot our travel kettle and the lovely lady at breakfast went out of her way to leave us a pot of hot water at 6.45 every morning. I unfortunately had an accident so we had to stay an extra night which everyone went above and beyond to assist with. Lovely lively apres bar right at the bottom of the slopes (at times a little annoying how long it took to get served) but nice friendly people. Have already made enquiries about next year! Dosnt have a pool which is a shame but made up for it in every other way. Thank you!

I was going to email Expedia direct, very happy with hotel as not there fault but Expedia have ruined my holiday!!! The whole point I booked it is because of the pool area that my friend who carnt ski needed as a chill out!!! When we got there we couldn’t find it I showed them a picture off Expedia and they said oh no that’s 750m down the road!!!! Like you could walk down there in your swimwear after using pool??? I would like come compensation for this from Expedia not the hotel !

Lech Hotel Review
My stay was generally good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I didn't like the fact that I couldn't sit where I wanted at breakfast and shoved to the back of the room . the reason given was that the front room with windows and views was reserved for some group who I'm pretty sure would have been paying far less than I was.

Traditional Austrian Ski Hotel
Perfect central location in Lech for walking to all the lifts and restaurants. Great food and helpful staff. Our only complaint is that every night a group of young people would congregate next to the hotel and smoke and drink until late hours into the night. Woke us up several times.

Great location, comfortable, friendly staff.
Stayed here for 4 nights, should have been longer. Outside bar is great way to meet people and eveone is friendly and easy to get along with.

Ski trip with buddies
We wanted to see, and ski Lech, Zurs, and associated areas. The hotel is right in Lech and was an excellent place to stay. The lifts are within one block of the hotel. The staff was excellent as was the lodging and food.

Ideal for skilifts, fantastic food, great service
If your priorities are proximity to the ski-lifts, outstanding service and exceptional food, this hotel is top drawer. We had a modest room which suited us fine - quiet and comfortable. Half board was a revelation - a gastronomic feast every evening with immaculate service. Though the hotel pool is a 10 minute walk away in a linked property, the walk was a pleasant stroll through the attractive village. We were a little surprised that the whole of the bar area was not non-smoking but it was quite easy to get away from the effects.

Bästa läge, utmärkt. Bra Service och utmärkt mat. Blev dock mycket irriterad när vi klagade på en flaska Bourgogne och fick aggressivt svar att vi missat vår chans att klaga när vi provsmakade och godkände flaskan. Vi hade relativt mycket kvar i glasen när vi konstaterade att vinet inte var bra.

great location, could do better.
Was surprised to see people smoking in lobby and some rooms. Our room was right above the ground floor bar and could smell the smoke all the time specially when in bed which was really unpleasant. Make sure you get a room on higher floors and far away from any smoking rooms or areas. The food is great specially the a la carte restaurant.

Great access to Lech ski area
Very nice accommodations with ease of access to skiing being the biggest advantage. The rooms were extremely, extremely hot. If you stay there, turn the heat setting down as low as possible and maybe crack the bathroom window. Nice breakfast and convenient bars both outside for apres ski and downstairs for later. Staff was very nice.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel in Lech am Arlberg
Leider konnte das Hotel Tannbergerhof, während meines Kurztrips nach Lech, nicht meine Erwartungen an ein 4s Hotel erfüllen. Eher entäuschend waren einige Kräfte im Service (Rezeption, Restaurant und Bar): 1) Ein Systemfehler in der Buchung ÜF anstatt HP, ok das kann passieren. Als Gast diese Information selbst an das Restaurant weitergeben zu müssen, eher nicht. Auch anschliessend keine selbstständige Rückmeldung auf die Frage ob der Systemfehler geklärt sei, hmm, eher auch nicht. 3) Eine halbe Stunde vor leeren Gläsern an der Bar im Aussenbereich bei 34 Grad und der Eindruck, dass das Personal mit sich selbst mehr beschäftigt ist als mit den Gästen, sollte nicht sein. 4) Der Wellnessbereich im Untergeschoss ohne Fenster, etwas klaustrophobisch anmutend, ludt nicht gerade zum verweilen ein. Ergo: Lech als Urlaubsort im Sommer hat mich absolut überzeugt, das Hotel nochmals buchen bei dem Angebot im Ort, eher nicht.

Lovely hotel next to the Ski Lifts
We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly too. The views from the rooms are stunning and located opposite the ski lifts and right next to the ski hire shop. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Läget var perfekt mitt i byn, kunde bli lite trafikstört på nätterna.Frukosten var bra, men inte fantastisk. Trevlig personal och fina rum. Ett plus var att man använde hotell-kortet till lokalbussen, linbanan och pool-området i byn. Riktigt god italiensk mat fanns på Olympia, mindre än 5 minuters promenad från hotellet.

Hotell med bästa läget efter den centrala gatan genom Lech. Fint rum, sköna sängar, utmärkt frukost (Champange, dagstips på vandringar, väderinformation). Vandringar med hotellmangern (gratis). Utmärkt bastuavdelning med flera alternativa bastu, handdukar och morgonrockar.Hjälpsam personal som tog reda på tider och ordnade med biljetter. Lech kort till alla boende som inkluderade gratis liftar och bussar i närområdet. Jag åker gärna dit igen.

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm, das Personal aufmerksam. Der Direktor hat sich allerdings nicht bemüht, uns persönlich zu begrüssen obwohl er anwesend war. Diesbezüglich wurden wir am Tage davor im Hotel Saraz in Pontresina ganz anders empfangen.

Vielen Dank für das wunderschöne Wochenende
Eigentlich wollte ich das Hotel Tannbergerhof als Geheimtipp behalten, doch andererseits wünsche ich jedem ein solch gelungenes und wunderschönes Wochenende wie wir es erlebten. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, alles ist blitzsauber und neu. In den Betten konnte man bestens träumen. Das gesamte Personal vom Empfang angefangen ist sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Im Zimmer fanden wir ein nettes Willkommen in Form von Blumen, Äpfeln und einer Flasche Mineralwasser vor. Das Frühstück ist unglaublich vielseitig, frisch und gut. Den Kaffee bekommt man nett in der Kanne seviert. Eine bunte Platte mit Schinken und Käse und vielem mehr wird an den Tisch gebracht. Auch mit Tipps zu Wanderungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten wird der Gast bestens versorgt. Beim Check-Out bekamen wir noch ein Gläschen Konfitüre. Es sind oftmals die kleinen Dinge, die ein Hotel so besonders machen. Der Tannbergerhof ist ein echter Geheimtipp und wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal dort. Der nächste Urlaub ist schon geplant.
